Amazing!

We came in town for a baseball tournament. The house easily accommodated our group of 20 people. We did need to use air mattresses due to a few of the beds being full size not queen, but the beds were comfortable and the location was great. It was an easy 5 minute drive to the Peoria Sports complex. We booked this place because of the backyard and unfortunately were not able to use most of it. The pool heater never worked and when we checked in, we noticed the basketball backboard was shattered and glass was all over the sport court. It was disappointing no one was sent out to remedy either problem. The host did respond quickly to us about both problems and ultimately did try to make it right after checkout.

Overall, the house was nice & we had a fun staycation. Loved that I could bring my dog. I gave only 4 stars because there were several things not up to par. If we weren’t locals & able to go to our own home at night I would have been very unhappy. I did not contact the host so I’m not going to rate them down further & they are easy fixes but are bare minimum things that should be checked prior to arrival & I shouldn’t have to be inconvenienced when paying so much to stay here & have our stay interrupted to maintenance the home. First, upon arrival, the home was 90 degrees inside. It took until 11pm for the house to get to 80. They really need to get the AC checked. The thermostats kept raising the temp even though we kept turning it down to try to get it to at least 78. It is PHX area in the summer so it does get hot however, in my home 30 min away the AC works just fine. Some of the beds were not clean. There was dirt on the bathroom walls, stained rugs, large glob of syrup on the counter, etc. They advertised a basketball court however there was only one ball and it was completely flat, had to bring our own from home. It’s VERY annoying to have to keep the pool vacuum in the pool while you’re trying to enjoy a swim-it kept getting in our way. They have a policy that you can’t take it out or you’ll be fined and enormous amt. Wanted to use the fire pit however propane tank was empty. The pool toys were basically flat or broken. One of the arcade games also doesn’t work proper

The house is beautiful, the game room was perfect for the kids and kept them busy. The kitchen has pans and utensils which allowed us to cook breakfast and have more of a stay cation. The pool was perfect and to top that off the basketball court and golf added a few more activities. Kyle and Nicole were very responsive to questions. Overall our stay was great, the house offers 3 living (seating areas) rooms which helped keep loud kids busy.

Es una casa, muy amplia es muy grande,las camas son muy cómodas, la alberca es grande .. aun que al agua estaba caliente el primer dia el anfitrión nos ayudó, y el 2do dia estaba mucho mejor.. no se si no lei bien.. pero no sabía que eran pues 3 pisos con el sótano .. fue cansado para mi mamá.. pero la pasamos muy bien todo funciona perfecto , disfrutamos mucho los niños felices , tiene mucho entretenimiento para ellos. hicieron buen trabajo con ella está muy acondicionada para todo lo que necesites..

Great stay if you’re visiting the area. Very spacious and a lot of activities within the home. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and supplies with needed materials. The hosts were very responsive if there were any questions.

I don’t even know where to begin. The description of the home was too detailed. The photos and a description of a home did not do the justice. This home was beyond beautiful and gorgeous, felt just at home. Everything was clean. There was even coffee ready for us to make. Playpen for my baby to use. Toys for the pool for the kids to play with. Endless of amenities for the children and for the adults. My kids made the most memorable amazing getaway with their cousins for our daughter’s baptism. I cannot even begin to Thank the host enough for hosting us in their big gorgeous home. My family of 16-20 people slept comfortably adults, children, toddlers and babies. If you’re in Arizona or going to Arizona. This home is the home for you the be in, spend relaxing time, making memories and waking up to the beautiful Arizona sun. Thank you Kyle and Nicole💞

We had a fantastic stay at this home in Peoria for spring training! The house itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What really made it stand out were the amenities—our kids absolutely loved the basketball court, putting green, pool, and game room. There was never a dull moment, and it made the trip especially memorable for the whole family.The host was also outstanding—extremely responsive and helpful with every question we had, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was our second year in a row staying at this Airbnb and it was a 10/10! The house is exactly how it was described and it had plenty of room to fit our big party. The outside amenities were awesome as well. Kyle and Nicole are very quick to respond and great hosts. Would highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time celebrating Christmas early with most of our family! There were fun things for all ages to do! I think every game and activity was used by at least one person. The host checked in often to make sure everyone was having a good time. My son is already thinking about renting it again.

We enjoyed our stay! The home was fully stocked and clean! The pool wasn’t quite as warm as we wanted but not bad for December. I think $100 per night is a little steep during the colder months. Other than that we loved the place!

Was a great location for us and a house with extremely comfortable beds. Check in at 4 and leave by 10 seems like a very short window. And there is no flexibility to change the time. We had some people arriving at noon and it would have been helpful to let them in early. Also to get 10 people showered, dressed and packed and out the door by 10 was challenging.

We stayed in the house with 5 boys and 4 dads for a baseball weekend. The space was more than enough for everyone and plenty to do during down time. The location worked out great with plenty of places to eat nearby. The beds were comfortable and the room setups were well thought out.

We've been doing travel baseball with this group for the last 3 years, and now that we are in our last summer before these boys go off to play ball in college I can honestly say this was one of our BEST Airbnb experiences. Great place to stay at with a big family! The house was perfect! It had plenty to keep the kids and adults entertained. The pool was great to help beat that dessert heat! Kyle and Nicole were great hosts, very nice and helpful. My entire family loved the trip and especially the house! We were all said when we had to leave the house. I'm so happy I came across this house because it really made all the difference in making my family gathering for 4th of July weekend that great! I highly recommend this house for anyone with a large gathering to stay at! And I will definitely look into booking this place again whenever I'm in the Phoenix area! We had 12 people staying here. 6 adults and 6 teenagers. There was plenty to keep all 12 of us engaged! The pool was spotless, the basketball court was great, the mini golf was good, the corn hole game was excellent, the ping pong table saw many sets, the pool table saw many games, the foos-ball table saw many games, the air hockey table did its thing, and the old-time video games were the biggest hit. The kids started out first, then the adults took over. Competition is in all of our blood! Who would get their name on the leader board? One would, then the others had to beat the top score. It was a running game throughout the entire week! There was plenty of space if someone wanted to be alone {which didn't happen very often, but with 6 teenagers, it did happen}. We had the best time here! No one wanted to go home at the end of the week. I would definitely recommend Klye and Nicole's "Peoria's Paradise" home to everyone! A terrific 5-star place!

House looked great until unfortunately we could not stay they cancelled our stay the day of we drove 4 hrs just for them to say we can’t host you sorry . we lost boat and jet skit deposit ms for rentals ruined my birthday

Peoria Paradise was all that it cracked up to be. My family could not stop raving about the place, not just because it was so large but the fact that there was so much to do there. Game rooms, outside basketball court, putting green and a beautiful pool with hot tub. The next time we have a family reunion (and there were 13 of us!) my family want to go back.

Core family memories! Amazing property with all the things! We had kids ranging from 9-19 and they all loved it! The basement was a little warm and would have liked to of seen another portable fan. The pool cleaner also showed while we were swimming but was able to reschedule. Otherwise it was an amazing property and would highly recommend.!

Amazing property Really hard to as there were so many great things. The back yard was amazing. The house was cleaned and properly maintained with plenty of admentites for a large group. Eating and cooking supplies was very good. The communication the our host was amazing. She promptly returned my questions within minutes. The house beat our expectations by a mile. Awesome house...

Big space with lots of amenities for kids

This was one of the few places available in the area for a large group such as ours that needed to be close to Sun City. The beds were ample and very comfortable, there were plenty of activities inside (table tennis, pool table, board games, TVs) and the outdoor area was really great to have. The pool is large and because it gets so much sun during the day, it didn’t need to be heated. Having all these indoor and outdoor spaces / activities for our group of 14 helped a tremendous amount. Just wish the 100+ degree weather would have cooperated a bit more. The management group was very attentive the few times we did need to contact them, and even sent a handyman to fix something we noticed upon arrival. I would recommend bringing /buying bottled water with you for your stay. Location is great, too. Lots of restaurants/markets nearby to get anything you need.

Great house for entertaining a large group.

Nice and responsive host. The jets in the jacuzzi was difficult to turn on and unfortunately due to this we could not utilize this feature nor was it hot. The space was beautifully decorated however some of the bathrooms need some tlc. Overall good experience at this airbnb.

The stay for our group was exactly what we needed when it came to space, beds and activities. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy all of the amenities at the home.

If you have kids, book this place. My daughter and her friends loved this place. From swimming, to video games, to basketball, to ping pong, this place has it all. It’s also setup to accommodate multiple family’s. Stores, restaurants, and the mall are very close as well! We love this place and I’m sure whoever books it, will love it too.

It was a family outing with adults and children .There were things to do for all ages both on property and in the area.The only thing is there were stairs either up or down to get to the bedrooms.This was my oversight as it did say this in the listing. But I.Abigail is a great host and I so appreciate her compassion in our unexpected situation.: I would stay here again and highly recommend

It was such an amazing home, me and my family stayed over the weekend. The pool was our favorite part! We had yet to find a home with a deep pool and it for sure was great! Definitely plan on staying there again my next trip to phoenix!

Our group had a fantastic stay at Peoria Paradise! The indoor game rooms were a hit given the high temperatures an Arizona summer can bring and the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking in dinner each night. If our travels bring us back to the area we will definitely be repeat renters!

Really fun backyard and lots to do at the house. Half of the weekend getaway was just spent enjoying the amenities of the house!

Fantastic place for our large family gathering We were looking for the perfect place to stay for our large out-of-town family and friends group that were all traveling to attend our daughter's wedding. The place, the ammenities, that activities, and the space were PERFECT! We swam, we competed in pocket pool tournaments, we had large family meals outside by the pool. It was amazing. Having so much space for everyone to spread out was great. I highly reccommend this rental. It was beautiful, clean, and easy to book.

Had a great weekend here! Everything was clean and as pictured. The only issue we faced was an issue with the A/C in the upstairs the first night but we messaged Abigail and she had a technician come out and fix it that afternoon! Abigail was awesome and so was the house! 10/10 recommend.

This place was amazing! So many fun activities to do at the house. Between the basketball court and putting green we were always outside! Additionally, they are one the best communicators I’ve dealt with while using AirBnB ..we ran out of propane and within 1 hour they delivered a new tank straight to the house. So nice of them. Would definitely stay again.

Wow! What a wonderful stay we had! Had ages 66-3 months and there was something for everyone. Kept us entertained the whole time. Pool heat was great and bbq was ready, the outdoors are so fun the kids forget about electronics. The babies could be outside w the shaded patio and umbrella. Pack and plays and high chair was wonderful to have We had a family get together from a few places and it was just so nice to be in Arizona all together. Abigail was a great and very hands on communicator. Any questions we had were answered in minutes!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat Thanks again!!

This place was fantastic and the host was incredibly responsive when we had questions. Our 5 kids (ages 5-11) were all entertained, we swam for hours, played basketball and pool. We had family come from Seattle, San Diego and Milwaukee for spring training and the house didn’t feel crowded at all. They also allowed our family dog which was a huge perk. We will absolutely be back next year.

Thanks for sharing your home during our hockey tournament! There was a lot of space for us all to spread out and enjoy! The pool worked out, just follow the pool video link they share and you shouldn't have any issues keeping it heated! The boys and parents all really enjoyed the amenities a lot! Beds were comfortable, and the home was equipped with everything we needed. Close to shopping and groceries! Thankyou for having us, we would defiantly stay again if we come back to Phoenix!

The house was wonderful. Our kids loved all the activities that were available.

The home was easy to find & check in. It's a lovely home & property. If you're looking for games & entertainment, this is a good choice. Unfortunately we were looking for a heated pool as advertised & that didn't happen, instead we had a polar plunge. The hot tub did work sporadically & the instructions for use were not very user friendly. We had to fill up our own propane tank which we were not expecting. Upon arrival the house looked clean but a closer look showed cereal , a bottle cap, a screw & pet hair that had been missed by the vacuum. When we finally found the bathroom/kitchen towels they were in the dryer. It would be nice to have a place to put luggage or bags, besides the floor. And each bath or bedroom really needs a spot to hang towels to dry between use. The hosts were quick to respond but didn't really solve anything. As I look back at the reviews, since the time of my booking, I see cleanliness and pool problems mentioned previously. The hosts had plenty of time to fix

Place was great how ever we asked to have the pool heated and they said it would either be heated or there would be instructions in the house to heat the pool we had to ask for the instructions and it wouldn’t heat up. I wish they would have had it heaterd up before we came as we never got the pool up to temp and that is one of the main reasons we chose this house was for the heated pool.

Love our stay here. Beautiful house with everything you could ever ask for in amenities. Location was great. State Farm stadium was close, as well as restaurants and entertainment.

The house was OUTSTANDING for our family with small kids. Lots to keep them entertained. They really loved the arcade games in the game room as well as the mini golf. My only complaint was the pool heater did not do an adequate job heating the pool. However it did heat up the spa nicely. Abigail as extremely responsive to all our questions. In the future it would be helpful to have the house booklet a couple of days before everyone arrived.

Could have been cleaner(dusty, lots of dog hair on couches, bean bags, blankets). Did not get use of the hot tub or pool due to no instructions. When I asked about this, I was told to find the panel. We were unable to locate the panel. Host extremely slow to respond. Maybe having an instruction book would've eliminated this inconvenience. Overall, it was a great family environment with fixable inconveniences. Would recommend to other large groups.

The home is amazing and the games and things for the kids and adults to do were as described. There were just a couple of hiccups but everything worked out. I would recommend this place as a wonderful place to stay and enjoy some much needed fun and relaxation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Airbnb. The house is tastefully decorated and equipped with all the essentials, making it ideal for groups. Looks just as the pictures on the listing. There is lots of space and it allowed for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, the pool never reached a usable temperature during our stay and we didn’t get to use it, so I suggest coordinating with the host beforehand to ensure the pool is ready when your arrive. Despite this, our family had a fantastic time, and the host was incredibly responsive. Highly recommend!
