We had three families, so lots of adults and even more children. This house had space for us all, great water pressure and water heater, the kitchen had everything we needed, and was within walking distance to the back, both pools, and the tennis court. Space enough for all of us to park our 3 trucks & a good cart, but probably could've fit a couple more small cars. Very clean too! I would recommend this house to anyone.
The home was awesome. We loved the space for the grandkids and had a very nice time. The closeness to the pools and the beach was perfect. We don’t have to be on the water. We opened the windows at night and could hear the waves.
This was our Christmas present to our kids and grandkids! The house and area was very nice, an honorable mention is there was a Christmas tree in April! Yea!With many beach chairs and toys for the grands which was a blessing! The pools were semi chilly and the beach was very rough, but I think it was the time of year. Our only complaint with the property was all the outside settings. We had to leaf blow the bottom settings and the patio setting could use a power spraying and some updates to a few of the furniture pieces. Other than that it was Great!
The house was perfect. The people who managed the property were awesome. They were very friendly and helpful. We will be back.
The property manager Gail was the absolute best. Any issue that happened she was on it. The breaker kept tripping turning the air upstairs off, they had it figured out and fixed within a day. She kept in touch the entire time checking in us!
The house was very nice and plenty of room for everyone. Gail the property manager was so sweet and helpful. She responded quickly every time I reached out to her with questions. Would highly recommend
Pelican Perch was a very roomy beach home. It was within walking distance to the beach, two pools and tennis courts. The drive into Gulf Shores was only about 15 miles. Gail the property manager had ice to our home with 30 minutes of being told the ice maker wasn’t working. She was great. Recommend this home to anyone!
Perfect vacation rental for 3 generations to spend time together! The rooms were spacious and beautiful! The kids loved the bunk room. The walk to the beach was easy. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The community is quiet and incredibly beautiful! In addition to this great house, Mrs Gail (property manager) went above and beyond for us! She is a gem! We can’t wait to go back!
