Nice and clean stay!

A few weeks before our trip, the original home we had booked was sold by the owner. Jeff & Bridget offered a quick solution with a lovely alternative property that worked for our needs. Would definitely book through them again!

Jeff And Bridget were great hosts and their place was just as described. It was perfect for our group and we would highly recommend it!

The stay was great, last minute we had to update our stay because of another air bnb going up for sale, the hosts were wonderful and updated everything quickly and I didn't have to do anything besides approve the place to stay. It was a quiet neighborhood, the weather was beautiful, the pool was clean, game room was nice and cool.

We had a great time with family. The amenities were perfect.

Home is NOT what the photos promise. Poor neighborhood, old smelling, visibly substandard, poor renovation, visible damage to back door, pool area dirty. Debris on side of home. Arrived at home with family and left within 45 mins. We could not stay there. Reserved another very well kept AIRBNB within minutes. Host would not even attempt to consider refunding me for 1/2 the stay and referred to cancellation policy. While policies are understood, for a host to be negligible in noticing these obvious concerns was extremely disappointing! I would NOT recommend this property and will be taking my concerns to AIRBNB!

Great stay for our group, peaceful and the girls enjoyed the backyard

House was great. It did unfortunately have an ac issue, but the hosts turned that into a case of how to handle a customer. Accommodated my large party and really blessed us. I would stay in any home hosted by these two. Thank you!

Great place, convenient to groceries, restaurants, and especially ASU West Valley campus. We were staying here for graduation and move out. The location is ideal. There were only 4 of us, but I could see this home would be comfortable for a larger group. It was very clean.

The place was what was the photos showed. Lots of amenities that made staying at the home for a lounge day not feel boring but instead like you wanted an excuse to do just that. Slept 7 adults even with the bunk beds. Jeff and Bridget communicated throughout and offered help at every step of the way. Had plenty of cookware and utensils for making food there. Overall very happy with our stay

There were a few things during our stay, if you’re picky it wouldn’t be good. But if you understand life and situations, you’ll understand that these hosts do exactly what is needed to make things right and make sure your stay is on point. The house has plenty of space and great for kids. You get a lot for what you pay for and we could tell this might have been a newer rental, but it’s a great rental regardless. We would rent it again no questions asked!
