Loved our stay here! It is in a great area close to Broadway and all the other major places to visit. Terry was very responsive and we were able to get a last minute late check out with no issues. We would definitely book again. Thank you!

Great space for the groups. We celebrated my wife's 60 birthday, and we had plenty of space for her girl friends. Bed rooms have there own bathroom. Living room and kitchen are spacious. Nice modern furnishings. Easy to get downtown and explore Nashville.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had in Nashville! Great location, plenty of space and bathrooms for a group, and very clean. Would 1000% book the next time!

My 9 college friends and I stayed in Terry's home for a weekend and LOVED it!! The BEST part of this stay was the flexible check-in and check-out, which was available for a reasonable fee. This flexibility erased the stress and hassle of wondering what to do in those in-between hours. There was a ton of space- 4 floors to spread out (keep in mind though, lots of stairs), plenty of beds, and a comfy clean kitchen/living room area. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, and was the perfect mix of available and helpful but not overbearing. She even left us a bottle of champagne in the fridge upon our arrival :) The location isn't ON 12 South but is a very short uber to many areas including 12 South, The Gulch, Midtown, and Broadway. We couldn't stop raving about this place all weekend, and highly recommend to groups!!

The house was within walking distance to several places we wanted to go. The house was so spacious, the kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were very clean. If we go to Nashville again, we definitely will rent this house.

Terry’s place was absolutely perfect! It was great having a bedroom and bathroom for everyone in our party! The home is very spacious and equipped with all the necessities! The location was very close to many restaurants and a quick Uber ride to Broadway! Would not hesitate to book here again in the future!

Working with Terry was great. Her guides were very informative and made the entire process of arriving, parking, and generally navigating the space extremely easy. The unit itself was easy to get to, close to everything we needed, and met all of our needs. I would highly recommend it!

Terry's home is a fabulous place, comfortable for a crowd, not far from all the Nashville fun!

We had such a great stay! The space was the perfect size for our group of 11 girls. The decor was beautifully done especially if you love a western vibe, it really adds to the experience without needing anything extra. The host’s guestbook was incredibly helpful and had everything we needed to know, which made settling in so easy. Our favourite part of the stay was enjoying coffee on the kitchen patio while watching the sunrise, and later soaking up the afternoon sun on the top floor patio. Would absolutely recommend and would love to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Terry’s! The location was incredibly convenient—most places we visited were just 8 minutes away and inexpensive Uber rides. The house was exactly as described: clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It easily accommodated our group of 11 with plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend!

We loved staying here! It was decorated soooo beautifully and the waterfall shower was our favorite!

Home was gorgeous and spacious my favorite was the sauna like double shower bathroom and the balconies i just wished it was better scenery but it was lovely hopefully we can book again

Townhouse was very clean and spacious. It was nice having bedrooms on separate levels so everyone had their own private space at the end of the day. There are a lot of stairs in this unit but, we didn't mind.

This is my second time staying here and I love it. I don’t think we’ll stay anywhere else when we visit Nashville.

Very nice apartment! Lots of ammenities and kitchen supplies. Well located! Good communication and easy instructions from the host!

Definitely was worth the price .. everything was lovely the host responded in a timely manner everytime I sent a message .. the Airbnb is BEAUTIFUL in a GREAT LOCATION close to broadway less than 10mins away. Only one thing was wrong : there was a leak from the 4th floor to the 3rd floor bathroom but they sent maintenance over RIGHT AWAY for that fix, other than we no problems I would stay there again if I visited Nashville.

This was a great place to stay for a girl's trip close to the heart of Nashville. We were plesantly surprised how easy it was to get to everything from this location. It is a beautiful property that is decorated so chic, and it was perfectly clean. Great place.

This was such a great spot to call home while we explored Nashville aka Smashville! We had a group of 7 friends and ubered and took the electric bikes everywhere. We did Broadway, Painters Alley, took in the burlesque show at Skulls! Some enjoyed dinner on the river and others enjoyed watching our Patriots destroy the Titans! We also saved time to shop and eat in The Gulch and enjoyed a song writer’s session with Alex Miller at the Country Music Hall of Fame! We will all be back in a few more years when our livers are ready again! 🤣
