The condo was immaculate, very inviting and cozy, and had the best view!! Got to see dolphins swim by everyday, and a manta ray! It was so convenient to be able to just take the elevator down to the beach, and it’s only a short distance from all of the things to do downtown. The beach wasn’t too crowded and the water was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to take my three boys for vacation! If you’re on the fence I highly recommend staying here!!
Nice condo Overall a nice condo. For the price, some of the furnishings are worn and need replaced. Dryer and fridge need maintenance. The table on the balcony is too large and dangerously close to balcony, scares me for a small child.
Amazing views,amazing place Hard to beat palazzo 1708 Amazing views, and great set up for the family. Palazzo is my favorite condo to stay at because you never have to wait on elevators and there is plenty of parking.

Great Views Great views and wonderful sunsets. Was worried that being on the 17 floor would be a problem getting everything up and down from the beach. It was not an issue at all even with 5 kids. Quick elevator ride and then just a few steps to the beach.

Perfect view! This was our first time in PCB - we had a blast! The condo was everything that we had anticipated it to be! The view from the 17th floor was breathtaking. The condo itself was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable, which always makes for such any easy stay! The only complaints we had were mainly with housekeeping. The floors seemed to not have been mopped in awhile.. my 1 year old crawled everywhere and her knees/feet were black from all of the dirt. The couch needs replacing but not a big deal. The parking garage was very tight for my full size SUV. Other than that, we had a great stay!
Proceed with Caution Check with the facility itself instead of the property management company on if amenities are open or not. We specifically needed a place with a pool for our kids. Once arriving onsite, we were told by other guests that the pool has been closed for MONTHS (since November 2022, we booked February 2023)! Management company first said they were unaware of this pool being closed at all but then later said it was scheduled to be re-opened after construction finished the week we were checking in. We got zero use out of the pool and ended up going off site and spending more money to keep kids entertained, as they don’t like swimming in the ocean 100% of the time. Construction finished and the pool opened late morning/early afternoon on our very last day. I would be skeptical of booking with this management company just for purely not disclosing such information at the time of booking. What else would they not disclose going forward? Oh! And for the trouble, they offered a small refund. Have yet to see it and they won’t respond to me any more. Renter beware!
The views were amazing. One of our party had mobility issues so easy access to parking, swift elevators and the view were beyond 5 stars. Condo appears to be recently up dated. Truly luxurious amenities and furnishings. Immaculate, with no chemical odors. Effortless check in/out with key pad. Host responded immediately to our questions. We had a wonderful 9 day vacation!
Girl trip I’ve stayed in many units at palazzo and love this facility. This particular unit is on the west end and usually the nicest units. Unfortunately this unit wasn’t as nice as others I’ve stayed in. The couch was very stained and worn, the coffee table is covered in water rings( no coasters available) the big sliding door to the balcony has a broken latch and a piece of metal that falls off every time you slide the door open. The worst thing is there are no curtains or blinds on all the glass in the den, it’s the west end unit, so when the sun is setting, the room is blinding. The den tv isn’t a smart tv, but the bedrooms are. There is no kurig for coffee So none of this is the end of the world, this unit just needs some TLC to be up to the level of other units in this facility Something not related to this unit, palazzo has always been a quiet, relaxing place to stay. Guards frequently came by the pool area to make sure things were safe. This year was different, there was a group of adults, drunk, loud , and obnoxious… they ran everyone out of the pool area. I never saw an attendant during my entire stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had plenty of room for everyone and it felt cozy and clean. A small detail we enjoyed (especially with small kids) is that they had beach chairs and beach toys that we were able to take to the beach each day. They also did a great job with stocking the kitchen with all the necessary items you might need to cook. Great find!
This unit was amazing! The view can’t be beat and we enjoyed the decor throughout the unit.
Enjoyed our stay for an entire week with our family of 7. Super accommodating! Great views and area was not super busy when we went as compared to being closer to the Pier. We would definitely stay here again! 10/10!

The condo was just as it was shown on the site. The communication through scenic stays was great and very informative. Far as the location your on the same st as the park pier and walking distance to restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

Condo looked like the photos. However, laundry room door was off the hinges & leaning against the wall, microwave wasn’t working (thy supplied one on the counter) however that doesn’t help when needed ventilation while cooking, toilet paper was one ply and paper towels weren’t any better, coffee pot was leaking and the entry door does not have a doorstop. Loved that the place had a bathroom for every bedroom and the view was amazing. Did receive a discount but expected better quality for what was paid. Beautiful views.
Couldn’t have asked for better. Pricey place for us but we splurged. Will stay again.
Thoroughly enjoyable. The property was in great condition and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and although the price was a little high, we would probably stay there again. Great property. Would recommend.

Beautiful Location - Condo needs some TLC We loved our 3rd stay at the property, however you guys should come in and work on the little things and refresh some rugs and other items to make this feel l. The TVs are not real modern/intuitive to use. The Curtains in the master don't open to see the water (the reason we are here!). The fan in the master is not mounted properly. We called for 3 different maintenance needs while we were there, and a little more proactive management of the small things would go a long way.
Needs Work Love staying at the Palazzo but 1708 fell short. Not enough wash cloths. Had to request extra. Guest bath only had one light bulb out of three working. One over the vanity and bulb over the shower burned out. Toilet in the master bedroom needs repair. Only one lightbulb working in the master closet. The guest bedroom on the west side gets extremely hot during the day regardless of how cool you set the a/c temp. There is not a remote for the tv in the master bedroom. In the kitchen there were only four forks. There are not enough pots or a frying pan for cooking. We had to go buy a frying pan. I would have loved to give 5 stars but sorry, not this time.
This place to stay in Panama We truly enjoyed our stay… the condo was spacious and convenient to grocery stores and shopping. The condo was clean and had plenty of amenities to make our stay easy.

Terrible experience Stayed in this unit in prior years, but this year was terrible. No access to amenities including pool and hot tub. Balconies were not accessible due to building painting, lessee claimed they notified us but did not, maintenance was in our room multiple times due to building painting, very inconvenient, owner claimed they would make it right but have not to date. Very inconvenient and unacceptable.
Awesome location Balcony was amazing and footsteps away from beach. Town had all the places to eat but with a kitchen and the beach for a playground i didn’t leave my place except to purchase some groceries. Loved the place and would stay again if visiting Panama Beach
THE BEST!! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere as beautiful as this. The location was right on the water, very spacious, lots of convenient amenities. The Scenic Stays staff was super helpful with any questions and issues I had. Very gorgeous place to stay and I will be back!

Just OK Tvs didn't work.. some lights didn't work ,, some curtains didn't roll back ,, door lock to outside was broken ,, seal on main door was not wide enough heard a whistle all night and day long from the wind
