Excellent place to stay right downtown Carbondale. I'd stay again!

We had a 6 night stay downtown Carbonale at The Perch. It was clean, spacious, had a decent kitchen, washer and dryer, air, and TVs in all rooms. It is a very convenient location and was surprisingly quiet, except for workers weekdays working on the new pool area....but wasn't bad. We could walk everyplace from the unit. Very easy to access. I would stay again.

Unbeatable location

We really enjoyed being close to the Farmer's Market, Brewery and coffee shop. This was a great location for hiking Sopris, hiking near Marble and mountain biking to the Crystal Mill.

We had to come in for a family funeral in Carbondale. The only reason that we chose this place was because it was close to the church. However, did we ever get a nice suprise. Not only were we close to the church but EVERYTHING else as well! Location fantastic. The unit itself was extremely large and we had PLENTY of room for our family. We had a "couple" specialy needs prior to checking in and the host was very accomodating and answered extremely quickly each time we had a question. Next time we go to Carb

We had a wonderful stay. You can?t beat the location, and we really enjoyed the size and cleanliness of the unit.

Great location and easy to access from Main Street. Bedrooms are spacious and linens and beds are quite comfortable. We loved having access to a garage. The location cannot be beat.

Needed A 3 bedroom place in Carbondale and skied all 4 of the Aspen mountains. Really enjoyed our stay and the great location right on Main Street. Highly recommended.

Wonderful and cozy place to stay in downtown Carbondale. Perfect location rather you staying in town or venturing to Glenwood or Aspen. Plenty of space with 3 large bedrooms and very cozy and comfortable beds! Easy access with front stairs or back entrance with an elevator. Very much enjoyed my time there and the margaritas downstairs were excellent! Wonderful walking distance for all the shops and restaurants and bars downtown.

A friend of mine was getting married in the area and needed a place for her family to stay. The Perch on Main was perfect! Very clean, location was within walking distance to everything they needed, very comfortable, safe neighborhood, and manager was available when needed. The Perch had everything that was needed and my guests would stay there again for sure!
