Condo was top notch!! VERY roomy, clean, had everything we needed. Love booking through Bender, everything is always super easy.

This condo has everything you need, even has an ice maker. Three large bedrooms and the largest condo we have ever stayed with 8 people. We had plenty of room and the location was perfect. Everyone was helpful and the check in and checkout process was fast and easy. Highly recommend and this one is added to our return visit list.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The view was absolutely amazing and one of our favorite parts of the trip. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. My husband especially loved how convenient the parking was we were able to pull right into the parking deck, hop on the elevator, and go straight up to the condo with no hassle at all. The easy access made unloading and coming and going so much easier. We would definitely stay here again and cant wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely condo right on the beach. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The balcony was my favorite spot. It was perfect for morning coffee with colorful sunrises and evening sunsets. The kids loved the water slide and indoor pool. The location couldn’t better, with easy access to the beach, restaurants and local attractions. We had the opportunity to visit The Coastal Christmas Market at Orange Beach during our stay. Check in and out was a breeze! We will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

Property was great! Had everything we needed! Staff were always friendly and helpful! Very easy to get in to the room. Balcony view was amazing! Both day and night!

What a great time for a beach trip. And this condo made it nice and smooth. I’ll comment on what I care about most in condos: Comfortable beds, clean, great balcony furniture, fast ice maker, super host company (Bender), great deal, easy walk to convenient store (Pier 33). The only miss was not having measuring cups or a cookie sheet. We worked around that. Great trip!

Love the condo and it was ocean front was very clean very quit The condo was set up with everything we needed Check in with Bender realtor was great keep us updated on our time to check in and to see if we needed anything. The only thing I didn’t like was having to pay for a parking pass I think if you stay there you should be aloud to park for free .

Loved this condo! Great location! We enjoy sitting on the balcony, and this unit had comfortable patio furniture and a great view. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved that the bar area has an ice-maker and blender. Were definitely coming back!

Awesome property! Loved the balcony especially since we were there during tropical storm Francine. Gave us a great place to hang out when we couldn’t go to the beach. Only complaint would be the beds in the bedroom to the left as you come in the front door, the beds were not comfortable. And both front bedrooms could use something to block out the light coming in from the outside hallway. Overall a great place and definitely would stay again. And Bender Realty was great to work with!

Family getaway to the beach for Thanksgiving was great. Phoenix Gulf Shores did not disappoint. Beachfront Condo with good amenities and a great view. We really enjoyed our few days' stay here and hope to revisit in the future. We would also recommend this property to a friend or relative. There were a few items that could have been done better. First off, before check in we had to purchase a parking pass and were not told this until the day we arrived. Not a huge deal, but in my opinion, this should be included in the initial fees for at least one car and not presented, surprisingly, after the fact; especially in one of the nicer properties such as this. Upon arriving to the unit, the first thing we noticed was the kitchen floor was not very clean. We had to give it a sweep. Also there was one burner on the stove that did not work. It seems the control knob (far right) was torn up and since we cooked Thanksgiving Dinner this was a small problem. Overall though, the kitchen was well stocked and had the dishes and utensils we needed for a big meal. The unit, overall, was nice and well appointed and we would stay there again in the future.

We totally love the room, the view was incredible and the distance to the water/ beach. All of the staff that we met were very friendly and helpful. We loved so much of your location to various activities and restaurants. Differently would book again.

We had a wonderful time In Alabama! The rooms were beautiful! The view was absolutely amazing and the beautiful decor just set the tone for the week! The balcony was wonderful to sit on enjoy the sounds of the ocean. We had a really good time and look forward to returning next year! Thank you the services you offered such as the pool, access to ice, beach access and security for our vehicles!

We loved our stay at Phoenix Gulf Shores in unit 1203. It was clean, very spacious and the view was great! We will definitely consider this condo again and have already recommended it to other family members. Thank you!

The stay was amazing. The condo was great and the view was amazing. The location was also close to everything. Communication with Bender was great.

Great place to stay right on the beach, Heated pool was great and our grandchildren practically lived in the pool. steps from the beach.balcony area cannot be beat. very nice living area.

Last minute birthday wish from 92 y/o father-in-law to see the ocean. Only with VRBO and Bender we could make it happen. Bender was flawless to work with, communication outstanding. Condo was stunning, everything and more we could have ever asked for. Beautiful furnishings, balcony unbelievable, condo was spotless, this condo is a wow factor. The realty company was great to work with, and the condo was perfect. The amenities were great, too, and I highly recommend using both.

This was amazing!!! We cannot wait to go back and stay again.. Don’t miss out on this beautiful property.. beautiful view... and kind people to deal with.. the check in/check out process was simple also so that’s a plus.. An overall wonderful experience..

Unit and Property is as advertised. The unit was nicely decorated and very clean. Unit supplies had everything you would need. All four Elevators were always in working order and we never had to wait. The common grounds from pool entries to elevator lobby cleaned and maintained. The slide at the pool was a huge hit with the children. Parking Fees of $55 per week per car seemed excessive but they were listed in the unit advertisement. The only complaint we have involves the Beach Service and Gulf Shores PD. On our first day we set up using Neso tents. They are the wind sail type with no sides. We have used these at Orange Beach and PCB with no issues. They are much safer than umbrellas blowing away and do not block anyone's view. We picked a spot that did not have beach service chairs set up behind us. The beach service told us we would have to move to a spot about a 100 yards away. We acknowledged and told them we would move the next day since we were already set up. They called Gulf Shores PD and had us move immediately. There is no posting on the property or in the condo rules about this. Otherwise, the staff at Bender were always responsive and very accomodating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for 8 ladies. We really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the ocean, super comfortable furniture. Some of us even napped on the sofa while listening to the ocean. A suggestion would be to be specific about the kitchen:, such as what kind of coffee pot, a few items were missing: cheese grater and cutting board.

Me and some of my girlfriends take a girl trip each year around Labor Day and we've used Bender for about 8 years now. As always, we were totally satisfied with our stay and the Phoenix condo. Love calling Bender and letting them "set us up" each year!

Flawless, organized, helpful and friendly, great location

The condo in person looked exactly like the photos. It was very spacious with plenty of room for our family of 8 to congregate (in living area or on the balcony) and sleep. The pools (and especially the slide) were a big hit with the grandchildren. We highly enjoyed it and look forward to coming back next year. (Note regarding prior review, information provided by Bender specifically called out that they only provide a "starter" pack for paper products, soaps, etc. and no beach towels. We read the information and therefore there were prepared.) Thanks!

The condo was just as pictured on the website with large living areas, bedrooms, baths and what a great balcony! Our family of eight was very comfortable there and had room to spare for gathering. The separate icemaker was so convenient and saved us time by not having to run to the store to buy ice for coolers. The waterslide and indoor/outdoor pools were a hit with our grandchildren, too! We highly recommend this unit. (Note: To whomever was complaining about the paper, soap, etc. supplied, the information provided by Bender clearly mentioned that it's a "starter" supply and they did not provide beach towels.)

The condo was very clean and spacious. My son said the sofa bed was the most comfy he's ever slept on. The under-counter ice maker and wet bar area was a nice addition.

We had blast! Family of 6 we stayed march 6-11th . Condo met every expectation and beyond. Spacious clean and beds very comfy, garden tub in master oh so relaxing!. The view from balcony is spectacular. I got up every day to watch sunrise and was just what we needed. I have nothing negative to say about this property . thank you Bender ! We will be back

We arrived early and our condo was ready. Very calm and relaxing on balcony. Condo clean and beds comfy ( plus). Spacious had everything needed. Grocery and shopping, places to eat very close. Loved in door pool and easy access beach was beyond amazing. We didnt want to leave lol. Garden tub in master bath A+. Definitely will be back thank you Bender for great condo for our family

As our first time in Gulf Shores, we didn’t know what to expect. Our unit was beautiful, fully stocked kitchen and a spectacular view of the gulf. We enjoyed the comfortable balcony furniture and view as much as possible as the weather wasn’t very cooperative. Our grandchildren visited and enjoyed the beach and indoor pool. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

Alice and the entire Bender Realty Team were so wonderful to work with. Outstanding customer service. The condo was beautiful, had a gorgeous view and was overall, a very nice stay. I cannot wait to visit again. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Our condo was amazing. Very pretty, accommodating with several amenities like the wet bar/ice machine. Love the balcony with 2 entrances.

Was impressed with the condo and location. Management was very professional and so was maintenance. Had a shower head that needed to be fixed and the guy was such a gentleman and very professional. Would definitely stay here again and refer family and friends!!!

One our best stays at the gulf.The condo was amazing. If you want close to the water , this condo is the one.Benders was helpful and we will definitely go through them again.

This condo was very clean and had a very convenient location. It has 4 elevators so getting to your car, lobby, beach etc.... was easy and quick. Everyone is required to wear a bracelet and even though they were lenient about having it on, it is still aggravating to have to remember to have them and I can’t stand a bracelet anyway. They only give 2 parking passes regardless what size room you have. So, if there are 3 bedrooms and 3 different cars, I don’t know what you would do with the third car. Those would be the only complaints. Overall very nice place to stay and we would definitely stay there again.

The condo was excellent! Beautiful, large and clean. The outdoor furniture was the best I’ve even seen in a condo. I would consider renting again but our group is growing and we will need one more bed. I will be keeping my eyes on this condo for sure! Only issue we had was the ice maker at the wet bar was out of order. We did report it and told them fixing for our stay was necessary because the fridge also had an ice maker. Right as we were about to leave the condo maintenance arrived to check on things. I’m sure it’s been take. Care of.

Bender Realty was wonderful! They were friendly and helpful in preparing us for what to expect. We've worked with a lot of groups, and they are the kindest. The condo was phenomenal! It was beyond our expectations. We're dying to come back!

This condo is Spot On!! The location and beautiful Gulf views made our Easter break perfect! The balcony decor is awesome for a large party or for a nice dinner at sun set! The amenities especially the two pools had our kids in heaven, along with the waves of the Gulf of Mexico and the seashells to find! This condo is loaded with everything you will need for a memory filled family vacation! We cannot wait to come back and spend another week at The Phoenix Gulf Shores 1203!
