Elise was a pleasure to host! This home is situated in the perfect location, less than a block from the beach. We loved being on the northern tip of AMI, walkable to so many shops and cafes. The pool is delightful and the kitchen well-appointed, and we enjoyed the pool. Be aware that there is extremely loud construction on the house being built next door (Oct 2025). Otherwise a wonderful house for our large family and we will definitely return!

Tomas was a pleasure ! Great lovely house to stay in Anna Maria. Close to the beach and great accomodations. Would have been great to know all the extra things the house had such as a cooler and several beach chairs. 100% recommend!

Heather was a pleasure to host! The property was exactly as described. Location was perfect. Ample parking and amazing space inside. We had a party of six and an extra guest. Clean, comfy beds and great AC. The only suggestions I would make is there should be a split unit up high in that garage lower level. Make that area more enjoyable as a game space and more ceiling fans in that area. The outside pool area could be a lot more. Some umbrellas, some tables, more shade in general, considering it gets all afternoon sun. Could make it a lot more inviting. Including the downstairs covered patio needs a ceiling fan or two out there as well,. A nice table And a few chairs on the third level balcony would be nice as well. The only real complaint I had is the pool heater must have been on at some point probably 90°. it was bathwater. I called maintenance. I never heard back until the 2nd call. Not much to do until they had some rain just unfortunate it was not enjoyable. Went to a friend’s property and enjoyed their pool.

It was a pleasure hosting Tyler! We hope to host them again in the future! Unfortunately there were a couple of very small things that turned what could've been a 5 star experience quickly into a 3 or 4 star experience. Communicated: There was 1 dishwashing packet, 1 laundry tablet, 1 trash bag, 1 roll of paper towels. All for a full week's stay. Such simple, inexpensive things to provide guests. Messaged a week before the trip. This cost-saving measure just felt very cheap and was a horrible way to kick-off the trip. Not communicated: (1) Zero spices/salt/pepper. (2) This home sleeps 8 guests. I believe there were enough towels for each person for a day. Plan on doing a lot of laundry (and buying detergent). (3) The home is surrounded by construction of two homes on each side of it. It'll start at 7am. Ends at 9pm. Heavy equipment, music, circular saws and all. My expectations aren't that of a Four Seasons. But these small details really make or break the experience. I don't want to have a supply run for the basics. You will have to here.
