Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! We had 8 adults and 10 kids stay in the cabin and the space was perfect for our size family. The views were excellent, and the cabin was well cleaned. We had multiple issues with amenities though, and without any notice that some amenities weren't working. The hot tub was not heating even after we and maintenance tried to reset it; the theater room DVD player wasn't reading any discs, and the TV didn't have streaming capabilities so the TV was unusable; one of the hot water lines in a bedroom tub wasn't working; and the grill didn't have any propane in it. Something else we didn't consider was how loud the floors were with very little noise reduction - we realize this comes with staying in a cabin, but some areas did seem exceptionally loud. The rental company was quick to communicate and provided basic essentials, but we were pretty disappointed with the amenities that weren't working.

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! The pictures did this place no justice. The cabin is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. We had a group of 19 and there was plenty of space in the bedrooms and entire cabin. The kids (and adults) enjoyed the game room. There were plenty of amenities and the kitchen was fully stocked. The only thing I recommend would be for the owner/PM team to include basic condiments for guests in the kitchen. We will definitely rent this cabin in the future.

Large dining room table that sat 12+. .House was clean and linens were fresh . Needs a little TLC and updating especially the appliances . Plenty of pots , pans and kitchen gear. 3 levels to hang out on . Top level has 2 master suites kings and the game room. Walk in level has kitchen and 1 large king room and the lower level has 3 smaller rooms beds seemed like full size and a room with 2 bunk beds . This floor has the washer dryer lounge chairs for watching TV and the jacuzzi! Beautiful view on all the decks

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! Our family of 18 loved this cabin! Pros: every bedroom had its own bathroom, the views from the outside decks were beautiful, large kitchen and dining area for everyone, clean, convenient location to Pigeon Forge activities within 15-20 mins, customer service was excellent leading up to the trip. Cons: only 5 parking spots for 7 bedrooms (there is overflow down the hill), hot tub was broken and customer service took so long to respond that it wasn’t fixed in the time of our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed this cabin and would stay here again!

Excellent property! Beautiful view.
