1000/1000 me & my family loved it so much will be back !

We had a fantastic two night stay celebrating a family milestone. Kelly is a great host and took care of our every need. The house is great for a family stay with the pool, hot tub, and the pool table which was a great hit. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful house in the perfect location, the beach and restaurants weren’t far and the house had everything you needed for a comfortable little getaway.

Kylie was very engaged, checked in on us and welcoming. The house was just as described! If we are ever back in that area we will love to stay there again. It was one of our family vacations and the rooms were spaced out good so that the children had many places to hang out, from the room with bunk beds, to the pool table area, the screened in porch, activities near the pool or in the pool. That house gave us some good family memories!

We had a great stay. Lots to do for little kiddos and younger adult children. My kids loved playing on the pool table. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful bonus. Lots of space and 5 bedrooms was a plus! Ty

great place

Brought the family for the Fourth of July, we had a great time, kitchen had all you needed minus food ofcourse, pool and hot tub worked great House felt spacious

We loved the house and pool. The host was wonderful.

We had the most amazing time during our vacation! This house is truly perfect in every single way! Very clean! Everything we needed during our stay was available at the house, and its location was perfect. Short distance to the beach, and close to many different stores. The pool is amazing!!! Would absolutely recommend and definitely would stay again!

Pretty home, location close to beach, shopping and restaurants. We also went to Busch gardens (35 minute drive) and Epcot (1 hr, 45 minute drive). Had only one issue when arriving and host was already in the process of fixing.. was fixed quickly! Home was clean and stocked well. Family loved the pool area and patio!!

Great place to stay for a large group and the host is very responsive! We really enjoyed our time here and the amenities are great!!

Had the most amazing time! Great home, well maintained, extremely comfortable beds for a good nights rest. Very clean! Last but not least, Kylie is an amazing host!

omggg , this past weekend was my college graduation we couldn’t have picked a better airbnb .. My family & I had sooo much fun , the airbnb had everything we needed & it did fit all 12 of us , my family even said this was the best vacation ever ! The hose were very nice & quick when I needed to communicate with them , the beds were very comfortable . We enjoyed outside the most it really made it to where you didn’t even have to leave the airbnb because they had everything we needed there . I would definitely book again if we are ever in this area I really enjoyed myself even outside of graduating college , 10 stars across the board !

We had a wonderful stay here at this beautiful home. The hosts were very warm and responsive and we felt very welcomed. There were a lot of extras at this home that owners usually do not provide at other Airbnb’s. Thank you❣️❣️❣️

I was there with my children and grandchildren for five nights. We all like the place the kids love the pool and the extra amenities. Plenty of space for everyone, and every room had a TV. Lovely decor, and clean.

The house was great! Would love to return again!!

This house was a perfect place for our family to gather and have a great time together. Had everything we needed and more. Thank you to our host for making this an enjoyable stay. We’ll be back!

We had a good stay overall and appreciated how communicative the hosts were. They were kind, responsive, and kept us consistently updated throughout our visit. The home itself is lovely and aligns well with the listing. Our group was comfortable, and we appreciated thoughtful features like charger ports throughout the house, which made the space feel convenient and well set up. The heated pool was a major reason we chose to book this property. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to have it heated. While we were informed about an issue two days in advance, it meant we were not able to use this feature at all during our stay. While the hosts were responsive, this key amenity factored heavily into our booking decision and significantly impacted our overall experience.

House was clean and spacious with a bunch of fun extras to enjoy. Group of 9 adults, we all had our own space and didn’t feel crowded. Hosts were informative and communicated throughout our stay. Great location, safe, quiet, and a quick ride to the beach.

Elliott and Kylie were excellent hosts! Communication was great as they checked in several times to make sure we were comfortable and the home was up to our standards. The house itself was clean and spacious. We wished we had a few more days to enjoy all of the amenities around the house. I would definitely book this Airbnb again.

Very nice place and super clean ! Super happy with our choice to stay here !

This place was perfect for our big group of people! Pool was nice and close to Indian rocks beach everyone loved it

Elliott and Kylie’s place was amazing in every way! It was clean, spacious and beautiful. You can tell they carefully thought out every detail. From comfortable beds/sheets, full length mirrors, fully equipped kitchen to games and other various amenities, this place is meant for everyone. We had so much fun at this house with all the games, pool and space, we didn’t find the need to leave often. Elliott and Kylie were so quick to respond and were gracious to extend our check out time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

We had the most wonderful stay! The pool, hot tub, and golf were absolutely amazing. The pool towels were plentiful (and so soft, I want some just like them at home!). The pool table was so fun, and we loved all the games. The tables throughout the house, the dining room, dinette, and outdoor screened porch were perfect for family meals and game nights. Every room had ceiling fans and extra plug-in fans, which made everything so comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with incredible pans and everything we could possibly need. The bathrooms were well-supplied with everything. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were both beautiful and spacious. Our teens absolutely loved the kids’ room. They were in heaven with the giant floor chairs, their own movies, and foosball. It was truly a dream setup. The half bath was also such a convenient touch. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations: spacious, comfortable, beautifully equipped, and full of thoughtful details!

Awesome place and great hosts, would definitely book again!

Wonderful home near beaches and restaurants! Our hosts was very responsive and helpful!

I came down from Virginia to have a mini vacay with my children and Elliott and Kylie’s place was a perfect place to end the season. Awesome location and beautiful home. Great place.

Elliott and Kylie’s Tiki Bar Retreat was a wonderful stay for a weekend getaway me and my girl friends. The pool and outdoor area drew us in and kept us entertained for hours. The bedrooms were well organized, spacious, and cleanly. The beds were incredibly comfortable and everyone appreciated how well they slept. The hosts were prompt with communication and kind. Although the location was a bit out of the way for us, ride shares to and from our interests points were easy to obtain. We’re so glad we chose to stay at the Tiki Bar Retreat in Seminole!

beautiful place

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for a larger group. With the amount of rooms, space in the house and the immaculate backyard, you cannot go wrong with this house. Everything was very close and easy to get to. Highly recommend this house for anyone wanting to stay in the area!

This home was everything we hoped for and more—it matched the photos perfectly and was welcoming from the moment we arrived. We had a fantastic family vacation with our group of 9, and the space never felt crowded. The kids' room was ideal for our 4 little ones, giving them their own fun space to enjoy. The pool area was a true highlight—plenty of space to swim, relax, and unwind. Lounging in the poolside chairs under the umbrellas felt like a private resort experience. The home had so many entertainment options that we were never bored! Indian Rocks Beach stole our hearts—such a hidden gem with a laid-back vibe and beautiful views. We’re already dreaming about our next trip back!

Our group of 4 adults and 5 kids stayed here for 2 weeks. The house was spacious, well equipped, and the pool was a highlight. We appreciated the beach supplies and the hosts allowing a late checkout. However, for the price, more attention to details is needed. Broken lights around the fence created safety issues—2 guests stepped on glass. Some lamps didn’t work, outdoor chairs were broken, and the vacuum was clogged and unusable until we fixed it. One bed was held up by 2x4s. The hot tub got dirty, wasn’t cleaned by pool staff, and barely stayed above 90°F despite being set higher. Some issues were addressed but everything. Message replies often felt generic or ai-generated. The hosts manage 70+ properties, so upkeep may be difficult when it comes to details. Overall, we enjoyed our stay because it fit our big group, but for the price, we’d only return if splitting the cost with more families.

Loved our stay, fantastic hosts and very responsive! Would highly recommend!

Great stay overall

Family getaway Our sons and their families and my husband and I had not been all together since last summer. This property was perfect for us to hunker down and catch up. The hot tub, swimming pool, putt putt golf and screened in porch were where we spent the bulk of our time. The kitchen is well stocked and there are many indoor spaces to enjoy as well. The beach we went to was only 15 minutes away, and we were thankful for the beach umbrellas and lounge chairs to take with us. If we are in the area again in the future, we will definitely return. Thank you for a lovely home to make family memories in!

Stayed here for a family vacation. It had everything as described. Great place to stay with kids! Close to the beach and stores. Great location. Would definitely stay again.

Write up stated you had to pay a $50 feel. This was a seperate website which would not take my card due to me having a PO BOX and it needing a physical address,. Because of this, the host would not cancel my reservation, and they kept $1300 of my funds. Meanwhile, I had to find a new location to stay, as me and five small kids were 12 hours from home. I had to call Air BNB and tell them and they stated that there should not have been another site that I had to go to in order to pay a $50 non refundable damage fee. This seemed like a scam, and I fell for it, as the directions came from Airbnb. Horrible experience. Unfortunately, the kids missed out on the fun home activities because of this website, that the hosts should not be using-they should be charging this fee through Air BNB. Meanwhile-I sit and wait for Air bnb to do their review to see if I get my $1300 back. The host was unreceptive to the issue with the website they send you to. Had nothing to do with paying $50 at all.

muy limpio y todo muy ordenado no tuvimos ningun problema con nadie de ningun tipo

Great place to stay with a large family

Lots of fun activities for the kids.

This house was very well kept and clean. It had everything you’d need including a ton of towels and toilet paper/paper towels. Hosts were very responsive aside from the issues below. I would’ve wanted to give this stay a 5/5 but I have to drop it down to a 3.5/5 . The hosts chose to not inform us that the AC in the “fifth BR” was broken. They did not offer a solution up front. I had to request fans that they didn’t build for us (kinda strange as a guest to have to build added amenities). They also advertised this as a 5 BR house, but the fifth BR was a 2-car garage converted into a bedroom, with zero windows. Not sure that is allowed? It’s a 4 BR with a den. Other than those issues, the hosts were responsive about other things, it’s a shame they chose to not tell us about the AC and instead waited for us to notice. Had they been upfront from the beginning we would’ve been very understanding. If you’re planning to WFH here, ask about a booster on the WiFi as it was very difficult f

We really enjoyed our stay. The boys loved the pool and golf. We were seeking sun and found it. 😊

The home was great and plenty of space for 4 older men. Had everything we needed for cooking and enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Nice home on a semi -private road and the neighborhood was very friendly.

Amazing place - one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed at. Super comfortable. The hot tub and other amenities were exceptional . I would highly recommend the house to anyone . I wouldn’t change a thing. Thanks so much !!!
