The host was great! And for the amount it was worth the stay. I would book again with them.

For the price, this was a great deal! We needed to be close to the Convention Center and didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg. Simple two bed hotel room, although a bit outdated, it did the trick. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because we weren’t permitted to set the temperature in our room below 72 degrees, and with it being so hot outside and us being very warm-blooded, it was simply too hot for us in the unit which made our stay a bit uncomfortable. Overall, however, the host was great!

Good for what you pay for. Positive: It is in a good position and isn't far from all that Orlando has to offer. Room was clean and staff was nice. Negative: When booking, the room states balcony however there are no balconies.

My stay was excellent. I was in town on business and needed a quiet place to work and in a central location close to my work and near the tourist area. Thalita And Rob were very responsive and took care of all of my needs, The room is small but perfect if needed for a mini vacation in a nice area, I will stay again the next time I'm in town.

I would NEVER pay what I paid for this place again! Bugs in refrigerator, plug in wouldn’t keep the chargers in, missing cover on vent fan in bathroom! Had a poor smell! Four towels for two of us when we arrived for a week. Needed to ask right away for towels. All this place was an OLD hotel room. The key code door in back of building where our room was didn’t work either. Never again! They honestly should give me money back!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and really enjoyed it. Easy check in & out, clean, fast response from them! The light switch in the bathroom wasn’t working and was fixed the same day while we were gone! The only down side to this place is the thermostat isn’t allowed below 72° and for me and my husband we sleep at 68° so some nights it was a bit toasty. Other than that it was great!

Estuve 4 noches en la habitación de Thalita y tuve una muy buena experiencia. Está ubicada en un hotel que se encuentra a solo una cuadra de la International Dr, donde hay muchos restaurantes, bares y zonas turísticas. Además se encuentra a solo 1 km de los parques de Universal.

Very Bad Positive: Location Negative: Roaches in the bath the bed have a hole not comfortable Beth wedding dirty with mark of dust my reservation was not on front desk I have to call thru booking.com they call back hour late I was to checking at 11:30pm I have to wait till 1:30am to resolve the problem I though my room is for 50 dollar they charge 150 and not worth 20 bad experience I will make another review on google

room was based out of a hotel that was hot, smelled of mildew and back entrance was broken entire stay. actual room was minimally cleaned, hot even at the lowest temp and only 4 towels for a 3 night stay in a 4 person room.

The room in the photo is not the room we arrived to and looks better than the room assigned to us. This room was in poor shape with multiple patches to walls, the shower, etc. Oddly, there was a handprint on the ceiling above one of the beds. There were crumbs on the carpet, a smell in the bathroom, and the fan in the shower didn’t work. We had a 3-night rental but left after one night it was so awful. The host will tell you that the “actual décor of each unit may slightly differ” but it’s not the décor that’s the issue, it’s the CONDITION of the room.

Great location just minutes from theme parks. Perfect spot for our vacation.

Very convenient location for driving to Parks.

They don’t provide wash cloths, the ac had to stay at 73 degrees and wasn’t cool at all. We had to repeatedly ask for towels, trash bags etc. the first night I had to sleep on the couch with no linens.

great place, good hosts & safe to walk around at night but if you're going to the parks pay attention to any public holidays and maybe book a few days later or something

Good location

Great spot if going to the parks or convention. Bathroom is clean and updated. The rest of the room was ok. It is an hotel room which might have been something I missed but once you get past that fact the stay is fine

Very responsive and helpful. We learned our original set up was canceled very late at night, and we was able to find this option and got a very fast response. Everything went great and we enjoyed our stay.

Negative: Don't book this so call apartment it's a room with two different beds a mini refrigerator that sits on the floor no microwave no wash clothes it was so uncomfortable then wat I saw online

This place is a scam! We paid and there was no access into the room. They had us go to the front desk to get a key and the front desk said they had no access to make a key because their system was down so they had the security use the master keys to unlock the place, but the security said the host must have changed their locks because multiple master keys did not work to access the building. We immediately contacted the host asking for help because it was the middle of the night and we were stranded and tired and the host provided no help. At 230 am, after 3 hours of trying to get help to access the place, I told the host I wanted a full refund and they are refusing and just offering a cleaning fee refund when it is their fault that we didnt even get to walk inside the building. They are now lying and saying I never asked the front desk for help when the front desk and security were both trying to help us gain access into their place for three hours, while the host did not help at all.

Place is false advertisement. Not an apt as advertised. It was a room inside of hotel that was not clean. Place was infested with roaches and not what we expected. Checked out after one night and was supposed to stay for four nights. Had to contact Airbnb support for refund as the host was not willing to do!! Was told by the support team this is violation of their contract with them!! Very bad experience and will not stay there again!!!

I would not rent this place again. The apartment is infected with roaches, 1 roll of toilet paper and stayed from the 2/24 through 2/5. Had to go out to the store to buy toiled paper.. host did not responded to our complaints about roaches in the apartment. Terrible place.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Orlando. Man muss wissen, dass es keine Fenster zum Lüften gibt.

The hosts were very nice however they do have 2 listings which I was not aware until we got to the airbnb......the picture they have for both listings look the same and when we got to the airbnb it was just a hotel room.......the listing I looked at was a suit with a small kitchen and definitely clicked on that link to book because I needed a small kitchen to make coffee and breakfast which is why I originally booked it.....I only looked at the listing with the kitchen because I talked to over with my dad to make sure it was ok for him.......if they are going to have multiple listings they should all have different pictures in each listing!....when we got to the airbnb to check in everything was smooth we just needed to pick up room keys and the gentleman at the desk said he can't help with anything in the room that if we need anything we have to reach out to our hosts since it was booked on Airbnb...overall the place was clean but wasn't what I expected as far as not having a kitchen!

Checked out early Positive: Staff was very friendly. Negative: The halls had a very strong smell of marijuana.

Shower light cover fell off the ceiling. Room was damp and humid, far more humid than the hallway or outside. Catch on door did not work, the room was effectively open for anyone to walk into at any point during the day, very unsafe

Thalita is a very nice host. She is very kind and always responds to my questions quickly.

El alojamiento es un espacio agradable para pasar un par de días de vacaciones, Thalita estuvo al pendiente de nuestras necesidades y de nuestra llegada así como de la salida. Recomiendo el alojamiento de Thalita.

I really didn’t expect the place to be in a hotel. It is pretty weird, knowing that it is a hotel room in a hotel more expensive then actually renting directly by the hotel’s website. Host send you a message 3hours before arriving saying « hotel personnal is not ours », makes it pretty clear but I wish I was informed earlier, I would have canceled. Not what I was expecting at all. More then tiny fridge, nothing to heat up food, but you can wash your dishes in the bathroom sink, with sponge and product provided for that purpose, lucky you. Room was clean and beds were confortables, located only 6-8 minutes from Universal Studios were I was going. Host kept in contact during the whole stay sending me rules to follow, but I mean new message and rules everyday. For that price you are better off with renting directly a hotel room, at least you get house keeping everyday day.

Bathroom was falling apart, walked in originally smelled like mildew. they say the A/C can't go below 72 it gets hot in there. beds were super uncomfortable. Not as nice as the pictures.

This place was super clean (which was my number one priority). Everyone in this building was kind and friendly. The area is very close to quite literally anything and everything you could possibly need. Parking was incredibly easy. Our hosts were super communicative and kind, and they were very thorough with their responses. I'm glad to book this place again in the future. It was perfect for my friend and I. We really enjoyed our stay.

The place was spotless, organized, and spacious. The beds were super comfortable and clean, and the bathroom too. I'm planning on staying here again, in my next vacation. The location was perfect. Thank you for everything. You were super nice and attentive.

Not quite what was expected. None of the room lights worked when we got in. They sort of fixed the front door one (it flickered). The others needed to be plugged in, one of bedside lights never worked and both would spin them upside down. We stayed in the deer room. The pictures showed better linens, they were swtiched for basic linens. The room was not "supplied with well-appointed amounts of towels." The towels were basic and small. They refused to provide wash cloths because they are "too expensive." I asked for a surge protector because some of electrical outlets did not hold a plug in them. I was told "housekeeping doesn't provide them." Just about everyday we had to get our keys reactivated because they lost thier code. There are not "room-darkening shades" but shutters that let in light. The pool and hot tub could use a cleaning. The hot tub jets didn't work half the time. The bed and pillows are comfortable. If you need a quite place to sleep it was good. Basic no frills room.

Disgusting Cockroach Motel Room! Positive: NOTHING!!! Negative: This property is disgusting and NOT well maintained. The room was advertised as a studio apartment with a kitchen! It was the Smallest Motel I’ve ever been in with NO Kitchen or Microwave!! Just a mini fridge on the floor with no table or desk to eat at!! They only provided 2 thin towels, No Wash Cloths or Hand Towels! You also can’t request them from the front desk! It also was infested with Cockroaches!!

Nice Place, Very Responsive And Quiet Place 10/10

Not as close to Disney as expected, was expecting it to be within a couple miles, not like it was. Also the area was definitely not what I expected, I thought it would be in a better location but if you want a bed and place to stay like we did this works out great.
