We had a fantastic stay! The house was extremely clean, well-maintained, and provided a fun, welcoming atmosphere for our group. Kyle and Nicole were excellent hosts—very responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The house had everything we needed for a great time. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
We enjoyed our stay and felt Kyle and Nicole were very accommodating. The house was beautiful and looked exactly like the description. We love how many activities were in the home to keep us busy throughout the day. Such a beautiful home to make memories with family!

Really loved our stay at this house! Everything is just as shown and described. The playroom is a major plus with kids, my girls had a lot of fun. Because of the dock access, we were able to schedule a boat day and get picked up at the house. Its a quick 15 min drive to the downtown for dinner and going out. Area felt safe and no noises we could hear from neighbors. I look forward to coming back.
We had an amazing stay and absolutely loved this house! Our boys had a blast with the kids’ room, pool, and putt-putt and genuinely didn’t want to leave. Having the private dock was a huge bonus—we brought our boat and loved being able to walk outside, hop on, and explore St. Pete from the water.The house is beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly well set up for families. Kelly was a fantastic host, and we were lucky enough to be the very first guests! We made some great memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

I don't even know where to begin to explain how gorgeous and perfect this house was. Every morning I sat on the dock with my coffee to watch the dolphins playing in the water. My kids spent the entire time swimming in the pool, and when it rained they spent hours in the kids' room climbing the walls, playing in the foam pits and sliding down the slide. There was room for everyone to stay and the beds were so comfy. I even had my first ever paddle boarding experience. They thought of everything, down to having lots of pool towels for everyone. We took a 6 minute drive to the beach and brought the chairs and beach blankets provided. From start to finish we had the most amazing family vacation, I can't wait to go back to the house. I would give TEN stars if I could!
