We had a great stay! We booked the house with one other family for our end of the year trip and some ski in Belleayre. The house was just as the pictures. Very spacious comfortable and well equipped. The view is amazing! We would come again

My family and I enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful, clean and had all the basics for cooking & shower and essentials too.

Beautiful and elegant colonial saltbox home overlooking the mountains. Large and comfortable gathering spaces that are tastefully decorated. Our family was able to stretch out and relax. Much appreciated!

We had the most beautiful foliage weekend in the Catskills. The house was beautiful with wonderful views and is perfect for a family or friend’s getaway. All bedrooms were very comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed the bbq. The house is in a preserved area and Andes and other villages around are worth a visit. There’s lots to do, from cider tasting to bookstores, horseback riding and hikes. Communication was great since the moment we booked. We hope to be back some other time!

Arrived late at night and easily found this house and was able to get in with the code. We loved the layout of the house w an open concept kitchen that leads to the most cozy living room that I imagine in snowy months with a fire going. Upstairs is 3 charming bedrooms one with a bathroom ensuite and the other two shared a bathroom which works well for my family of 4. 2 bedrooms had queen beds and one had two twins. My daughter studied in the small office. The kitchen was stocked w everything you could need for a stay. The home had a deck with table and chairs that we enjoyed in the morning w coffee or afternoons spent reading a book. The home had a basement where there was the only tv in the house with gaming consoles and we easily hooked up our roku device to stream shows. The town of Andes is 15 min away and has 3 restaurants. Try the diner for breakfast and the Andes Hotel for dinner and live music which was fantastic. The lake is located down the street. Wifi great in and outside.

We had a wonderful stay at Perch Lake! The home is spacious and beautiful! The views sunrises are amazing! We unfortunately were unable to checkin on the first day fire to power outages due to a wet snow storm. They were very informative and have said they will refund the nite for us. Out of their control of course! We had another outage when there but only for a delete hours. We stayed for thanksgiving and would recommend the home! The towns near by are super cute and we drove into Hobert which is a bookstore town! Thank you!

More Than Whimsical Beautiful home with an excellent layout, fabulous kitchen. Property managers were extremely helpful and responsive. Town of Margaretville is only about 15 minutes away and has a well-stocked grocery store and boutique market. The property is expansive and has an AMAZING view! Thank you for a fabulous 4th of July getaway.

We had the best stay at Perch Lake! The house is beautifully designed and decorated (particularly loved the spacious kitchen, roomy living room, and porch with a view). The lake is a quick walk down the road and very relaxing (note that the walk in and out of the water is a little muddy so recommend shoes but not required). We also got great recommendations for local farm stands (Humdinger in Bloomville) and coffee shops nearby. Highly recommend for your next relaxing, unplugged Catskills getaway.

It’s difficult to find rentals this close to Perch Lake and we were thrilled with this home. Spacious, beautifully appointed home with stunning views. It was very comfortable. Wi-fi worked great. There isn’t a microwave-but there is a kettle. Didn’t end up being an issue for us but FYI if you are a big microwave user! Loved that it is dog friendly as well. We had a lovely week and will definitely rent again next year!

Beautiful house, great entertaining space and a deck with an amazing view of the valley. Access to the dock and water was a quick 2min drive and access was easy for 2-3cars. Private,calm, lake was a perfect way to spend our Sat afternoon floating, kayaking, and swimming. Would certainly recommend!

We had a lovely time. The house is comfortable with lovely views. Lake access is remote from the house but not too far. We fortunately had an alternative access so it wasn’t a problem. We will do this again and stay at this house. Nicely decorated with great views.

Easy and clean rental. We didn’t cook or really use the house much, just slept there to be near our friends place where we spent most of our time. But we loved the location and access to perch lake. Communication was excellent throughout. Overall a great weekend away!

We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful home. The views from the dining and living room are quite breathtaking, the house was well stocked and comfortable, and the surrounding towns are full of amazing eateries. The lake (a very short walk down the road) was great too!

We had a very lovely stay. The house is very clean and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful with sweeping views of the Catskills. The lake is a 10 minute walk down the road but if you plan on swimming, you should bring a float or paddle board. The entrance to the lake is very muddy and weedy. Otherwise the lake is very beautiful. We would love to come stay again!

Beautiful home! From the wide plank floors, picturesque exterior, peaceful views and spaciousness of the rooms and house overall, this home was a true pleasure. The deck was especially wonderful in the morning with a blanket and a cup of coffee. Close to Andes and other quaint towns. Would stay again!

Nice old salt box house in Andes. It’s a little further out than I’d typically go, but it is in a beautiful setting right near a small body of water (which I’m guessing is nice in warmer months). Andes is a cute little town (the house is about 12 minutes from town. There were plenty of places to sit outside and wish we stayed in more, so we could have utilized these spaces. Very serene.
