Great house with a great location. We loved looking out over the marshes on the back porches instead of other houses, and enjoyed watching the birds come and go. Would stay here again.

Five stars! My family and I have been going to Port Aransas for 6 years now and this home without a doubt has been our favorite. It’s beautiful in a great neighborhood. Everything you can think of is in the spacious well stocked kitchen. The house is roomy, there’s space for everyone. The patio’s are gorgeous, they’re great for hanging out and seeing sunsets. The pool was our favorite. Looked better in person than in the photos.

This home and location was perfect for us. So peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need which was so nice. Beautiful views and even though neighbors are close, there is still a lot of privacy on the patios. We enjoyed watching the small planes and the skydivers at the little airport nearby. The views are stunning off the huge back porch. It was chilly in the evenings so the fire pit was so nice to have! It wasn’t working the first night and the host responded immediately and sent the nicest guy to fix it for us. The beds were so comfortable and we slept amazing. Already talking about our next trip! Absolutely recommend this place!

We had a lovely stay with our family — the home was even better in person and the pictures don’t do it justice. The only minor issue was that one bedroom didn’t have power, which made it a bit warm and inconvenient at times. The host was friendly and responsive and sent a technician the next day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

This is a great place to stay. It's technically the 2nd time we've booked this home. The 1st time was in 2023 for my husband and his uncles to go fishing. They enjoyed the home so much that we decided to book for this November (2025). And now they have a pool! We really appreciate the cleanliness and warmth of the home. Thank you!

We had a great stay! Beautiful location and the pool was the highlight for our kiddos. Loved how secure the gate/ fence was around the pool. Especially, when traveling with small kids. Plenty of space for our 3 families. Very responsive host. We noticed the propane was low for the grill, sent a message and they had someone out that same afternoon to change it out. We were able to cook our meal and enjoy some family time together. Definitely will book again.

We had a wonderful stay - everything was comfortable and well-appointed. Watching the birds and ships from the balcony was a big hit with everyone, as was the pool. I think we spent more time there than the beach! It is a 2 story beach house, so there were a lot of stairs - just to keep in mind if anyone in your party has mobility issues. Convenient location - quick drive to the beach and lots of restaurants.

I would definitely recommend this house for your next beach trip! Easy to locate and access. Any questions I had the host replied quickly. House looked just like pictures. My family and I really enjoyed the whole house especially the pool.

Wonderful stay! The house was gorgeous and in a gorgeous neighborhood. The views were breathtaking! It was quiet and clean and the home had everything you could possibly need or want! All you have to do is bring yourself, your clothes and food! 10/10 would stay again.

The home was beautiful and clean. The pool was perfect. The only down side was that the neighborhood was not zoned for golf carts, which we wanted to rent for the weekend, but there was no way for us to legally cross highway 361 to get to the beach. Other than that small detail, we had a great time staying at the property. The view of the nature preserve was awesome!

Beautiful home tucked away from busy downtown Port A. The back porch view overlooking the wetlands is amazing - we made time to sit outside and take in every sunset. The private pool was a hit with our kids. We cook most of our meals on vacation and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Overall a lovely home in a perfect location, would love to stay again.

We have stayed in many short term rentals and this is at or near the top. Beautiful home and has a great view. Will definitely return.

10/10 beyond my expectations Positive: House was better than pictured! Extremely clean and comfortable, stocked with paper towels coffee tea and some sparkling water which was far beyond my expectations. Beds were perfect there were plenty of extra blankets and the couch in the living room was extremely comfortable.When I contacted the property before check in with an issue they were quick to respond and resolve all issues I had. This house was 10/10 I look forward to staying again next time I'm in town! Negative: Only thing I didn't like was the garage was locked and the only access to the downstairs patio from the house was through the bedroom on the ground floor. This is a minor issue really and did not take away from the experience of this fantastic house at all.

Great stay in Port A This was our family’s second stay at this location, and it’s become one of our favorite spots to stay in town. The location is great with a beautiful view and it’s close to beach access. Our host was very responsive, and the very few minor issues we had on check-in were resolved quickly.

My family comes to the beach every year and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed! The house is beautiful and perfect for a group. We really enjoyed using the kitchen and cozying up in the living room watching movies. Also the outdoor shower was awesome and the sunsets from the balcony were picturesque. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful spot! Roomy, comfortable and an extremely responsive management company. For a rental managed by a company, this was one of the best we’ve stayed in and we’d definitely be back. Highlights: watching birds and the spacious living room. Things to note: kitchen is well stocked with appliances but nothing perishable is provided (bring your own oil, spices, etc) and the kids room is right off the kitchen/living room so if your kid is a light sleeper this could be hard.

This was a wonderful place to stay for a long girls weekend - celebrated my birthday with my three daughters and best friend. Despite it being on the bay side, I would say this has been our favorite place yet and we have been doing this for many years. It is a very peaceful location, everyone had their own room, but the best part for us was the wonderful deck overlooking the wetlands that were plentiful with all types of birds that we really enjoyed watching. There is also a trail you can walk or bike on that leads to an observatory to get closer to the birds. The deck faced the sunset as well, so we had 4 wonderful sunsets to enjoy - it was also very close to the airport so we watched planes take off and land. All in all an awesome place to stay!

Excellent place. New or like new. Plenty of space, felt like home. The fire-stick TV a bit difficult to use but thats probably because we were four old guys without a clue. 🤪

We loved our stay here! The view is gorgeous- we saw so many spectacular birds! The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed- pots, bowls, plates, tons of silverware, and even a couple of lovely cheese platters. Everything was clean and orderly- we would definitely stay here again!

Great beach house My family and I stayed here for our annual beach trip and we thoroughly enjoyed the house. We loved watching the birds in the wetlands from the huge balcony with our morning coffee, and the location was perfect for relaxing. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the week.

Beautiful! This house is a gem! It’s very clean, nicely decorated, and very well stocked. It was perfect for our multi-generational vacation! The outside space is very peaceful, and it’s a 5 minute drive to the beach. I would definitely rent here again.

Another great stay! This is the second time we’ve stayed here an plan to do it again next year. The home is gorgeous and perfectly laid out. In the back of the neighborhood so it is quiet, and it’s nice watching the preserve off the back deck and airplanes come and go. Beautiful, clean home. And musical! The appliance are new and all seem to have their own song rather than an annoying buzzer. They’ve thought of everything in this one. Highly recommend.

Perfect! The house was immaculate and well decorated. Very well stocked on all kitchen needs. The deck was perfectly arranged with lots of seating options and a full table. We will definitely rent again for future family gatherings.

Enjoy the sunsets Really nice place for a family. Bath towels are terrible- small, scratchy, thin. Mostly clean except under beds. Right front burner of stove top not working properly. Turns on but then goes off. We enjoyed the home and the beautiful deck overlooking the bird sanctuary, with its sunsets. Only went to the pool once. It is adequate. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Nice and Quiet We loved the layout of the house and the location super quiet and loved the views off the back porch. There were no cookie sheets, the pans were terrible and the oven worked off and on. However the place was relaxing.

Perfect property for friends getaway! Wow, this property was beautiful! Perfect for 4 couples. VERY well stocked kitchen, beautifully furnished. Beach access is close (maybe 1/2 mile?). The deck and back porch were amazing — we loved watching the birds in the sanctuary behind the house, and the planes and sky drivers at the airport just in the other side of the field. PLENTY of parking room in the driveway. Everything was very well thought out. 5 stars.

Nice neighborhood! This property was so nice! The neighborhood was quiet and it was a peaceful spot. We had more than enough room for family and friends. The back decks had the best view!! Amazing amenities, we will definitely be coming back!
