We got in late on our check in date and had questions when we got into the house. Kylie was quick to respond and help us get settled in. The house has a fantastic sized backyard for the dog to enjoy. The pool and outside area have plenty of games for the crew to play. The house is good for a large family or small group. The kitchen has all the pots and pans and is well maintained. The house is located close to shopping, grocery stores and tons of restaurants. The house does sit on a main road but during the evenings, the road noises all but stops and it’s quiet.
The home was clean and well appointed, with plenty of room inside and out. The pool area was great, as was the fenced yard for my Frenchie pup to run around in. It’s convenient to Honeymoon Island which has a great dog friendly beach. Host was friendly and very quick to respond. Would stay there again.
This rental is as advertised. The pool was great, the house had everything we needed/expected. Property manager and host were very responsive. We had a very nice time.

Absolutely wonderful family get away. We loved everything from the beautiful decor, comfortable beds, and amazing pool to the spectacular firepit and perfect kitchen. Everything you need and more. We can’t wait to enjoy another escape from reality and into the peace and fun of this home.
Great stay. Property was clean and in a great location for what we had planned for the few days we were here. Home had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable. Pool was clean and outdoor area was a family favorite hangout after dinner each night. Checking in and out was easy and communication with the rental team was easy with quick responses. Will definitely keep this place in my favorites when we head back this way.

What an amazing home! Our family enjoyed every square inch of it. From the pool and giant yard games to the tetherball setup, there was something fun for everyone. We loved relaxing and watching movies together on the huge, comfortable sofa, and the home was stocked with plenty of beach essentials, including chairs and other thoughtful extras.Everything was clean, well-maintained, and clearly designed with families in mind. We made so many wonderful memories during our stay. This is definitely a must-stay property, and we would happily return again! Thanks Kelly for your amazing hospitality!

This place is perfect. The town of Palm Harbor is a perfect quiet getaway. This home was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The pool is clean, linens are comfy. My family and I are grateful to have stayed here.
We just got home from a great small trip. The house was older but I loved it the amount of character was amazing and the wallpaper so fun. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy. The pool was so awesome. We loved it and the yard and doggie door made us giggle as Blue our Jack Russell discovered it and thought it was her very own door. Lol The host was great and inviting. Five stars for sure. We had a great time visiting Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin and Clearwater beaches. Went to the local YMCA which was great. I had my fur baby with me and set up daycare at TLC vet. They were wonderful. Grocery stores and restaurants were easy to get to. The outdoor pool area is well equipped and really good for kids. Bedrooms were roomy and comfortable . Great seating areas for meals.
