Great place, perfect location. Will stay here again!

Exactly where you want to be if you are in Nashville for a good time! You can definately hear the music through the walls at night but ear plugs are provided by the host. The location is as good as it gets and is super convient if you plan on spending your time on Broadway. 10/10 would recommend!

Great place

Place was great, location was perfect. It was right in the middle of everything, which is exactly what we were looking for. Some talked about the noise but it was never a problem for us. It had everything we could have needed. Cal was great to work with.

It was a perfect place for my nephew and I to celebrate his graduation! Walkable to the concert venue, the Ryman, the Country Music HoF, in the middle of all of the action, easy to navigate, and the best spot to people watch on Broadway! Cal was super responsive. It was all I had hoped it would be and so much more! Thank you for being an amazing host! It was a trip that neither of us will ever forget…thank you!

We booked both the third floor loft and the second floor loft. Both were very nice places to stay. The third floor loft has tons of skylights and is beautiful and bright and the second floor loft is just about that a little darker but it’s still both are really nice. The location is perfect for being in downtown Nashville and go barhopping to watch all the bands. The music was the best part of being down.

The place was nice and clean and exactly as described. Excellent location if you want immediate access to Broadway/Downton. You can hear/feel a low rumble at night from Broadway but we slept right through it. Overall great stay and good value. Host is proactive and responsive. Make sure you read the house manual for instructions on parking. We were able to use a parking garage close by.

Whether you’ve been to Nashville (Broadway) several times or this is your first, this is the place to be! The loft and the location make you feel like you’re a country star! Cal the host was super responsive, gave very easy to follow instructions regarding the stay and the loft was spotless and beautiful. The location is perfect for doing anything in the downtown area and you can’t beat the convenience of walking out your door to Broadway’s day and nighttime action. Safety for my family is paramount and this place made me feel secure with a locked door at street level on the stairwell and at the loft entrance. Do not hesitate to book with Cal (host) this was a very cool rental that I highly recommend. -Nick P

What a wonderful hidden gem in the absolute center of Nashville. We never felt that we were far away from "home". This place is exactly as described and so much fun. Very clean and tucked inside the building away from any passing foot traffic. Cal was very responsive and was making sure that our stay was as we expected. I would highly suggest this location to anyone. We love the ambient sounds of people having fun. Some reviewers mentioned that it was loud at night - but that should be expected since it's right on Broadway. It wasn't as loud as I thought and earplugs are provided. We want to come back to Nashville to see what we didn't this time and no doubt we will try to score this location again!

We had a fantastic trip to Nashville and Cal’s home was perfect in every way!! The location is walkable to everything and the house is gorgeous!! No little detail left out and we would stay again! Thank you for all the thoughtfulness as a host!

Great first trip to Nashville…so awesome to just step out right in the heart of it all. A fun and comfortable place to stay…loved the hospitality…would definitely come back!

Great place to stay

Amazing location. If you are looking to be right in the thick of the party zone then this is the spot for you. Its more spacious than than photos which was a nice surprise. If you are not an early riser than I highly recommend a sleep mask. The bedroom has two skylights that are great for natural light but not great if you are attempting to sleep off Broadway from the night before.

The location is PERFECT! Just walk out the door and you’re on the strip. The noise didn’t bother us in the bedroom but there are skylights above the bed if light bothers you …it was wonderful listening to the rain! Hosts are very thoughtful to provide eye masks, fans and ear plugs. It was our first time to Nashville and we had a wonderful stay. Would stay here again!

This is definitely a once in a lifetime experience! It is the perfect place to stay in Nashville. You can go out and enjoy all Broadway has to offer without worrying about taking an Uber at 3AM. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone traveling to Nashville.

Cal's places above Boot Barn are the absolute best place to stay on Broadway!

Unbeatable location in the heart of Broadway! Host was very responsive and provided very detailed instruction. If I’m ever back in town I would look to stay here again.

This is the place to stay! Right on Broadway- in the middle of it ALL. The apartment is in a great location, but is also very NICE & CLEAN. Cal has a detailed welcome book so we knew what to expect and what was available to us. Great experience & will be back! Again this is right on Broadway, but when you shut the doors to the sun room and turn on some white noise it’s pretty easy to rest. 10/10 Airbnb!

If you want a place right in the middle of the action, this is it.

My family visited Nashville to celebrate our youngest’s 21st bday. Cal’s place was the perfect location. We could bar hop on Broadway and walk to great restaurants. Printers alley was less than a 15 minute walk. The apartment is beautiful with a large full kitchen. Everything is top notch. Had a great time and would stay again when visiting Nashville. Cal was a great host. He was very quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a spot in Nashville to hit Broadway.

Absolutely cannot beat the location. Walked downstairs and directly on to broadway. Dead center of everything you read about in the area.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Cal’s place. Located in the heart of Broadway. Music, drink and entertainment as soon as you walk out the door. The condo was clean, nice and very comfortable. I would recommend this place and would stay again.

We absolutely LOVED the location on this place right ON Broadway! The unit was a great size, perfectly clean, and included great little amenities. There’s no elevator so with the multiple flights of steps, you’re going to want to pack light, (especially since you’ll be parking atleast a block or more away and carrying your luggage down Broadway). The refrigerator does have a water and ice dispenser so you wouldn’t need to lug in bottled water. It’s a bit noisy at night if you’re an early sleeper before Broadway shuts down. They did have disposable sleep masks and ear plugs provided though for you as well. Plenty of instruction for the unit was provided and the host was super responsive. We picked this place for the location and it was 100% perfect for that. Would definitely stay here again. I’ll just try to pack lighter next time! ;)

Our stay was so fun! The location is unmatched! It was so nice being steps from everything. Cals place was clean and easy accessible. Lots of stairs so keep that in mind. Noisy but not a deal breaker. We would def stay again!
