Positive: It was clean, spacious and in walking distance of beach… lived it will definitely stay again

This Condo Was A Nice Fit for Our Family....Plenty of Space to enjoy. The Pool and waterfront were Our Favorite place To Be at the end of a Hot Day and Wonderful Sunsets and walkable Restaurants nearby.We would Definitely recommend it and Stay Again!

We loved the location, and the beach access was great. There was plenty of space for our family.

Great location!! Convenient and close to everything. The townhome has been renovated and is nice. Biggest problem to me was the communication was confusing and slow. There are numerous numbers to communicate any concerns with, but none of them responded back. Some would but it was confusing and never seemed to be someone local. The place was clean except for dirty pots and pans left in the oven. The microwave made a popping noise when used with water leaking from the inside. I sent numerous messages to the numerous contact numbers. The ceiling fan in the first floor bedroom was coming out of the ceiling. Which I addressed was no big deal since we would not be using that room. The patio furniture was not in great shape and the balcony upstairs seems to be in bad shape. There was supposed to be bracelets for the pool , but they were nowhere to be found. I was told a couple of days later you don’t need them. Great location and price!! Biggest issue was lack of clear communication.

Disappointed that some things were not described properly. The bedroom on the bottom floor beds do not look the same, one ceiling fan is barely hanging by a cord. The long blinds in the living room are mostly broken and missing pieces. A couple of the rugs in the living room by the sliding glass doors slide very easy. The floors were very dirty. If you walk on them barefooted the bottom of your feet get black. However I will say the middle bedrooms were nice. And especially the 3rd floor was nice with the living room and bedroom and nice big shower. Overall ok but would not stay there again.

I truly wish I could I could believe zero stars also, I feel like everyone would be absolutely disturbed if I posted pictures and truly gave a full description on everything not only besides all of these factors, but not even getting a response back or an offer to fix or make up for anything and only receiving a message about hoping that they receive a five star review absolutely disgusted
