We were there for my son’s baseball tournament and this place felt like a home. Very roomy, lots of bath towels for our family of 5. Pool was clean and had many pool towels. More than enough beds for 5 people. All of us slept in our own room! Kitchen was spacious, with all the utensils we needed. Megan extended our check out until noon, and that helped us out a lot. My son’s game was till 9 and we had to come back and get freshened up and leave for the airport, so late check out helped tremendously. THANK YOU Megan. We very much enjoyed our star and we highly recommended this place.

The house is very clean, the common areas are great. The master bedroom mattress is too thin, you can feel the springs. The downstairs bathroom is beautiful, but no water pressure in the shower.

This property was absolutely beautiful. It was extremely spacious for me and my entire family. The area was beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed the pool as well. Suprise is a very clean city and the people were extremely polite. We enjoyed our stay!

Overall this house was great for us! There were 10 of us and it was spacious. Pool was great , outdoor grill and fridge were a bonus, especially appreciated the fact that they were shaded. There were a few things that kept me rating 5 stars. The tv was not working in the master suite, the bed was not comfortable. Also the kitchen could use mixing bowls and just overall updated dishes, bowls, colander, mixing and cooking utensils. We had a great time and enjoyed the house.The back door was a bit of an issue , hard to open . Megan was attentive and responded quickly every time I reached out. Thanks Megan!

We needed a place that suited our needs. We had a number of family members coming in from various places, and this house provided us just the right accommodation for everyone.

Our stay exceeded all expectations. The property was exceptionally clean, spacious, beautifully updated, and very comfortable, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Everything went smoothly-no hiccups whatsoever. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We frequent Surprise because our son lives there and is a college athlete. We booked this home for his senior weekend, and had lots of family that joined us. The home was the perfect size for everyone. The backyard is the gem of this home, the outdoor kitchen and pool, are perfection. They supply plenty of beach towels (they’re in the laundry room, took a minute to find), and even have adult size pool floaties. My only complaint would be the primary bed is very uncomfortable, and the pillows are awful. Highly recommend bringing your own. The primary bedroom is GIGANTIC! Plenty of room for a crib, or a blow up mattress. Megan was amazing and answered my many questions in a timely manner and with kindness. I believe anyone can offer a service, but what matters is how you are treated. Megan gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We would absolutely stay in any of their properties again.

We stayed here while attending a tennis tournament close by. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood and that the house was very clean. One of the mattresses seemed to have broken springs on one side so it wasn’t very comfortable (in primary bedroom) but that was our only complaint, and it wasn’t a big deal. We also used the pool - it was so hot we were fine without turning the heat on. Would stay here again if we’re ever back in town.

Our 7-member family enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. There were plenty of bedrooms and space for everyone. We found the kitchen area nice to gather and cook in. We also enjoyed spending time by the pool. I recommend purchasing the heated option, which is $125/day. We grilled out one night in the covered grill area which had a flat iron and a gas grill, was lighted, and had a nice long counter for setting out food. Our host was very friendly and responsive. This home is everything it appears to be, and I highly recommend it!

We had a great time. The house is very nice and has plenty of room. The outdoor space is great with a pool and an outdoor kitchen!

We had a nice stay at this Surprise house. Comfortable house, plenty of space for a large family and the location was easy to get to. The backyard was a nice place to lounge. Host was responsive (even when I messaged her late at night, Sorry Megan).

I rented Megan’s place for my tennis team, but I did not stay there, in fact, I never even visited the home. Accordingly, my review is based on the fact that everybody seemed very happy with their stay.
