Great location and amenities. we enjoyed our stay and would definately recommend booking. The condo was clean and the pool area was amazing.

location was great. Plenty of shopping and restaurants. roof top pool had great views of the town. pool was perfectly heated to be refreshing.

Great place!

The location, view & rooftop pool were perfect! Our air conditioner in the master bedroom was broken the entire week. We had to get Airbnb involved because they stopped responding. Our room was hot all week long. When we turned the air down in the kitchen to try and sleep in our bedroom, everyone felt frozen out of the living space. The linens for the outdoor patio furniture were also in a garbage bag (dirty) when we arrived. This didn't get replaced until the late afternoon of the next day.

We booked late and it was a little expensive, but that’s our fault, not theirs. The apartment was very modern and nice, and the location was fun. Just be prepared to hear everything happening down below in town, because the noise travels up the hill, and people party hard until 4:00 a.m.

The penthouse was beautiful and had many things to love about it. The views are amazing, you can check the surf from your bed. The layout and outdoor space is great. The building amenities are awesome, loved having a gym that overlooks the ocean and the roof top pool is epic. There are forsure some things to consider before booking as this unit may not be for everyone. The building is still under construction, you will notice workers, hear some light construction sounds, and see some unfinished spaces. I don’t think the owner has ever stayed at this unit as the kitchen lacks a lot of basics. We didn’t have hot water for 3 nights, and the guest shower did not get any hot water. The ac in the master went out and the host never fixed it during our stay. Overall host communication was disappointing. We had no ac or water, and when we did get water we had no hot water. Things happen, but host communication and follow through would have been appreciated. The location is terrific.
