I couldn't be happier with my stay at their place! The house was amazing and clean. The back yard was full of fun things to do including a pool, mini golf and a half basketball/tennis/pickleball court. When I had a question they answered super politely and timely. I definitely do recommend it 100%.
There was lots to do. Host was very responsive. We had an amazing time! Will definitely be staying again!

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely book this house again! The backyard was even better than we expected it was much bigger than it looked in the photos and was the perfect place for everyone to relax and hang out. One of our favorite features was the theater room. It was such a fun bonus and a huge hit with our group. We also loved how the house had so many different spaces, both inside and outside, where everyone could gather or spread out and enjoy themselves. It made the home feel spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a group getaway. Everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly what we were hoping for. We made so many great memories here and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Arizona!
Our group had an amazing time with memories to last a lifetime! We did initially have some issues with the air conditioning, but after some trial and error, we came to the conclusion that as east coast guests we just are not accustomed to THAT kind of heat! Beds were comfortable and overall everything was very clean. Little things definitely had some wear and tear, but it seemed like the team was aware. The theater room was a big hit to escape the heat and we practically lived in the pool (which we loved they had TONS of towels for). We also appreciated their flexible check in and trying to help us figure out the ac. Our only regret was we didn’t come when it was a little bit cooler to thoroughly enjoy all the outdoor spaces, but it didn’t damper our trip! Thank you for hosting our group!

We had a great time staying at their Airbnb in Peoria. The house was perfect for our large family. The kids had a blast in the pool and played pickleball all day and night. We had to add our dog at the last minute and they made the process easy. I'd stay at one of their properties again.
The perfect getaway spot for fun, family, and relaxation! This home was everything we hoped for and more. It had all the amenities you could think of, and we were able to host our whole family for a celebration. The pool was clean, and there was plenty to do—pickleball, basketball, mini golf, cornhole, and indoor games too. We never ran out of things to enjoy. The host was responsive whenever we had questions, the place was clean, and we felt right at home. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a mini vacation within their vacation. Overall, it was a fun, comfortable, and memorable stay that we would happily book again.

We really enjoyed this house. Received lots of communications from the host prior to and during our stay, which made the check in seamless, and helped us find local attractions. Located in a quiet neighborhood that is close to restaurants and shopping. The amenities were the best part of the stay, with the pool (which is pretty deep!) and theater being our families favorites. Would recommend.
This was great place to stay. Our family with 4 kids had a wonderful time in the pool, the jacuzzi, playing pickle-ball, playing basketball, playing pool, and playing shuffleboard. The house stayed cool and the kitchen had what we needed. There are a lot of stairs in this property, which may or may not be something to consider based on who you are traveling with. The living room is sunken, with stairs, and there is also a step going to different levels in 2 other rooms of the house plus there is a rather steep straight staircase to go up/downstairs to the bedrooms. We navigated this but, with kids, it did make me nervous and we had a few close-calls where someone almost didn't remember/see one of the steps between rooms. Overall the place is lovely, the backyard is very private and there is so much for families to do here.
What an amazing place for my friends and family to stay and celebrate so many things. We had the best time. The outside pool is the perfect size and surrounded by so many activities, no one was ever bored. The kitchen was fully stocked and the outdoor grill was amazing and utilized every night. The movie room was the biggest hit, many naps taken and even better for fight night viewing. Thank you so much! What a memorable weekend.
Super great place and awesome hosts. House was perfect for a getaway with a large group. House had tons to do we were never bored. Host was super responsive and helpful if we ever needed to reach out. Will be looking at coming back in the future

Perfect for families! We had two families 4 Adults (5 kids ages 5, 7, 13, 17, 17) and everyone was entertained the entire time. Pickle ball court was the highlight! The house is packed with things to do. When we ran out of propane, the hosts were incredibly responsive and delivered two fresh tanks that same day. Highly recommend paying a few hundred more if your on the fence with a cheaper option. We only left for a top golf, a desert hike and sunsplash water park. Besides that we just hung out in the air bnb because it was awesome! Thanks for having us and we will he looking for more of your properties in the future Rise!
This home is equipped for fun! Pool, hot tub and recreation options were top notch. Kelly was response to questions and minor issues that popped up. A cautionary note: there are steps and changes in the floor that could present a challenge to seniors or little ones. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to book again.Loppnow Family
Overall, it was a great place to stay and everything was accurate to what the description was expected. Just needs some minor improvements but other than that surrounding areas and everything included with this Airbnb was amazing and great host to book with as well! :)
The backyard was a huge hit. The adults had nearly as much fun as the kids. The movie room was fantastic and served as a relaxing retreat after taking in the sun by the pool. The BBQ and jacuzzi deserve honorable mention. We had a great time!
Really, except for a too cold pool, this was an excellent rental that exceeded our expectations. It was handy to the Mariners games!
Celebrated my 12 year olds birthday here and the house was very accommodating. Kitchen is on the small end truly a 1 person kitchen but had everything needed to cook and feel at home. We were missing trash bags I think from the cleaners and Jeff had them bring it over quickly and was always quick with response times throughout the whole process. Backyard was fun and Pool felt amazing would definitely recommend to another family looking to relax for a weekend.
A few words?! That’s difficult because we truly had an amazing time. We traveled with teen girls, 3 kids under 10, and our small dogs. Fit us all perfectly and COMFORTABLE!!! Lots to do at the house and surrounding areas. First few days were bumpy with unexpected issues but Jeff & Bridget were on top of it instantly!!!!!! An amazing vaca for our big crazy family. A perfect place to spend my birthday with friends. The outdoor design and pool are such great amenities that adults and kids always have something to do. The neighborhood is very quiet and in close proximity to stores, spring training, and golf. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely incredible! Have already sent the booking link to friends. We stayed here on a boys golf trip and it was the perfect size with tons of amenities. The host was very responsive and was able to accommodate an early check in!
We stayed here with a travel softball team and it was the PERFECT venue and exactly what we were hoping for! Fantastic and responsive hosts, so much to do in the house, just a wonderful place!
The Vrbo was great for our family visit! Plenty of room for all of us to stay. So much for us to do outside it was perfect! Would definitely recommend for family vacations!!
We had been looking at resorts but ultimately settled upon this wonderful house. We read in the comfortable lounge chairs by the pool. Our teens spent hours on the basketball court when they weren't in the pool. We enjoyed the family pickleball, and the light-up golf balls made night putting a blast. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable. The movie theater was great. We have everything we needed for cooking meals in the kitchen. We even played the meme board game, though the scoring was contentious. Who needs a resort when you have all of this! Great stay!

FIVE OUT OF FIVE STARS! This property is incredible! Just like the pictures but even better in person! Would absolutely reccomend this property to anyone wanting a great holiday! Comfortably kept and slept 13 people for a football weekend trip! Tons of activities, the pickle ball court was a big hit! Also tons of space to lay low and relax as well, best of both worlds! Easy communication with hosts, they were ready and willing to help with any needs we had promptly! Had a fantastic stay, would come back! Thanks again!
