I will probably look for another place next summer. Positive: The room was just like the pictures. But there were long dark strands of human hair stuck to the dirty walls behind the front door. And some in the sink as well. Negative: They kept turning the ac up to high 70s and that was unacceptable because it’s very hot outside and walking into a cold room is a must. Plus we could not control it even when we were in the room. This was our honeymoon. And not until the last day did we have to wake up in the middle of the night to cool the room off. The temperature was very uncomfortable. Also we had a very hard time getting our entry codes to work and had to call every time we got to the door almost and it caused us to miss out on reservations we made with local family members on our very last day which REALLY upset me cause we missed out on getting to see them before we left. So some things were very nice like the bed but others very upsetting.

I wouldn’t stay here ever again. Had to get a refund. The balcony door wouldn’t lock and they were unhelpful in getting maintenance there to fix it.

The location and view from the condo was beautiful. I do believe it was overpriced for the location and the size. The condo is a bit outdated, not necessarily a problem, but did have a mildew-y smell/ cigarette smell. There was hair on the toilet seat, long and dark, very noticeable. The shower was stained and looked like it may have just been sprayed cleaned, not wiped. Also, I believe the AC is controlled by the host (?) it was hot and HUMID in the room. Whenever I would turn the air down, I’d wake up in the morning to it being set where it was the day before. Not sure if there’s a timer or what, but not ideal for warm weather right by the water.. in an old condo. Other than those things, the bed was quite comfortable. The condo was cute and homey. Probably would stay again if it were a bit cheaper. I understand Easter weekend is a chance to jack up pricing, but I felt as though I should’ve stayed at a hotel for this price.

Really nice place and location. The apartment looks good and has a beautiful view. The utilities were there. The check-in was pretty difficult because the communication from the host was bad. It took us quite some time and effort to get into the appartement.

It’s an okay-ish stay. It’s hard to check-in. Instructions are not so clear and had to be on call for long wait after a long drive. Except the view, nothing is great about this stay.

We enjoyed our stay at B215. It was a peaceful getaway on the beautiful Santa Rosa Sound. The condo is small but perfectly suited for 1-3 guests. I was impressed by the full kitchen that allowed us to cook meals in the condo, though we also enjoyed exploring the area and getting good from local restaurants. Waking up to the sunrise over the sound was the perfect way to start each day. You’re only 10ish minutes from the emerald waters of the Gulf. We’re looking forward to our next visit!
