We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everything we needed was available, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Airbnb Review If I could give Kelly and her place 10 stars, I absolutely would! ⭐️ Everything about our stay was perfect from beginning to end. The place was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. You can tell that Kelly truly cares about her guests and puts a lot of thought into making the experience special. Kelly was incredibly kind, welcoming, and responsive whenever we needed anything. Communication was easy, check-in was smooth, and the entire stay was completely stress-free. The place was even better than we expected, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment there. This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. I would 100% stay here again without hesitation and would highly recommend Kelly’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful, and relaxing stay. We paid $1,798 for the reservation and a $125 pet fee. The host was messaging us for days prior to our trip and sent us confirmation the morning of our trip that everything was set and we were good to go. We drove over 3 hours to get there and after we arrived and tried to get in, we were told that our reservation was being cancelled. When we asked to speak to a manager, we were dismissed and told that someone would call us. No one ever did. We spent $800 in groceries that we were going to use during our stay, spent a lot of money in gas to get there, and we had our dog with us. We ended up having to pay over $2000 to get hotel rooms to accommodate all our family members and had to get special permission from the hotel for them to allow us to bring in our dog. Our host was sorry but did not offer any accommodations and then stopped responding to us. The people in the office at the Air BnB were extremely dismissive and never offered support or a resolution for the issue.

Very nice place—cozy and clean. There were plenty of blankets and towels (which is rare in some Airbnbs), and we loved everything about the place. The kids’ room was great, with bunk beds that felt almost queen-sized. The only issue we had was with the tub, but it wasn’t really the host’s fault. When we arrived, it had been left open and was a bit dirty, so we couldn’t use it. Overall, we were very satisfied and would highly recommend this place.

Kelly is such an Amazing person very responsible & Responsive!! Had a great time with my child & family relaxing for My Birthday got too get away at my favorite place the Poconos in Kelly Amazing Peaceful relaxing Home!! Nice place Positive: Beautiful home, great location. The game room was awesome. Homeowners were very responsive Negative: Some of the switches didnt work, no propane and the heat was overbearing, could not turn it down. Pain to get into the location, high security

Great stay and close to camel back. The house had everything we needed and the game room was pretty cool

Not a good experience as there was no hot water and not addressed during my stay. The water smelled as well and at least one time came out brown from the kitchen sink. It was also dirty when we arrived. The kitchen also had glassware that was covered in a slime/grease. There were dead flies (during a winter stay) on the inside window sills. The entrances to the house are up flights of stairs and since they didn’t plow or clear snow they were full of ice and snow making it dangerous to enter and leave the property. The communication with the owners were not helpful as they indicated that they were working on getting people out to take care of the issues but never did anything during the stay. So looks great in pictures and description but expect to be disappointed with the property and any assistance from the host.

Kelly was very helpful and responsive. She was very accommodating to my family and I. Game room was fun.

​Our stay was absolutely wonderful and truly felt like a home away from home. The house was perfect for our family of 10, offering plenty of clean and spacious rooms for everyone to relax and feel comfortable. We especially appreciated how cozy the home was. The child-proof gates were a huge plus, providing peace of mind with our one-year-old. ​The outdoor space was fantastic and we loved having the option to lounge in either the open or enclosed areas. It was perfect for enjoying the fresh air no matter the weather. ​The host was incredibly responsive. Kelly was helpful in providing quick answers to my inquiries and offering excellent recommendations. The attention to detail and hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. ​We would definitely return for another family vacation and would also highly recommend this home for a friends getaway. It's a true gem!
