- Heated pool fee is $100/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.

“If you plan to stay in the San Antonio area for BMT graduation, this is the house for you! We were so comfortable , and the home felt so “homie“, we didn’t feel the need to leave while we were there. The house has everything that you could possibly need yet close to all the community amenities, like shopping and restaurants, that you could want. Plenty of towels, linens, and kitchen, utensils and settings that accommodated our group of 9. We ran into a few hiccups, for example the spa not heating, but Hannah‘s team was extremely responsive and immediately had maintenance out fixing any issue we may have had. We would definitely stay here again!”
