Brian was a pleasure to host ! Always check your location for rental choices. Since the last hurricane, a lot of new construction and remodeling has been going on, but it's always great to see everything being rebuilt. I love AMI and will be returning for sure! 🏡 rebuild 🌴

We hope to host you again in the future! Everything as described. One thing that i either missed or wasn’t on description is that the unit comes with a large beach umbrella and two smaller ones. If you are driving down no need to bring one. Other beach gear included: chairs, wagon to lug beach gear. Pool was great! Patio was plenty large. Also garage is not part of the rental. (Owner had car parked there) Overall will stay at this place again, convenient, short walk to Ugly grouper, pizza and other coffee shops/stores. Quiet neighborhood.
