The apartment was nice, clean and well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and it was close to Broadway (within walking distance). The main issues we had were the noise (the building sits right up against several busy railroad tracks and there were trains running next to the property non-stop 24 hours a day, making sleep difficult), and there were many homeless loitering around the building (likely waiting for services from the nearby shelter).
Amazing Airbnb! Looks just like the photos, building felt very secure, and was walkable to broadway!
Good location between downtown and the gulch for walking distance or scooters. Was a little noisy with the train track at night

Accommodations had easy downtown access. Hostess was very responsive. Pool was well maintained and a great escape from the heat. Unit was well supplied.
The place was very nice. After booking through airbnb and seeing that I could have booked directly through the humminghost to say airbnb fees I was disappointed. Location was fine but area is definitely surrounded by a lot of homeless people. Train is very noisy too.
Great place with friendly staff. Immaculately clean and stocked with anything you need including coffee, towels (and beach towels for the pool), and anything you might need to cook a meal. Neighborhood is up and coming and right next to the train but we didn’t mind at all. Gym and pool area was great and extremely clean, plenty of people to chat with from all over the country. Overall a great stay!

The place was nice and clean. However, the constant train passing and loud foot steps from the apartment above can be a problem if you are a light sleeper. Outside of that, it was a wonderful experience. Just be sure to download the app in advance and get your credentials uploaded before arrival for a stress free check in.
We came as a group of 6 adults and 2 kids for 3 nights and found the place overall a great stay, the place was as advertised and as shown in the photos Pros: size of unit, short walk to broadway, 2 over 2 king bed (!), friendly staff, luggage check, washer and dryer, nice sized balcony with ample seating, Cons: -while the listing notes train tracks adjacent to the unit, we expected occasional trains, and that’s what we had the first 2 nights however on the third and last night a locomotive was loudly idling all night which made it difficult to get a good nights sleep - supplied coffee was subpar - parking is first come first serve and was nearly full when we arrived.
My friends and I had a wonderful stay! There was plenty of space for everyone, along with beach towels, extra pillows, and toiletries. The space was very clean, and we all felt very safe in the complex. Loved it!
A bachelor trip to Nashville and 10 guys fit comfortably in this space. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to broadway. Don’t be afraid, the rescue across the road gave no troubles as we walked by multiple times a day and late at night. One note, the train tracks do run right behind the building so you do get lots of train noise throughout the day and night. After a while you tone it out, overall a great stay, would stay here again if coming back to Nashville.

The unit was absolutely amazing. Very clean, had everything we could have needed and was beautiful. Communication with melissa was top notch. Our group was extremely pleased and we look forward to visiting again this summer. Great location and we felt safe with the added security. Uber to broadway was no more the $15 a ride. Everything was exactly as described, looked just like the pictures. Honestly, pictures didn’t do justice. Everything about the condo was even nicer in person. The pool was beautiful, as well as the sitting area with the fire pits. It was to cold to swim this trip, but it was peaceful sitting outside enjoying everything else. Highly recommended
Property was clean, spacious, well decorated. Host was informative and easy to reach and super responsive!
