House was advertised for folks coming to Austin to see all the things that make it weird with plenty of room for the crew.

Loved it for my bachelorette party of 9 girls. The rooms weren’t very “private” but none of us cared. It was nice for getting ready. Nice area we felt safe and close to downtown. The decor and theme of the place was perfect for us. Also loved it had turf and outdoor seating. Cons: needs more cornhole bags. We ran out of toilet paper on day 2 (host brought some shortly after messaging, but for a place that says it can host up to 16 you’d think there’d be more!). The upstairs bathroom needs view blocking curtains or stick ons on the shower windows. Clothing rack or closet space would be great for the large 2 bed room and smaller room in the bathroom.

We had a terrible experience earlier in the day and booked this Airbnb last minute and it was excepted quickly with clear communication. Everything was pristine and there was so much space for our group and lots for everyone to do. We would absolutely stay here again.

Check in and check out was very clear and helpful. Place was super clean and great for large groups. The host would also reply in a timely manner whenever we had questions. Over all we really enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend!

My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious, lots of beds and bathrooms for a large crew. Didn’t have a problem with late check in, just paid an additional fee which was not bad. Would definitely recommend to future visitors and even repeat a stay. The host was very responsive and welcoming.

Cool and cozy place in the heart if downtown Austin. Loved the big tv and the couch so, watching movies together in a group was so much fun. The backyard/frontyard has ample space and we enjoyed couple chess games in the yard as well as the cornhole. We did a cornhole tournament even. The rooms are spacious and there are ample of space for everyone in the group.

It’s a very beautiful house, and has a lot of room if there is a big group. There’s activities outside for all types of weather, and it is very close to downtown. There were even toothbrushes and razors in the bathroom in case you need extra. The bathroom upstairs is connected to a few rooms so you have to take turns to not walk in on one another, but with communication this wasn’t difficult. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again !

Had a great experience everything was very close to downtown Austin. Host was very quick and responsive with any questions about the house. Enjoyed our weekend getaway with friends will definitely book again.

Great house for large group! As many reviews say, the layout upstairs is a bit unique with shared bedrooms but the place is huge with plenty of different sleeping accommodations and places to hang out. The host was very responsive the entire time. A bit annoying that you have to pay for early check-in (1 hour) but it was worth it. We did have one issue where the the property did not have the right registration to host an airbnb, but the host worked with us to get it resolved very quickly - hope they got that resolved going forward.

Great place for big groups! Location is right near downtown, quick uber, and nice neighborhood. Not much privacy but all good if you are close with your group! Would recommend!

This is an amazing place that can host a large group of people easily. Additionally, it truly sleeps the amount of people it advertised. Everyone of our 14 person party slept comfortably. Lastly, the host is very helpful and responsive. I would recommend this place to any party party looking for a comfortable place to stay, close to downtown.

Amazing house in a great location. Very close to downtown but still very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Enough beds to sleep 16 very comfortably. Extremely nice setup - I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to book a trip in Austin.

Family gathering for UT grad Very nice stay. Carpets upstairs are in need of some cleaning, the washing machine (eventually got it working) and oven were out of order. That part would’ve been nice to know ahead of time as we had menu’s already outlined, and we had to change all meal plans. Aside from that, the host was very responsive, great location, and we had a wonderful time.

Had a great time with my family and friends. It was definitely worth it and was very nice. Will 100% book again.

The stay was pleasant. What we like: 1) The house is in a great location 2) The house is new, clean, colorful and with an open concept design. 3) there are enough beds and multiple sleeping arrangement options for a large group. 4) We loved the yard! 5) Host is easy to reach and responsive. we noticed a crack near the kitchen floor and reached out to the host. It was addressed quickly. Areas for improvements: 1) personal care items, like shampoo, body wash, etc, were not fully stocked. 2) the description of 6 "bedroom" is a bit misleading. Some of rooms would probably be considered as playroom, office or closet in a normal property listing. kind lack of privacy to use as bedroom 3) Not much flexibility on early check-in and late check-out. Since our group is mostly family members and one friend family, the rooms where there is no door are not ideal but ok to deal with. If you have a large family group, this is definitely the place to consider.

My family and I enjoyed our time at the property except for the roaches. Positive: The yard was great except the yard was not fenced in but the games were nice. I wish there had been a little bit of grass. The beds were super comfortable. I really liked everything. Negative: There was a huge roach running across the kitchen counter. We kept finding a few roaches everywhere…in the bathrooms and kitchen floor. That was kind of gross.

This was exactly like the description and a perfect accommodation for our family.

My family and I spent the Thanksgiving holiday in the home and was very pleased that it met all expectations. Would definitely visit again

The house was very nice and enjoyable. We had multiple ladies staying together. The only thing I would suggest is window coverings in the bathroom upstairs, as there is a 3 story apartment across the street that has quiet a view. The host did reach out to try and help resolve by checking the windows for possible mechanics of covering, but we were busy with workdays and unable to meet them to check for possible solutions. I would also suggest a door on the same bathroom. The host was responsive and with those few changes, would defenitly stay here again as it is the perfect location and size for a big group.

We stayed at this Airbnb with my sales team for a work trip, and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The house is beautiful, spacious, and full of character—eclectic in all the best ways. There were tons of games and activities around the house, which made it great for team bonding and relaxing after meetings. The vibe of the place is fun and unique, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The host was excellent—responsive, helpful, and clearly put a lot of thought into making the space welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for group stays, retreats, or just a memorable getaway. Would definitely come back!

We came to Austin for SXSW for business with a team of 6. The Airbnb was meh. Sadly, all but one of the “bedrooms” are behind one main door upstairs - the master suite and don’t have independent doors on them to the rooms. This means you can see your work associates sleeping in bed or in the master shower (if you are not going out of your way to announce use of the amenities!) One of the “bedrooms” had a light on the outside and is a tiny converted closet. I think this was a model home and that is why there are no doors. I would recommend this kind of setup for a family or young kids but we would not recommend this to anyone who wouldn’t share a hotel room. There’s not a lot of privacy for business associates. We complained that my colleagues would have to move to a hotel and were given less than $200 back on a rental that cost roughly $5000. It was a strange number based on the amount of nights and total Cost. Kinda insulting. The host is a business not a person, and not a 5 star.

Celebrated our 40th anniversary with our family of all ages. What a great memory we will keep for a lifetime. Thank you for providing a clean, well stocked roomy, comfortable home for us. We stayed here from check in to check out. Enjoyed the outdoor space as well! Perfect home for special occasions.

With a wedding in the family, and having 11 guests I could not host in my house all at once, booking this Airbnb was the best decision I could make. The location and large space of this home was ideal for all of my out of town family. We had a shared space in the open kitchen concept and the privacy on our own rooms. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms well equipped. I highly recommend to big groups that need a place to stay together.

We had to evacuate Houston due to hurricane Beryl with our 5 week old baby and 2 dogs. It was a really stressful situation to book an Airbnb last minute. This is place super easy to book, easy to find, in a walkable part of town, had a back yard for the dogs, and the hosts were super responsive. Day 2 the AC froze over and stopped cooling the house. Within a few hours someone arrived and fixed the AC and gave us a window unit to cool one of the rooms for the baby until the unit started cooling the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property and perfect for our family reunion of 18 people. The rooms are set up “family” style meaning if privacy is what you are looking for you might not find it here. It worked out ok for my family though. Pet friendly and we love the outdoor space. Thank you Urbanstay!

What you see is what you get. Very accommodating and perfect for hosting a gathering. Yard was amazing and the communication by the manager was first class.

As a longtime AirBnb user, we've stayed in several types of homes; this was definitely on the more unusual side. Has a distinct corporate feel & seems meant more for meetings or bachelor/bachelorette parties. Listing says 6 bedrooms but that is a bit misleading; 3 of the "rooms" don't have doors. One bathroom/shower is also in between 2 rooms with a total lack of privacy. PROS: *Good location in East Austin *Quiet neighborhood *Good kitchen & laundry facilities CONS: *Host is a management company that requires communication outside of the AirBnb app in order to get inside the house. Personal e-mail & phone numbers required in order to check-in, which defeats the purpose of using the AirBnb app *House is set-up for social/influencer sharing - feels more like you are staying on a set vs an actual home *Lack of privacy *House WiFi requires more personal data collection/harvesting in order to use

They were also accommodating with my requests, which I really appreciated. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. On top of that, the location was perfect & close to everything we needed but still quiet enough to relax. Overall, as a very picky person I had a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again!

This was not our first Air BnB, but was absolutely the best experience and they are Veteran friendly. Host was easy to communicate with and check in and check out procedures were hands down the easiest and best I've experienced. Check out did not come with the long list of requirements that most Air BnB's reques (they were all within reason). Quiet community with close proximity to downtown. Uber transportation was reasonable and never more than a 5 min wait. Friendly neighborhood.

Great place and very convenient to get to downtown from. The hosts are great and made staying here effortless and enjoyable. The only complaint I have is regarding the internet speeds. Bring your own wifi if you need to access internet or stream anything. I would stay here again regardless of internet quality.

There was no issue with our stay and it was a good place overall. But upon checking in we did notice some larger stains on the bedroom carpets and the family room couch. So I messaged the host to let them know and they were completely unaware of them. We found it strange because they didn’t look new and were quite large and obvious. They then said they weren’t aware of any cosmetic defects with the house. So we then took about 20+ photos of drywall defects, floor defects, counter chips, stains, etc and sent them to them to avoid them blaming us for them. We were not a fan of that. But it is a nice place to stay and good location. But they need to add towel hangers and hooks in the bathroom. They have none throughout the entire house.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed in. It was well-appointed and the host was extremely responsive when we needed some more paper towels dropped off. I would book this airbnb again in a heart beat. Great location, walkable to some great spots in ATX.

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of beds to go around. Plenty of bathrooms to accommodate us as well. The pool table was a nice touch. I would stay here again.

This was a great, trendy house with everything we needed for our stay! The only downside, no doors/privacy between rooms and bathrooms. You have to walk through one bedroom to get to the others. Be prepared to hear your neighbor snore if you book this place. Otherwise, everything was great. The host was friendly, everything worked and everything (and I mean everything) was labeled with the quantities of each glass, cup, etc. and where it went. Only 1 television in the main living room.
