If you have ever been to Port Aransas you will see that it is a golf cart haven; everyone either has their own or rent them. The Paradise Point property DOES NOT allow an area for golf cart crossing on Highway 361. There are some from other crossings in different areas, but not for this property. It clearly states at the exit a sign that says "NO GOLF CARTS ON 361 OR CROSSING". The only crossing you could get to and cutting across other properties was at a diagonal crossing to reach a crossing street on the other side. I check with the Police Department and it was an illegal crossing and subject to a 500 fine. Needless to say, hauling our golf cart across 361 would be the only way to use freely would be to load and unload each time we used it to ride to town or on the beach, which is a big deal in Port A. Really took the fun out of that. One of the beds sheets on one bed, look like someone had slept in it and never changed out. The property was lovely and comfortable. But this Debbie Downer, I won't be renting again and will make sure that any property rented will be on the same side as the beach.

This was a great place to stay. The house was very clean and beautiful! Very close to all the stores and beach. Highly recommend!

Big clean home, lots of areas to relax in, so close to a huge relaxing pool. Pond views. Big kitchen, and downstairs bbq

Great place with a very clean unit and comfortable beds. There's plenty of room for our boat, which was a major reason we chose this unit. The B and B is centrally located near everything Port A has to offer. we would come back for sure.

When we arrived, the code to the door did not work. We had to wait three hours and sleep in our vehicle before someone finally responded with the correct code. Their late night on call did not have a phone number to someone that could help, only an email… that doesn’t help when it’s after hours.

I was thinking I was missing out not staying at cinnamon shore this past vacation, turned out this surpassed it, extremely private, quiet and relaxing! The pool, the backyard water oasis was extremely relaxing! it was everything for my family this past vacation! if your looking for a upscale stay, check out all of thier locations! very well kept. 👏

Beautiful place & great location! Would definitely book again.

This is our second time at this property. We were there 2 years ago and the place was nearly the same. The property was kept up well and showed no signs of going down in any way. We had a truck for the beach so the no golf carts due to the location wasn’t a problem. The property would be 5 stars all day. I had only a problem with no iron or ironing board as advertised. We had an event to attend that required the use of an iron and ironing board or we would have never known.It was in the evening when we checked in and discovered this problem and I made a call to the management company.They were closed and said they would come first thing in the morning and they did. So they follow up and take care of business. A brand new ironing board and iron showed up at 9am when their offices opened up.The big questions I always look for in a review are was the product worth the price and would you do it again. The answer is YES! and YES! We will be back and we will book this property again if available.

The property is beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay there. We utilized all outdoor spaces and were comfortable. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in.

We enjoyed our weeklong beach escape here in Port A. Home is modernly appointed and filled with natural light. Appliances are modern and in great condition. Home is just a few blocks from the expansive beach and village with shops, cafes and restaurants. Host was very responsive and courteous. We recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing beach stay !

Our family loved staying here. The home was very clean and organized. My husband loves to cook and there is a spacious kitchen where he enjoyed cooking for the family. The beach is a short drive and the neighborhood pool is also a perk. I would stay here again!

It was a beautiful home in a calm neighborhood- the only downside was that we could not take a golf cart to our air b and b due to the location it’s at and the rules. Other then that it wa super cute and very relaxing.

The house was well outfitted and very clean. We felt that the space was large enough for our family of five and gave us a great place to relax after a day at the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and was close to everything in Port Aransas. The only downside is that we could not get a golf cart rental due to its location. This was not a total inconvenience as we had a vehicle to drive on the beach. We had to contact management for a few issues, but they were quickly resolved.

Me & the kiddos loved it! We cannot wait to get back to Porta A and Hope Sand key Vacation allows us to stay again. Thank you for everything!

Great place!!!

The place is located in a cute and quiet neighborhood right next to a bird watching area. There’s a community pool and the beach is only a 5 minute drive away. It was decorated well and the furniture was cozy for lounging after a packed day of activities. The beds were comfortable, but the master bed was so comically high that it needed a step stool to get in, which there wasn’t. Lastly, I was charged a non-refundable damage fee up front which I don’t agree with. Overall, I would still recommend this place, because it’s cozy, quiet, and located close to everything fun in Port Aransas.

This was a beautiful space that made us feel comfortable and at home. It’s nice and tucked away from the usual traffic and has a gorgeous pond behind the house. We found it to be equipped with everything we need. The hosts were proactive in communication and response time was very quick. Zero issues. We loved the place and will book again soon!

Great place, great location, affordable price!

This home was absolutely beautiful. Everything you need for a peaceful beach vacation. Nice decor, exceptionally clean (as if it was brand new), thoughtful additions like wall hooks for bags, outdoor shower for washing off after the beach, etc. We spent the days either at the beach or at the community pool. Upon return we felt right at home to relax and watch tv. or take showers and head into town for dinner. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we'd love to return!

Nice house. The beds were awesome, and the furniture was nice, we really appreciated the porch furniture. The location isn't ideal if you wanted to run around on golf carts, but the house made up for that inconvenience. We would stay here again!

Beautiful place and perfect to spend time off with the family and friends while feeling very comfortable like home. I extremely recommend this place an definitely want to come back!

It was almost perfect . The only thing I have to say is that there was dog hair in the cushions of the bed. The AC , I feel it was controlled by someone else other than us, we would set it for a specific temp and it wouldn’t get there. Lastly, the bathroom sink in the master bedroom needed to be better cleaned. Other than that , I would recommend this place and would stay again in the future . Great location and well maintained. Minor details that I would recommend to fix for future customers.

Beautiful home and neighborhood

Beautiful property! Any questions we had there was an almost immediate response. Perfectly located.

Complaint unresolved. Positive: House was beautiful. Plenty of room. Great location. Had a wonderful view, swimming available 4 houses down. Negative: Service for local company to own home. Our TV was down. When we reached out it was 30 hours before they sent tech. Tech said she needed a new router. Then 6 hours later told me it wasn't router ( each time I was told I will reach out to the team) kept telling me to do things to it that they needed to be handling. We had our 10 year old grandson. We could not have planned movie nights or get local news regarding weather for activity planning. Each time I called ( we were there for 5 days), I was told something different. But mostly, let me reach out to our team, and I will get back to you. We paid plenty of money for the stay without our offer of some reimbursement for the inconvenience, In fact, the go too response was, "What do you see on the TV when you turn it on?" Most of the times, I responded if I was at home. Finally, I told them we were done with it. A redicioulous Attempt to resolve our issue.. the attempted apology after each phone call was just an excuse to pacify.

The place is great! Clean, comfortable and well kept. In the original listing in the very bottom of “house rules” they mention an additional $50 no refundable deposit for damages separately from Airbnb. Not a fan of this since it’s at the very bottom of a long listing, so be expecting an additional email/text for payment and verification, but nothing against the property. It’s practically perfect.

We enjoy this neighborhood and the house is great. Met all of our expectations and was set up well for guests. The only issue we had was that we were charged a non-refundable damage deposit. In fairness, it was in the listing, if you read through everything. We’ve rented so many times through AirBnB that we don’t anymore. And they don’t mention it when providing you the price of the rental. It doesn’t even come up when you book. It comes up once you book. Then we received notice that we have to go to a 3rd party site to register and pay a non-refundable damage fee. And if you do damage something, and it’s more than the fee, you still have to pay the full amount. We thought that it was a scam because we just got a message to click on the link and pay our damage fee. We called AirBnB and they informed us that they don’t allow this and would help us cancel the reservation, if we wanted. We ended up paying and keeping the reservation. But it definitely started the trip with a bad taste.

This house was amazing the host was awesome as well. I run an Airbnb myself and we couldn’t have asked for anything more! House was super clean and perfectly stocked and we loved the deck view of the pond. We will be back again 100%. Highly recommend this place in you’re coming to Port A!

Paradise Great stay!! Loved the house!! Only one comment. We are 5 with 3 boys 21, 17 and 13. Listing saud sleeps 8. However there were only 3 beds. Bunks or a roll away would have been great. However we lived the hoyse and miss it already. Will book again!!!

Family Fun and Relaxation We visited Port Aransas for Spring Break and rented this home after reading reviews. The home was clean and well organized with all the items you could need for a four day stay. It was very close to the beach and the main area of Port A. Would definitely stay here again as the community was very quiet and allowed us to enjoy family time without the spring break parties.

We had a wonderful stay at this naturally lit home in the morning.

Overall stay was good and we liked it. we liked the sound bar, and interior of the property. Thanks and happy holidays.

I’ve stayed at a Sand Key rental twice now and can’t recommend them enough! Everything is even more beautiful than the pictures and I never have to worry about what I’m going to walk into. They are very good with communication and super helpful!

Our rental stay was at the center of a beautiful pond, palm trees and a at times a rising sun or moon lit night. It captured much of the natural light surrounding us. The pool was lit up with neon lighting big enough to swim around and enjoy the cool water. The beach was not far at all and easily accessible near restrooms and showers. Awesome stay with beach theme decor accompanied with excellent beds and showers.

Awesome vacation home to stay in! Very clean and well maintained all around. We enjoyed the peaceful area, with a beautiful view!!! I would highly recommend renting out this home for a vacation. Host answered all my questions within minutes.

Amazing Went down to fish but the place was so nice ended up just sitting on the porch and relaxing. We did fish but didn’t plan on spending that much time at the property. Would absolutely stay there again.

Beach vacation We had a great time staying at this house that was located minutes from the beach. Perfect neighborhood that we were able to take evening walks in with our children. Very nice pool. Only feedback is wish the description of the place was a little more detailed (would have liked to know they had a keurig and not just a coffee maker).

A Family Fit Great property. Very convenient outdoor shower and water hoses to clean off the beach sand. Description didn’t say there was a grill but there is a very useful and nicer gas grill. Interior was bright and beachy. Loved the lifeguard style chairs on both decks. Kitchen was well equipped and I loved that they had a gas stove. We stayed 8 nights and it felt like home. We will be back!

Paradise Vibes indeed! The accommodations were outstanding. The property was well stocked with all that we needed. A few more umbrellas at the community pool would have been nice. Thank you. We'll be looking for this same property next year. Two other families rated our rental higher than their own and want to join us in neighboring rentals next summer. Can't wait for next year.

Paradise Pointe This neighborhood is a calm escape close to everything we love about Port A. We had a 2 year old grandson who loved to bike around “the lake”. The neighborhood pool was wonderful. There was very little traffic in the area which felt safe. The home is extremely clean and bright. Awesome outdoor table overlooking a central lake was a favorite spot for card games and cocktails. Beds were very comfortable. We will put this home at the top of our list to rent again.

Nice house near the beach This house had everything we needed - It was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The decor is beautiful and each room was as comfortable as being at home. The pool is a close walk and we used it several times. The beach is also near. We would def recommend this rental and stay again.

Beautiful property Our overall experience was great! It was a beautiful property and easy to access and get to. For a group of 4 it was perfect for us. The only downside was having to wait until exactly 4 to check in. It was raining really bad the day we got in so we couldn’t enjoy the beach and we’re ready to get settled in so the wait wasn’t to much fun with bad weather. Also the gas was turned off and we noticed the next morning when we went to cook breakfast, upon contacting the property manager it was resolved within 2 hours or so once we reported it. Besides those two small hiccups we loved this house and will come back to stay again. Perfect weekend beach getaway with all the comforts of home.

Absolutely Beautiful Beach House Very clean, light, perfect beach house. Despite the foul weather, our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Only negative for a shorty is the very high master bed. But once up there, very comfy! Definately putting this on the visit again last.
