• 2 bedrooms, sleeps 6, single level
• Bunk beds, Pack n Play & high chair
• Easy basecamp for fall hunting trips

Wake up, pour a cup from the Keurig, and watch Bear Butte rise over the prairie right outside your windows. This bright, single-level home just outside Sturgis is made for easy, laid-back days, whether you’re here for the Rally, a fall hunting trip, or a family getaway in the Black Hills!

Sleeping arrangements:

• Bedroom 1: Queen bed, smart TV
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed plus twin-over-twin bunk, smart TV, walk-in closet
• Living room: Pull-out couch

The kitchen: Fully stocked with a large island (bar tools included!), a big fridge, Keurig and drip coffee makers, dining for four, and tons of cabinet space for a week’s worth of groceries.

The living room: Sink into the plush chair, queue up a movie on the 55" smart TV, and let those expansive windows frame the view.

Outside: Soak in the hot tub as the stars come out over the open fields, then gather on the patio for dinner outdoors. Card and board games are stocked and ready for game night!

The practical stuff: Washer and dryer for muddy boots and blaze orange, driveway space for trucks, a Pack n Play and high chair for the little ones, and RV hookups for travelers bringing their rig.

Who it’s for: Couples, small families, hunting crews, and friend groups of up to 6. Just a heads-up that there’s one full bathroom with a walk-in shower, so plan morning routines accordingly.

Our local team is just a call away throughout your stay, so you can kick back and soak up those big Black Hills skies!

The area

You’re tucked into open country with Bear Butte as your backyard view, yet still close to everything that makes this corner of the Black Hills so much fun.

Hunting: You’re right on the edge of West River prairie country and the Black Hills, so it’s a fantastic home base for chasing mule deer, whitetail, antelope, turkey, and upland birds like sharp-tailed grouse. Public land, including BLM ground and the Black Hills National Forest, is a short drive away, with walk-in hunting areas scattered across the region. Come back after a cold morning in the field to a hot tub and a warm meal!

Food & drink: About 10 minutes to downtown Sturgis for local restaurants, bars, and shops, with even more dining in Deadwood, Spearfish, and Rapid City.

Outdoor adventure: About 10 minutes to Bear Butte State Park for hiking, roughly 30 minutes to Spearfish Canyon’s waterfalls and scenic drives, and a little over an hour to Mount Rushmore.

Rally central: The Buffalo Chip is just a few minutes down the road, putting you close to all the action every August!

Seasonal fun: Deadwood’s famous Halloween celebration kicks off fall, Terry Peak’s ski slopes and snowmobile trails are about 45 minutes away in winter, and Rapid City hosts the Black Hills Stock Show & Rodeo each year.

Day trips: About 30 to 35 minutes to historic Deadwood for gaming, concerts, and Old West history, and around 35 to 40 minutes to Rapid City.

A car is the way to go here, with plenty of room to explore the Black Hills at your own pace. Rideshare is limited outside Rapid City, so plan your rides ahead, especially during the Rally.

“The views from this place are phenomenal! It’s so quiet and peaceful, but still near downtown Sturgis. Great home base to travel to Custer, badlands, deadwood and more! Hosts are extremely responsive. We were running low on a few supplies and they quickly resolved this issue. The house was clean, bright and comfortable. The view out the front window every morning was something I could get used to. Would definitely stay again!”
