Nice place with plenty of sleeping spots.

Great stay for a large group. Very kid friendly. Denise was very responsive and helpful to a few questions that we had. Our group looks forward to staying here again in the future.

This is an excellent home for a multigenerational family! The layout is well thought out with separate spaces for children and adults. The backyard is also well designed with a gas fire pit, large pool with a diving board, a hot tub, small swing set and corn hole. The kitchen had everything we needed and was spacious enough for all of us to work together making meals. The bedroom situation worked very well for our four families with six children under the age of eight. The house is located at the end of a private drive so it was quiet and peaceful. Denise was very responsive and communicated well with us to attempt to resolve any issues or concerns that we had during our stay.

We mostly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home but we were a bit disappointed by a few things. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the open floor plan and there was enough room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked except that we hardly had any garbage bags and had to get our own, which was crazy. We also did not love the fact that there was no kitchen cleaner, so after handling raw meat and cooking there was nothing to clean the counters with. We reached out numerous times to the host but it never got resolved. We also had a big issue with the door code when we got in late one night and the code was different from what it was supposed to be and we got locked outside. We were also pretty bummed that the side tables and pergola were missing from the pool area, but they were pictured in the listing. Also the sprinklers would go on and soak us and our stuff. The house was in a nice area and it felt very private.

Denise and her staff were amazing with responding to our questions. The house was very nicely decorated and kept clean before we got there. The only part that threw us off was the exterior of the house. The pictures were outdated so we were very confused when we drove up to the house. There was also a huge confusion with the Smart Lock codes, so we couldn't get in right away. Again, the team responded quickly and helped us figure it out. Our family had an amazing time with the pool and hot tub. The front of the house and porch were difficult to use due to large amounts of mosquitos. Our Instacart driver was very shocked that the place had not been sprayed before we arrived. Overall, the house was set up really nicely.

The property was beautiful, very clean and well stock with essentials! This is definitely a kid friendly house! Lots of little extras for the kids. I would definitely stay here again. Our grandkids range from 2 years old to 15. They all had a great time. There is something for everyone! The easy check-out was especially appreciated. No stripping beds, gathering towels, emptying the trash cans, etc. As so many airbnbs require. Makes it so much easier to be out by 10 when you are traveling with a large family!

We really wanted to love this property because it has so much potential. The home is beautifully decorated, spacious, and has great amenities. The backyard with the pool and fire pit was wonderful, and our kids loved the basement game area and upstairs play space.Unfortunately, several maintenance and management issues took away from what could have been a 5-star stay. When we arrived, there were about 10 full garbage bags left in the garage from previous guests. We reported it immediately, but no one removed them, and they were still there when we checked out.The master bed was broken, the hot tub was cloudy and unusable, and the washer and dryer didn’t work. We also had a pool technician enter the backyard without any prior notice while our young kids were getting ready to swim. The technician was very kind, but guests should be notified before anyone enters the property. We lost over an hour of pool time, and the host’s response felt generic and offered no real solution.This is an expensive rental with the potential to be exceptional, but the lack of maintenance and meaningful customer service was disappointing. With better management, this could easily be a 5-star property. Unfortunately, because of the number of unresolved issues, we felt a 3-star review was appropriate.

Our family truly enjoyed the area! Nice and quiet and private. The pool was fun, the house was clean and very family friendly.

Truly loved our stay in Muskegon! The house was perfect for our family of 16...Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Both the pool and hot tub were a favorite! The property is exactly as described with all of the extra needed amenities.

If you’re looking for a getaway with a larger family with children to rest and play in the pool, look no further! The host was very helpful, and the house is very kid friendly. We had the kids playing upstairs and in the pool the whole time.

We really enjoyed our time here as a family! Well stocked, clean, and the backyard is wonderful!

Denise was a great host and easy to reach, she responded promptly and tried to resolve any issues we faced as best as possible. However, some of the amenities that made this property unique (pool and hot tub) were not clean and were not usable for most of our stay, even though Denise acted promptly to get these cleaned and get them in usable condition, we feel that these things should have been taken care of, before we arrived at the property. We also found a broken bed in the master bedroom, which was fixed the same night. Something else that we thought should be maintained is the water filter in the fridge since that is the only source of filtered water at the property. We were allowed a late check-out. For the reason that we were not able to use the amenities promised at the property we thought the property was over priced, otherwise it was great stay that made our vacation enjoyable and relaxing.

Everything was great, from the house to the hosts. Communication and directions were very clear. House was comfortable and clean. The basement with all the games was great; there was some pretty serious poker one night! I would certainly stay there again.

Great house had a great time

The place was great, not too far from any convenience stores or supermarkets. The amenities were great and kept us occupied for our duration. The home had basically everything that we needed and Denise was very quick to help. Only concern was that it seemed like every bedroom lock was stripped and we couldn’t lock any of the bedroom doors. Apart from that, the home was great and we had lots of fun.

Denises house was beautiful, well stocked and beautifully decorated. The space was used very nicely, with a great play space upstairs for children and wonderful family congregation area on the main level and game area in the basement was amazing. This home was amazing and if we are in the area again we would absolutely stay again. Denise was super responsive and kind.
