Promenade 501 - Oceanfront Top Floor Views — Guest Reviews

My family of four had a great stay here for 3 nights, my husband, 19 year old son and 11 year old son. My youngest slept on the pullout couch and said it was decently comfortable. The condo looks just like the photos (which doesn’t always seem to be the case with some places I’ve stayed), the views were amazing and I love hearing the waves from the ocean. Very nice large tub with jets in the primary bathroom. We made breakfasts in the condo but are our other meals out, kitchen had everything we needed to cook for breakfast. Location is great, super quick walk to the beach or to downtown with all the shops and restaurants. We come to seaside at the end of every summer, last year we stayed in the larger building next door which is also a Cascadia Getaways managed location and was also fantastic.

Since there were 2 full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with easy shower access it worked great for 3 people one of which was Location to restaurants, view, elevator and cleanliness.

Great location to enjoy the beach views and hear the waves with your morning coffee. Listing is so close to tons of restaurants and shops that you never need to move your car. Host was very communicative and check-in was a breeze.

We absolutely loved the place . It was even better than the pictures and perfect for our family . The host was really helpful, proactive and very responsive ! We will definitely come back !

Our Seaside gorgeous view condo stay was amazing - a three generation trip full of laughs, card games and sunsets. The host company was extremely responsive to our communications and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for the great stay!

We had an amazing stay at this condo in Seaside! It was the perfect size for our group of 6 and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend getaway. The sunrise and sunset views over the beach were absolutely breathtaking and made our trip even more special. The location was great, the condo was clean and welcoming, and we loved spending time together while enjoying the ocean views. We will definitely be coming back for future trips and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

We stayed here for a quick trip over Memorial Day weekend and had a wonderful stay! The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The view was gorgeous, and the location couldn't be more perfect. It's a very short walk to restaurants and shops. The beach is basically the front yard of this condo which the kids loved. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kids loved the games and Legos that were available! Cascadia Getaways was a great host and made everything very easy. We even had to change our reservation slightly at the last minute and they responded to my message immediately. We would stay here again!

The house was beautiful and clean, with great views of the Pacific. We stayed only one night, wish we had more! One letdown was that originally we had booked the adjoining 3-bedroom apartment but due to a plumbing issue, they offered to change us to this 2-bedroom apartment with a small refund. Wish we had retained the 3-bedroom which was more spacious and would have been ideal for our 5-member family. Eventually though, the sofa-cum-bed in this apartment helped us sleep comfortably.

This was a beautiful place right on the beach. Anytime we wanted food we just walked over a block and has dozens of choices. It’s also only about 30 minutes from Cannon Beach so lots of parks and beautiful scenery.
