Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! They were very helpful and accommodating. The 3rd floor air conditioning went out as we were about to check in. They called to inform us and brought 2 portable AC units to help keep it cool.
Great guest, very good communicator and willing to work with us when things weren't going perfectly. It was a secluded cabin up in the mountains that was very peaceful.

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! The cabin was very clean and our grandchildren LOVED the kids bunk area. Check-in and -out was easy. The one issue we had was the TV in the main level. It was a little involved to get it to work with the internet connection and had to be fixed every time it was turned off.
Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! overall this was a beautiful home to stay in. There were some cleanliness issues upon arrival but when we messaged the host they were extremely fast about getting someone out to take care of it. The issue we had was one that was easily overlooked and quickly fixed. The home was exactly as described and very easy to get to. If you are looking for seclusion this is not the one but we were not really looking for that so this gated community was perfect for our family of 5. The hot tub is on the bottom deck and away from where neighbors can see it. The houses are kind of close together but we did not have an issue with it as most of the neighboring homes were empty when we arrived. There is ample parking for 5. plenty of kitchen utensils, pots pans amd dishes for cooking a full meal which was nice. The theater room was cozy and the bathtub in the upstairs suite is massive. We really enjoyed our stay and may rent this cabin again in the future.

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! We loved our cabin stay! It was spacious enough to provide plenty of space for our whole party but cozy enough to still provide the sense of togetherness. The beds were large and cozy and everyone loved that they had their own bathroom. The kids loved their “own cabin”. All in all it was a great stay!
