My family and I had an amazing trip to Florida. The house was as advertised. Had everything my family and I needed. The house was very clean and located in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was within a short drive to all the major attractions and the beach. The pool and bunk bed room were major hits with my kids. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone with little ones.

It was an awesome summer vacation with the family. The house was awesome with plenty of space and fun activities for the family. Indian rock beach was 10 minutes away with easy beach access. Clearwater beach was another close beach and only 20 minutes away. We’ll definitely visit the area again and spend more time.
Great location and excellent communication
We enjoyed our visit to the fullest! We had three families in this home and everyone had their own space and well accommodated. We enjoyed the privacy of this home and we were surrounded by everything in this area. Clearwater FL is our second home and we look forward to visiting this home again the next time. We are so thankful and grateful for the time spent here.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here! The home was very family-friendly with lots of beach gear, toys, games, TVs in every room, and even a great selection of spices for cooking. There were a few maintenance items that could use attention. The oven and stovetop heated inconsistently, which made cooking for our large family a little challenging. The converted garage bedroom stayed warm, although the two box fans helped. We also experienced a water leak from the wall/laundry area when the showers were used. We let Kylie know, and she was very responsive. I believe it's something she'll have repaired, but it's worth mentioning since it could create a slipping hazard. Overall, these issues didn't take away from a great vacation. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.

Kylie’s r home was beautiful. It was right in the middle of lots of places to visit and the neighborhood was peaceful. He had a fully equips kitchen which is always nice. Also had a wonderful pool with all the things you’ll need for your stay. I’d definitely be back!
Our family had a great stay. The kids loved the movie room and pool. The house was clean and as described. Great instructions and friendly and responsive host. Great location for exploring the area and numerous beaches.

We had an absolute blast staying here! We had family in from California, Wisconsin and St.Petes everyone enjoyed all the amenities ♥️✈️ We would definitely recommend this property to others looking to visit this area. Very close to beaches, restaurants and other attractions.
We went for a family vacation. We went to Busch Gardens and several beaches. The house was spacious and gave the teens so many options. We used the pool each night. Our host was very attentive when I had questions. I would absolutely love staying there again!
The space was very spacious and comfortable for my bachelorette party of 10! The house was also very clean and decorated nicely. The location is great and was not very far from your touristy areas. Kylie was so helpful even before our reservation date - She was very responsive and worked with us to get an early check in. Overall, we had a great experience!

This is a very nice house that works well for groups and is great for the price. The pool isn't heated so it was cold during our stay, but would be great in summer. But with all the other things (ex. putt putt, corn hole, foosball, etc) it was still a nice time to hang out with friends. We had a small group of guys stay here for a laid back bachelor party weekend. The foosball/ping pong table is a very small one (not the normal size), but still fun. The arcade games shown in the pictures do work... sort of. They seem to be pretty finicky. The garage has been turned into a living area with projector and bunks so that is a great place for kids or a movie night. The only challenge or small issue we encountered was parking. The driveway is very short. The guys were able to squeeze 3 cars in, but other cars have to find parking on the street. This house is in a small cul de sac so there isn't a ton of that. Keep that in mind when booking, but otherwise it's a great option.

This house was perfect for our large family getaway. We visited Florida to watch Phillies Spring Training baseball and the house was in the perfect location; close to the ballpark and the beach. It provided everything we needed and the kids loved the pool and golf green. The large room with the bunks and media screen was perfect for the teenagers:)
We had a great stay in Largo! The home was lovely and the host was truly fantastic. One of the video game machines wasn't working during our stay, but everything else was amazing. Any time we had a small issue, the host was incredibly responsive and fixed it immediately. Highly recommend for the top-notch hospitality!
Beautiful home, has good space for a family, entertainment is plenty, pool was freezing though in February so be aware. It’s about 15-20 minutes to John’s Pass.

Had a great stay with family at Kylie's place! House was the perfect size for us and family that came to visit , and just a short drive to the beaches and downtown.
The location was better than we expected, very short drive to local attractions and plenty of food and entertainment options nearby. The hosts were quick to answer any questions and the home had everything we needed already in place. Good, quiet, safe neighborhood that was like home.

We had a great stay overall. The game room was a real highlight and kept the grandkids entertained, the location was excellent and convenient, and the space itself was roomy, comfortable, and well laid out for our group. The downside was that the pool was unheated and we were unable to use it. This was very disappointing. We came from a northern state, and the amenity of a pool was important to us. Elliott and Kylie were friendly great hosts and answered our questions promptly but weren't able to get the repairman late afternoon on our final day but by then it was too late.
Elliott and Kylie’s home was exactly like the photos. Very nice neighborhood and quiet. Amenities were great and very responsive with any questions we had while there. Highly recommend booking with them.
Great place! Exactly what we needed for our group. Kids were always eager to get back to the house with all of the fun activities there. Easy to find and in a great central location. A quick drive to beaches. The kitchen had everything we needed. Would stay again next time we’re visiting.
Elliott and Kylie were amazing hosts! Everything was as described and more! Plenty of board games for nights at home were a plus! Everything was clean and comfortable, we truly enjoyed our stay.

The air conditioning was set to eco system and we woke up every morning to it being 82 in the house when you have people scheduled to come to house you should let your guess know. We where swimming and the pool guy came by to clean pool had no warning. He walked right in on side yard. Made the kids uncomfortable. We also would have like to know the garage was turned into a bedroom.
This is a really great property and the host was amazing! The kids were easily entertained the whole weekend and we had a great time as well. I personally played at least 30 games on NBA JAM! lol
Good home in a great location close to beaches, restaurants. There were several issues we had with the stay that really took away from our vacation and experience. Ants on the kitchen counters making it nearly impossible to properly cook without constantly wiping out the ants first, ants in the bathrooms, getting on our personal belongings. The thermostat would adjust on its own as if it was on a timer or remotely controlled, we couldn't get a good sleep as the temp would be set to 82 degrees every morning instead of the 72 degrees we would leave it at night, waking up sweating is not the best experience or what you look for when on vacation. We had to clean the outdoor patio table everyday as there would be rodent droppings on the table top, around the grill on the floor, over the floor mat outside. Wrong entrance code was sent to us for arrival access All issues that we feel should be addressed before having guest rent out the location.
I knew the trip was off to a bad start when the host gave me the wrong door code. Next the A/C didn’t work and it took the host 3 days to send out a repairman. The house was infested with ants. There was a notice from the city on the garage door stating “illegal construction of garage into livable space”. Host was horrible to respond, farmed answers out to a managing company that had no idea what was going on. Host makes a mandatory $50 fee to their own processing service outside Airbnb. Would not recommend and caution stay away from this host.
My family and I had a wonderful time at Elliot and Kylie's house! We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! I highly recommend them! The pool is perfect for our kids! I highly recommend them! Thank you !
Great Host
stayed 6 nights with 13 guests. everyone had plenty of space. we cooked 90% of our meals and had plenty of dishes, cook wear, and places to sit for everyone. we touched just about everything in the house and the only complaint I truly have is that the light remotes for the bedrooms by the bathroom get crossed and when one room would turn their light out it would turn the other bedroom light on. but we figured it out. and the hosts are quick to respond and super polite and helpful. easily one of my top 3 airbnb experiences.

From the booking, to the recommendations, and the accommodations. I will stay here again. The location was great and the home had all the amenities needed for a vacation rental. The host checked in on us after check in, before our first night of rest, and ensured that we had everything there with us. I appreciate the hospitality. The home had all of the games needed during a rainy day entertainment and for a day out at the beach. I wished we could have stayed a few more days. Thank you again
We were a party of 11 we had many activities outside the house we were celebrating our bachelor &bachelorettes. Mainly in clear water and Disney world. Our friends threw us a bbq on the last night and moved the chairs, we cleaned up. In the hosts instructions she doesn’t mention trash. As soon as we left I get a message of a cracked chair that we did not use but because it was moved and a charge for confetti that we swept and provided pictures at most maybe 3 pieces were left in the pool $216Today marks the 14th day that the host can charge my card (100) and they chose to claim it 5am. 1st time booking with Airbnb & last. The place is nice just don’t use the amenities if you don’t want to get a bill later. They kept requesting a review but I felt like waiting until the 14th day, As per the host i hate confrontation & this whole process is why I was skeptical of Airbnb if your team wasn’t happy the new food I couldn’t throw away I am sorry for that but I know we followed your instructio
Great experience Property location is close to stores and the beach. The movie screen and popcorn machine was a hit with the kids. Pool area had a nice size table and grill. Would recommend this property.

A most excellent vacation. Positive: This was a vacation for my family and this was the most enjoyable home we have ever stayed in. Everything was exceptional. Very clean, plenty for all the children to do and lots of space to spread out and relax. We were all pleased with the entire home.

Peaceful getaway with lots of family friendly amenities from adults to kids and a short drive to the beach with wagon, sand toys and chairs available if we wanted to leave the amazing Airbnb. Highly recommend and hope to come back!
Nice property just needs adjustments Positive: The king beds were great, liked the seating area around pool, and fire pit. The person I connected with at the company who rents out the property was very friendly. Negative: A lot of ants were found in every room, found roaches (though bugs thrive around Florida I’m sure.) however we did leave a night short because of it. The room where bunk beds were at stayed consistently hot.
My family and I had a fantastic stay at Elliot and Kylies. We were shocked at how nicely stocked the house was with toiletries, paper towels, great cookware, and everything else you could think of. I honestly felt like I was staying at my own home with having everything I’d use at my own house without having to purchase the little odds and ends. I’ve traveled to a lot of air bnb’s and this was the best yet. I would highly recommend this home.
Don't place the reservation before the reservation is confirmed They charge you when there cancelation policy doesn't allow cancelation and then they send you to exterior link for extra verification and force you to pay extra $50 the communication with them is impossible. be careful.

Good house, love the converted garage. Fit 11 people somewhat comfortably but not everyone had a bed. Kitchen was solid, a little cramped, but the pool and backyard are awesome. Overall would recommend!

Everything was great and what we expected.
The inside of the house was nice and spacious for our group. It was as depicted in the advertisement. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house because of our softball schedule, but enjoyed the arcade games when time allowed. There were a couple of minor issues, but the host was responsive in finding a resolution.
We loved staying at Elliott and Kylie’s Airbnb Home. It was spacious and very clean. Elliott and Kylie were very quick to respond to any questions that we had. We would definitely book again.
Fun house for a group of kids! lots of activities, games and cool features.
