Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was excellent and in a beautiful location, very convenient to Gatlinburg. The living room was cozy, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The patio and the view were absolutely amazing! Everything we needed was provided, which made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! Broken hot tub, didnt fix it. Broken shower door, broken shower head, bed has deep impressions in it from wear and tear, deck railing behind hot tub broken because hot tub cover holder is broken and hits the railing. I asked for a refund on day #1 so i could rent elsewhere, they just kept saying theyre addressing issues as soon as they can. Airbnb overall great past experiences, eden crest rentals should be removed from airbnb! Complete disappointment, felt taken advantage of. Oh almost forgot, my original booking had some sort of structural damage i was told the day before our trip we would be moved to a similar location that was not nearly as nice as what i originally paid for. Probably the worst vacation i ever had due to the embarrassment i felt with my guest and hot tub that trips the circuit breaker every hour cant stay hot that way which is the main reason we rented a cabin not just a hotel. RUN FROM EDEN CREST VACATION RENTALS. SAVE THE HEADACHES 😩

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! Beautiful location and home! We enjoyed our stay, for sure!! The views were stunning and location felt safe! It was a really convenient location. We had some issues with the fans, and unfortunately did not receive assistance after requesting help with the property manager. Responses were also not very prompt. We also booked this place knowing it had a hot tub, but arrived to a broken hot tub. We would have understood if we would have received a message prior notify us.

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! Cabin is beautiful and very clean! Prepped and ready for guests. Loved the extras for the kids and the views. Everything was outstanding except for check-in. The door code was not clearly labeled and was given as the WiFi password. We had to wait outside in the heat at 8pm to call and speak with customer service—-make sure you get codes before arriving and that it is clearly labeled. Host messaging was not responsive bc they close at 5pm

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! We had a wonderful stay at Eden Crest’s chalet/cabin! It was exceptionally clean, well stocked (kitchen and bathrooms) and had lots of beautiful views overlooking Gatlinburg! We would definitely recommend this cabin and hope to be able to come back and stay again!!

Great place that suited our family well. Eden Crest Rentals sent many emails but all that was necessary was the key code prior to check in. The home was outfitted very well, just could have used some trash bags. Coffee machine was broken, and the dishwasher had just had some damage as a piece of the lower pullout was sitting on the counter. We did enjoy ourselves very much.

I hate to advertise because I want to keep this gem to myself, but I won’t be selfish. This was the best cabin trip ever. Everything that was advertised was true beautiful cabin, decor, and location. We had to call management for them to fix the main TV, because it would not. show cable, they were suppose to send someone but didn’t we reset the box and it worked no big deal. There were no guests towels in the main room on top level but again no problem I bring my own anyway. We will be back to Peace Givers Cabin, we LOVED IT!!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. The views from all 3 decks were awesome. We appreciated the fact that it was an easy 5 minute drive into Gatlinburg. We all had a wonderful time in the cabin and would definitely rent it again.

Amazing mountain views for sunset! The cabin is extremely clean and a great location in Gatlinburg. Loved how each level outside has comfortable spaces to enjoy the lovely view. Great trip and definitely coming back with family and friends!
