First place didn’t have heat so they moved us into another one which we realised had roaches in kitchen and bed bugs. They don’t give us extra bedsheets to change we were here for 15 days. No extra towels either. Will NOT recommend this place or the host

I definitely come back is a 120% a beautiful place to stay with you’re family. Positive: Is beautiful is the best staying I ever had immaculate definitely a wonderful place to stay. Negative: I love everything about the property is peaceful.

Rooms in a hotel managed poorly with maintenance, pest control, and sufficient cleaning lacking at best. Smelled, had live cockroaches, and mold visible and pungent. The same conditions in a 2nd room attempted. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Lugar cómodo tal como se describe y ve en las fotos. Cerca al aeropuerto y parques de Disney 🏰❤️

We loved our stay! The hosts were very accommodating and the area was easily walkable to stores. Would absolutely come back!

Ne pas aller a cet endroit Positive: Tranquille, silencieux, piscine toujours vide Negative: Insecte dans la chambre, moisissure, frigidaire non fonctionnel (pas assez froid), propreté questionnable, store brisé impossible de dormir dans le noir, impossible d’avoir des grosses couvertures supplémentaires dans la chambre , les serviettes ne sont pas changées de tout le sejour, filtre a cafe non inclus, rien d’inclus … nous avons demander de changer de chambre a cause des insectes, ils ont mis du poison a insect dans la chambre, cela n’a pas réglé le probleme. Nous avons demandé de reparer le frigidaire, il n’a jamais été réparé et nous avons perdu toute la nourriture que nous avions…

We were disappointed! This place has roaches. Bedding- during our 5 day stay we did not get replacement bedding and we didn’t get additional bedding for the sofa bed even though we notified the host ahead of time. Towels- we requested fresh towels and were instructed to leave them outside with no did not receive replacement so it left us buying our own towels. Customer Service- Requested a partial refund with the host Thalita and Robert and we gave them the 72 hour response window and no response even past the 72 hours. Thank you to Airbnb Support! I contacted Airbnb support team and got back to me the same day and issued the partial refund.
