Our family enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean, spacious, and in a good location. Thalita, Rob and Luiz were wonderful and very responsive. I would recommend the condo to friends.

Thalita and Rob were very responsive to every issue and question I had. The place is in a great location, and was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was not hot, which was disappointing as it was one of the main reasons I picked the location. I found hair on the king sheets (which were also pilled) and duvet covers. They provided new sheets the next day (I didn't arrive until late). There were food crumbs on the floor, which was dirty (socks were black after only a few hours). There is plenty of parking, but the area is extremely tight. I would not bring a big truck or big SUV. The bunk beds were very squeaky. They provided bath and hand towels, but no washcloths. There were basic kitchen appliances and plates, glasses, etc., no mixing bowl. It was nice that every room had a TV, and a washer/dryer. It was very spacious, and if you are going to spend most your day away, a great place for a big family.

Thalita and Rob were great hosts. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Me and family were very comfortable.

Very nice place to stay with kids and family. Everything is comfortable and easy to use. Will stay again if I get back to Orlando. The location is perfect for Disney, Universal and even Old town. Great host and everything nice in the building.

Great place to stay and close to Disney, which was perfect. Location was only a 15 minute drive with little to no traffic. The room was spacious and clean and just how it looked in the photos. Only complaint is that the furniture was a little shaky and squeaky, was nervous sitting on the living room chairs and the top bunk bed for the kids. Overall though, hosts were very responsive and helpful, would stay here again!

This unit was in a great location that was close to Disney and other attractions and businesses. The unit was very spacious with a lot of room. Perfect for a number of guests. The second bedroom did have a broken bedframe making that bedroom unusable. The host was very responsive and had a maintenance person look at it, but it was beyond repair. Luckily there was a third bedroom that we used so it was just a minor inconvenience. The place could use a little attention, such as fixing the bed frame, the large bathroom shower door wouldn't close all the way, and just general updating. The bare necessities provided were almost barely enough to get by. With that said, if you are looking for an affordable stay, then this is a great option. I would stay at this location again.

Had a nice stay while visiting Disney. The condo in in a good location, and the pool area was fantastic. Only issues are the living room furniture was uunderwhelming, and the condo had no pool towels. Good value.

Everything felt perfectly suited for a group stay, making it one of the best value options we've experienced. Key Strengths: Spacious layout allowed everyone ample room without feeling cramped, ideal for families or larger groups.Dual bathrooms prevented morning rushes, while the open kitchen-nook setup made group meals effortless. Balcony offered a nice outdoor spot for relaxing evenings, adding that extra touch of comfort. Negative: Minor Drawback The location is a bit remote, requiring a car and extra driving time to reach main attractions or shops. However, the unbeatable price-to-value ratio more than compensates, turning what could be an inconvenience into a smart choice for budget-conscious travelers. I highly recommend the A143 for anyone prioritizing space and affordability over centrality—worth the short drives!

we enjoyed the stay. hot tub wasn't working at all. neighbors above were very loud. need few more towels and kitchen to accommodate 8 people

I have nothing bad to say about this place and my time spent here. We flew in for a wedding and opted into an Airbnb vs hotel. I found this place after doing some extensive searching as I am super picky and I’m so happy I did. The place was super clean, looked like the photos, and very homey feeling. So close to everything you wanna do in Orlando/Kissimmee and it just feels like you’re in the heart of Disney without actually being there. I already have this place saved in my faves for my next trip to Florida. Oh and communication was so easy, they get back to you within the hour and are super sweet and accommodating.

Place was clean, communication was great, instructions were easy to follow and we had a nice stay. There were few minor cosmetic things that could have been fixed but overall a great stay. Also the exit out of the garage was a little tricky because if you come in with a bigger car you will have some difficulties

The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Orlando

The perfect place to stay when visiting the Orlando area. Beautiful resort with great amenities. The condo was very spacious, cozy and super organized. The rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and attentive when in need. Will definitely be booking this place again. 100% recommend!

Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the pictures of the unit were AI generated. There were several cleanliness and maintenance issues throughout the unit. The living room curtains were heavily stained, and there was hair in the bedsheets. The twin bunk beds were poorly assembled and extremely unstable, posing a safety concern. The most serious issue was in the kitchen, where the window and surrounding frame showed significant mold growth and water damage. The wood was saturated and deteriorating, and it appeared that someone had attempted to conceal the problem by painting over it. The baseboard beneath the window was also coming loose, revealing additional mold. Because we arrived after midnight, we had no choice but to stay for the night. We checked out first thing in the morning and received a refund. Although the host was apologetic and offered to address the problems, the extent of the mold presented a major health risk that could not be resolved during our stay.

Negative: The one minor thing I don’t like is Security I think more is needed.When I was there one morning I saw a whole bunch of Police /Sheriff.They were questioning some folks ,I didn’t know if was a Robbery or something else .My anxiety was tru the roof .

Positive: The pool and hot tub were the best part. There were never more than 15 people in the pool at a time. This property was not over crowded. Our condo was spacious and had almost everything we needed. Negative: The noise from the room above us was bad. The pots, pans and dishes have seen better days.

Positive: It was very spacious and clean. The amenities looked nice and it was a great location. It was decorated very cute. Negative: The water in the showers was either extremely cold or extremely hot. There was no comfortable temperature no matter how much we tried to find a happy medium. The clean towels that were in the closet were also all damp like they hadn’t been washed or were put away before they were fully dried in the dryer.

Would stay again but the property really should be gated to give a more sense of security Positive: Very nicely equipped. Clean and very spacious. We were very impressed with the manager office. We forgot a little purse and the cleaning lady found it and the office made sure we got it back. Congratulations for all the respect and honesty. Negative: The parking. Even though it was very spacious It didn’t give us a sense of safety. It is not a gated property. We saw a lot of broken glasses near the cars parked. Looked like broken from cars. And nobody cleaned it. Besides that , it was very easy to go on and out of the building since apparently didn’t have any control.

Spacious very clean condo in a great location yet very quiet and relaxing. Great communication with the owners. If you are traveling to Disney you can take the back way in and avoid all the traffic. Close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend this property.

Door code didn’t work on arrival and host didn’t know what to do. Said maintenance would be out in the morning and nobod Positive: Heated pool and hot tub area was nice Negative: Condo was dirty. Door didn’t work. Window leaked water. No movie theater as advertised. Parking garage crowed and small.

The apartment was beautiful and location was perfect.

Hosts were very communicative. Easy to get in. Clean and looked like the pictures. Only thing is it’s at the very end of the hall away from the elevator so bring something to wheel your luggage if you have a lot and parking garage is very tight even in our van. Entire building was very clean and everyone there was friendly. I would recommend this place to others!

The condo is in a great location. We were there to visit our son. He lived right across the street, which was huge for us. The Disney parks are not far, and neither is Disney Springs. The location is peaceful. There were a few issues when we arrived with things in the unit. The host responded quickly, and the staff sent to solve the issues were wonderful and very pleasant. It was nice to know they were so easy to get a hold of. Stores and restaurants are close by, but you do need a car. (5 to 10 min. drive) Would stay in this unit again.

The place looked just like the pictures, host was very responsive anytime I’d reach out. Would suggest allowing an earlier check-in or at least at 3pm, waiting around until 4pm seems a bit of a stretch. Overall I’d definitely do it again!

overall the hosts were great but don't expect much out of this place except the size. the sheets had hair in them and there were incredibly limited towels and no smaller face clothes. most of the lights outside were out so going to the pool after the sunset seemd a little dangerous. beds were comfy and the size of the space was great. the parking garage was so narrow that it was a little scary getting in and out of the garage. the street the place was located on was incredibly busy all the time so it made everything take an extra long time. lastly the listed reported many amenities available like a high chair and pack and play but didn't mention an additional charge to use them.
