Amazing spot to stay with tons of beds!

On the day of check in there were many communications about vehicle information. We were told that information had to be accurate with specific information but when we arrived the guard did not check credentials. Even though we were contacted about the car information there was no indication that the hot tub was not working until 520pm, over an hour after check in. Permission was granted to give handyman access for the repair, it was not fixed and we were not updated. Contacted owner they sent the handyman back over the next day, power was disconnected but no update on repair. We saw in the guest book this had happened to another guest. Even if hot tub did work the water was dirty. There was also garbage on the exterior of the property that was reported. Living room was very small that only sat 3 people comfortably. We were patient and understanding, owner offer 80 dollars off of a 1175 bill for our inconvenience then came back and offered 150 back. They never issued refund.
