We’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs over the years, and this one truly stands out! It was clear the hosts put tremendous thought and care into making this property exceptional. The entire home was beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was fantastic, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower pressure was fantastic. The layout of the house was perfect, offering plenty of space for everyone to enjoy time together or find a quiet spot to unwind. One of our favorite features was the amazing backyard! With so much to offer, it was the perfect place for everyone to feel they had something to do. What really set this experience apart, though, were the hosts. They were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and responsive to even the simplest questions or requests. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it! Five stars all around!

I stayed here with my family of 7 and the home was perfect for us. The beach was a quick 10 minute drive and there were tons of great restaurants, food and shopping very close. The hosts were super responsive, flexible and assisted with everything we needed. Would highly recommend! P.S. Bring bug spray for outside at nighttime!

De accommodatie zag er op de foto's helaas mooier en beter onderhouden uit dan in werkelijkheid. De garage, die als extra slaapkamer wordt gebruikt, hebben wij niet kunnen gebruiken vanwege de vele muggen die via het dakluik binnenkwamen en de hoeveelheid vliegen. Ook de buitenruimte kon beter onderhouden worden. Bij twee auto's naast elkaar stap je uit in hoog gras en de voor- en achtertuin verdienden duidelijk meer aandacht. Daarnaast waren verschillende dingen aan vervanging toe. Er waren gelukkig ook zeker pluspunten! De ligging is echt super. De tennisbaan was erg fijn en de bolderkar en strandstoeltjes waren ontzettend handig. Ook de karaokeset was een leuke toevoeging. Jammer, want deze accommodatie heeft door de ligging en faciliteiten echt veel potentie. Met wat meer aandacht voor onderhoud zou het een geweldig verblijf kunnen zijn.

Host was very friendly & responsive. Minor issues at the home. Nothing that required immediate attention. Fully equipped kitchen. Toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap & trash bag starters provided. 15 minutes from AMI. 5-7 minutes from Walmart. Very clean. Overall, we had a great stay! ☀️

Our stay at The Palm Shell Villa, was relaxing and the amenities plentiful, to keep us occupied while not at the beach. The kitchen was large with most anything needed for cooking/grilling, to include coffee options. The living and dining areas were spacious, TV’s in all the major rooms, including the bedrooms and three full bathrooms, allowed for our 9 family members to spread out and get showers, timely. The space inside and out allowed for people to gather or have alone time. The pickleball/basketball court and cornhole was a hit with the grandchildren and adults, the pool was great when not at the beach and although we didn’t choose to use them, a hot tub, and fire pit was available. The grill and outside table with plenty of seating was also great to have available. All-in-all, a great place to stay and the hosts were timely in responses and willingness to solve any concerns. If you like pizza, go to Danny’s Pizzeria….so good! Thank you, Kyle and Nicole!

Perfect home away from home for a big family with kids. We all enjoyed Kyle and Nicole’s home a ton. They have thought of everything you need for a weekend getaway. It is 20 min away from ana maria island beach!

Everything was wonderful. We made some great memories in the backyard. Fifteen minutes from the beach. I definitely recommend.

This Airbnb was absolutely amazing. It was incredibly spacious and the hosts thought of every little thing that you might need. It really felt like a home away from home. The home is completely remodeled and looks even better than the pics. The amenities were phenomenal and fun. Highly recommend!

We were here for our wedding and Kyle and Nicole were super flexible and understanding.

Hello, I was very disappointed with our stay. The washing machine over flowed and it was not repaired our whole stay. I had to constantly call to see if anyone was coming and when they did it was at 7:30 am. 5 days later. The hot tub was dirty when we got there and the garbage had not been emptied. The house itself is fine, we just had a not great experience.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was absolutely spotless. The location was convenient and worked well for our plans. Since we were the first guests, there were a few things that needed attention, but nothing major, and I’m sure those will be addressed quickly for future stays. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and we’d definitely consider staying here again!
