The AirBNB was nice and clean, very private and close to all amenities. I would highly recommend it.

It was pleasant and nice service was grate would and clean just alittle over priced but I would stay again cause it' Positive: I liked how clean it was and the location was amazing really enjoyed being there Negative: For the size it is abit exspensive for what's there but the location was grate

I would not recommend staying here. Three reasons: 1. The check-in door code was incorrect. I had to call to get help getting in. 2. The correct code was the number of the house, which is unsafe. 3. The place was very dirty, dusty, and moldy, and deeply affected my health and allergies during my stay and for days that followed.

The host communicated very well. Was willing to go out of the way to make sure he had everything. We liked the fact that we could walk downtown and to a grocery store. Unfortunately, there were a few maintenance issues on the place but the owner seemed more than willing to take care of them.

Positive: Location was an easy walk to main Street in Sarasota. Negative: Loved the location.

Perfect cozy space, very clean, and modern!

Our host was exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was seamless—she responded immediately to every message and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. There were a couple of minor hiccups during the stay (a lockbox battery issue and temporary AC outage out of her control), but she handled both situations proactively and resolved them very quickly. Her professionalism and attentiveness made all the difference. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property!!
