great place to spend a week with family. shower heads on main floor need replacing. steps down to beach need replacing, bottom step broken.

We enjoyed our stay at Picture Perfect. The location was great-right on the beach, just steps from the ocean. It is located right beside a public beach access ramp. The house had plenty of room for our family. It could use some updating such as the living room couches. The wooden deck, steps and access ramp need replaced. There were several pieces of loose/broken wood. We did have our parents with us and that made us nervous for them getting around. Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend booking this rental!

This house is great. Roomy and right on the beach with a walkway to the beach. Will definitely rent this houses again

This location was perfect for a family of 11. The only issue was the shower head on the walkway had to be turned on with pliers. Also, the upstairs balcony door handles need replaced. The right one doesn’t open and the left one is hard to open and close. I reported it but it was still messed up when we left.

Unanimous decision from family of 6 - would stay again. Quiet, yet people around, Fort Morgan beach; large, well stocked house, and a private boardwalk to beach. It really doesn’t get better. Great management company too. If the location and price are in your sights, don’t think, do it.

Home was clean when we arrived. Accommodated 14 easily in every way. Home is overly appointed. Home has a really nice screened porch. Rental company easy to work with. Great location with plenty of parking. Only thing I can think that need attention is the overly loved living room furniture but still very doable. We enjoyed this home!!!

Our extended family of 8 adults and 4 kids enjoyed staying at Picture Perfect for a week during June 2024. The home and beach were great. Would definitely recommend! Jen and Cheri from Coastal View Vacations were awesome!

We booked this property last minute driving to our Spring Break destination, as our original plan failed. Costal View was a breeze to work with. Communication was easy and efficient. the entire process took less than 10 min. Cheri was awesome with all of our inquiries and we had a marvelous time. Looking forward to going back!

The property's location was hindered by the two public dune walks. Many people camping out in my front yard. The kitchen was less than acceptable for a house this size. The master en suite's closet was a joke. So small you could hardly put anything in it. The view was great and the home very spacious to entertain guests. Sadly we had to open our rental to prospective buyers since the owner put the property up for sale one day before our arrival. As always the coastal view vacation management was exceptional. They were there for all of our needs. Thank you Jen and Cheri.

This was our 4th time at Picture Perfect. We were surprised to find it not cleaned as well as previous. There is an ant problem in the kitchen and the upstairs bathroom. The up stairs bedroom floors still had sand on them. We had to keep food in zip lock bags. Also the carpets are in bad need of professional cleaning or replacing. I understand it is hard to keep the screen in porch clean, but it really does need a good cleaning. All in all we did enjoy our vacation as usual, but suggest these things need addressing.

This home was perfect! Beautifully decorated, kitchen is fully stocked. We truly didn't need to bring anything. Plenty of room for all my family. Being able to just walk out the back door and down to the beach was exactly what we wanted. On the rainy days, sitting in the screened in backporch watching the ocean was so relaxing. The beach area is always clean. Absolutely perfect. Cherie, the property manager, was the best. She checked in with us often, visited with us on the beach and offered great dining suggestions. She's a wonderful person.
