Great place will defently book again nice area lot of stors arround nearby nice and clean big and comfterble had a good time at the pool could of been better but maybe next time hot tub not working at the moment and was not told befor the reservation but still had a grate time at the place and cant wait to book agin with the kids
Was easy to communicate with reliable and made everything very easy. Had a wonderful time and stay. Was very clean. The bedrooms were a little small than thought in photos and wishing the hot tub was working during our stay. However would highly recommend and come back again and rent from them totally worth it.
We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Largo! The home was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The pool and game rooms were a lot of fun and definitely made the trip even better. It was a great place to relax and spend time together. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely stay here again!
an excellent spot for a girls weekend! grocery stores within a mile, public beach access <3miles away, very quiet neighborhood. host was communicative and willing to accommodate. house is a little warm but cools down in the evenings, and there are ceiling fans in every room.
Kylie and her team were awesome communicators and worked with us to check in a little earlier as our flight put us there before the 4pm check in. Thank you!! We booked this several months ahead of time based on the pictures as it looked like a very nice place and we paid what I deemed a high price but acceptable for how it looked. Upon arrival I was instantly turned off by the appearance. Grass / Weeds had not been cut for my guess several weeks. A koi pond by the front door that evidently hadn’t worked for years and full of leaves. Gutters broken and seedlings growing in them. All around the pool was leaves and twigs that we swept up so we wouldn’t keep walking on them. The inside was fairly clean until we saw under the rug and furniture. Could list a lot more but running out of room. House needs a lot of TLC.. The house is roomy and a good location for the beach. Would we stay here again? No

Great house. Very clean and lots of activities at the house to keep kids and adults entertained. All the things we wanted to do (dog friendly beaches, boat tours, shopping, etc.) were reachable within 30 minutes or less. Neighborhood was quiet and house was easy to get to. Kylie was quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. Check in and out were very simple.
The home itself was nice but needs maintenance, but we're giving 3 stars overall… with the management company a 1 star experience as they kind of ruined our guest experience. We booked this home for 10 guests because it was listed that way, our reservation for 10 was approved and confirmed. Then, just three days before arrival, we were told the maximum occupancy was six people at all times, even for daytime visitors, creating TREMENDOUS unnecessary stress before our trip. The house has 8 mattresses. Would’ve cancelled before our stay if it was refundable. The co-hosts were always responsive and professional… and we appreciate that they ultimately honored our reservation. Our issue is with the management company, not the co-hosts. The conflicting listing information, excessive automated messages (including repeated requests for a 5-star review), and inconsistent policies made the property feel poorly managed. Nice home, but we would not stay at another property managed by this company.
Our family had a great time. Its a true home away from home. The kids enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, and back yard to the fullest. We visited Fort Desoto beach about 30 mins away and it was amazing. We were swimming with Manatees. We used the cooler and chairs provided. The kitchen had everything we needed for every meal. We would do it again.
Stayed here to celebrate my bachelorette weekend with some girlfriends. The place was amazing and we had the best time. The pool and screened in porch were great hang outs as well as the cool game room. Highly recommend this place! :)

We had the best time here! Kylie was great to work with and the house was just as described. This is our 2nd year to stay in Largo and would definitely stay here again!! Close to several beaches, shopping, and restaurants!
Kylie’s place was great! Looked just like the photos and the hot tub and pool were awesome. Check in was easy, and the few questions we asked were answered promptly. Would stay again 5 stars

The house is wonderful. The decoration is stunning. The spaces are greatly distributed. They use quality appliances, bedding, towels, furniture. It is very clean and welcoming. Great for families.
The house met all our needs. We had 3 active little boys and between the pool, video games, and cornhole they were entertained. Accommodations were very nice, comfortable beds. There were a couple of things damaged prior to our arrival and we let them know so we wouldn’t be responsible. Only thing I was surprised at was the lack of cleaning products such as windex and a simple spray for counters or the bathroom. We bought some and left it. With that many people in a house you kinda have to maintain kitchen areas daily! Other than that minor hiccup we loved everything about the house : size, entertainment, location, ease of communication all 5 stars . Thank you for sharing your vacation home with our family!
The house itself was exactly what my group was looking for. We spent a lot of time at the massive dining room table creating memories and playing games with the whole group. Same with the couch, we were able to fit almost the entire group on the couch comfortably while watching movies. the house was prepared very well for our stay. The one downside to the stay was the way the shower in both bathrooms splashed out onto the bathroom floor , it made using the toilets a little inconvenient if someone had just taken a shower because the entire floor was now wet outside the shower. Other than that the stay was wonderful.

My stay got off to a bad start. The pool hadn’t been cleaned and they weren’t able to get someone out until the next afternoon. The living room has mud caked into the rug and the couch hasn’t been cleaned in a while it seemed. The kitchen had some dirt, but it wasn’t a big deal. Kylie absolutely tried her best to make things right and she dealt with my anger properly, so I’ll give them credit for that. They created a really fun space that’s perfect for a chill getaway or time with family. Just waiting to see if they stand by their word of reimbursing me for some of the troubles. Indian Rocks Beach & Clearwater is a super quick drive and the house is in a peaceful neighborhood. Would highly recommend staying here 👍
Brought my family down for a spring training game but they didn’t want to leave the Airbnb. Thank you for amenities for all ages as our kid range from 0-16. Wonderful home with responsive hosts.
Enjoyed our month here. Hosts are extremely responsive. Always responded quickly and fixed the few minor issues we had quickly. Beds and linens were comfy, house was spacious and nicely appointed. nice quiet neighborhood to walk in. Locations is great, near everything you would need, restaurants, grocery stores, and beaches all within a very short drive. Backyard is awesome too everything you would need. Nice pool activities numerous spots to hang out would definitely stay here again.
My family and I had a very relaxing week at this beautiful home. Spacious, plenty to keep the kiddos occupied, quiet neighborhood and close to everything we could possibly need. Lived this place, would definitely return!

We had a wonderful time staying here! It was so beautiful inside and out. You were never bored, whether it was chilling by the pool, playing cornhole, mini golf, relaxing in the hot tub after a long day. Then you can spend your evening in the game room playing pool and arcade games, then sitting by the fire pit to end it all. Thank you guys for an amazing stay and checking in to make sure we were satisfied.

This house was perfect! Exactly like the pictures, very clean, spacious, and with super comfortable beds. The location is great, and the amenities were amazing, so much entertainment inside the house to enjoy. The host was excellent, responding to all my questions quickly and giving clear, helpful answers. Everything was well taken care of, and we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!
We had all kinds of issue & felt completely catfished by the house & realized that almost everything didn’t work or didn’t work as it should. Here's just some of the items needing repair we found during our 6 day stay: Keurig broken, pacman joystick doesn’t work, pool lights didn’t work, only 2 putters & balls (the rest were broken), bees nest in putter holder, showers leak all over the bathrooms, fridge never worked correctly & filter needed changing, massive gaps in front door & sliding door, pool door didn't close, the playground needed to be mulched, gas fire pit wouldn't light, a lamp was broken, rugs were filthy, foosball table was broke, trash was full, pool was dirty, a pond full of sludge by front door, & most upsetting, the hot tub didn't work & they knew before but failed to tell us. The host seemed to not know what was going on & we were given info for another property multiple times. I don't recommend booking unless you plan on not using any of the amenities listed.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was in a fantastic location—close to several beautiful beaches, which made our days so enjoyable. Our kids especially loved the game room, the pool, and the playground. The amenities kept them entertained the whole time! Overall, it was a comfortable, family-friendly space and a great experience. We’d definitely stay again!
Perfect family getaway! My family and I really enjoyed this stay. The home was absolutely beautiful and kid friendly. The house was also just a short 10 minute drive to multiple different beaches, restaurants, and shops. Communication with home team was great as well. Very professional, friendly, and welcoming to any questions or concerns I had. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to explore Florida.

Loved the home. Perfect location for our bachelorette group. Good location as we went to both Tampa and Clearwater! We used a lot of the amenities between the pool, hot tub & game room.
You cannot beat the location! We felt like everything we desired to do was less than a 15/20 minutes away. We really appreciated (especially our kiddos) all of the things to do at the house!

We had 12 girls staying for a long weekend and we had the most amazing time! The outdoor space was our favorite part of our stay! Elliott and Kylie were incredible hosts! They answered our questions quickly and checked in on us regularly to make sure everything was going well with our stay! Highly recommend this property and Elliott and Kylie as hosts!

First the communication was great. The pool was wonderful. The outside area was small but a good use of space. The kitchen was well stocked & there were plenty of linens. The home needs some TLC. I know as a rental a place will get beat up & I'm not sure how often the owners/PM actually visits. The game room was great however there were broken pool sticks & broken darts, the foosball table is missing end pieces making it hard to play. Inside - we had hand towel bars falling down, broken drawer in the bathroom and a drape that had been adhered to the window via fabric tape which kept falling. The front door has about a 1/2in gap under it, in need of some weatherstripping. In back there was one screen door that had a broken spring and one that slammed & plants growing out of the gutter. We reported a few of items on the first night as we didn't want to be charged & didn't request they be fixed, it didn't feel necessary for our stay. House served it's purpose but in need of some TLC.
We had 4 boys ages 9 - 11. We absolutely loved the backyard & game room. They said it was the best vacation ever. Basically the house was perfect - only one complaint -- the front door was a bit hard to lock. Thanks so much.
Enjoyed our stay in Largo tremendously. The house was ideal for our family of four. Cooking together was easy, the game room provided lots of laughter and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Indian Rocks Beach and Walsingham Park are both lovely! Elliott and Kylie were very responsive. One neighborhood and one home maintenance issue created minor inconveniences for us, in one case unexpectedly, but were resolved. We won't hesitate to consider a return.

We rented the house for 3 days before a girls cruise trip and the house was perfect. Any issues we had were addressed immediately. It was too cold to really enjoy the outside but the yard was beautiful and wish we could have taken advantage of the amenities. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Absolutely loved this place, it was absolutely beautiful and immaculate. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed, plus more than we even expected. The hosts were very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. I would definitely recommend this place because it also had many amenities like a pool and a Jacuzzi, a game room with a pool table and darts, and outside also had a little playground for the kids and mini golf. We will definitely come back. Thank you for having us.

This was a perfect house for our multi generational family. Spacious, clean, comfortable and very well-equipped. Everything felt new and of good quality. Game room was great fun, we loved playing pool and darts. The backyard is amazing. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, putt putt and fire pit. In warmer weather we would have been out there all the time. We felt there was plenty to offer that we didn’t need to leave. We did go to Indian Rocks Beach, less than 10 minutes away, for a walk. The local neighborhood is quiet, friendly and safe. Publix less than half a mile away. Hosts were very responsive and quick to take action with a couple of issues we had. Overall, we had a fabulous weekend (wish we could have stayed for longer!) and would recommend this Airbnb and the hosts Kylie and Elliott.
Our family stayed at Elliott and Kylie’s place mid December and had wonderful time. Home was very clean and had everything one would need. We had 7 adults and had plenty of room. We would recommend their place!
Our stay was amazing. We were the first to stay at this property and had to work out a couple kinks, but the hosts respond quickly and are very accommodating. The kinks were normal for a first time stay and were tended to in advance to my stay (appreciate the transparency). We booked for a 10th birthday and all kids and adults had plenty to do. Due to the weather, we couldnt take advantage of the pool/hot tub so that was a bummer but the options were available. Overall, 5 stars all the way around, we would most definitely stay here again.
