Wonderful! This is an amazing condo. It has unbelievable views from the multiple very large windows. The wrap around balcony is very nice. The sunsets are stunning from this unit. This thing is huge, more than enough room for our 6 adults and a baby. Everything was comfortable and worked as it should. There is plenty of dishes, pots and pans and utensils. This is our favorite condo at Palazzo, we've tried several. The only 2 knocks against it was the freezer had multiple shelves missing. And there was no beach equipment. These were not much of an issue, still giving it 5 stars.

Scenic Stays Family VACA Loved Scenic Stays...location so convenient to everything, clean, modern, Parking was a bit tight but all else was great !

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean, all the bedrooms were private and the view was phenomenal!! The sliding glass doors are very heavy to open and shut, but they are beautiful and sound proof. The host was very responsive and our questions were answered timely. I definitely recommend this place and my family and I plan to stay again soon.

My family and I had a great stay at the Palazzo unit 1408! Our party had 4 adults and 1 infant. It never felt like there wasn't enough room for all of us. Each room having access to a bathroom was a huge plus! One of the Master bedrooms has a balcony that is accessible from the room, and the other does not, which was a bummer but didn't effect our stay. Lots of kitchen supplies, even with two coffee makers. A/C kept the unit cool, one room had a tough time cooling down though. The view is amazing as is the large balcony. Parking garage spaces are a bit tight which was probably the biggest con of the unit, but it seemed when we stayed, more people like to park on the first two levels, leaving the other two with more empty parking spaces. Never had to wait more than a minute for an elevator. There are a decent amount of restaurants that are walkable along with a few stores. The beach never felt crowded during our stay. Be sure to bring your own beach supplies as the unit comes with none.

perfect location extremely clean.

The views from this condo are unmatched, with beautiful Gulf-front and unobstructed side views. We loved watching the sunset from the large balcony while enjoying dinner each evening. The condo was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for cooking. The bedrooms and closet space were spacious and comfortable for our week-long stay. We also appreciated the streaming TVs throughout the unit. Our group of five adults, two children, and an infant had plenty of room. The children slept comfortably on the sleeper sofa, and there was ample seating in both the living room and on the balcony. The elevators were reliable and in good working order. The pool area and fitness center were clean, well-kept, and offered beautiful Gulf views as well. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this condo again. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped vacation rental with incredible views.

Absolutely amazing. This condo is huge with floor to ceiling windows and a large wrap around balcony that really show off the sunsets. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well furnished. We have stayed at Palazzo several times and this unit is our favorite. A couple small negatives were the freezer is missing shelves and there is no beach equipment in the room. Will definitely stay here again. 5 stars!

Fantastic! This condo is perfect and so spacious. We will book here again. The Palazzo is great resort too. Saltwater, heated, Gulf front pool. Condo kitchen is well stocked. Having a bathroom for each bedroom is great too! The views from inside and on the balconies are absolutely stunning. Our favorite condo in PCB so far and we’ve been vacationing in the area for a decade.

Stairs The only thing we wish we had was a ramp option to the beach for our wagons. We had to carry the wagon up and down stairs.

It was such a nice spacious place to stay and very clean! We would definitely come back!

Our summer stay This unit is amazing! It’s close to the elevators, trash chute, and it is overall just a very nice unit with unmatched views. 4/5 stars on location only due to accessibility to the beach. There is no ramp close to access the beach from the hotel. It is all stairs

November stay This is a beautiful apartment with a perfect view. I’ve been staying at palazzo since it was built, and love staying there. This was the third time I’ve rented this unit. There is no Kurig! That’s a disappointment And… they seriously need to upgrade the one ply toilet paper situation!

Tranquility before the storm. Even though we left a little early because of the approaching Hurricane Helene; we had an awesome time at this facility. We have stayed at the Palazzo several times for our vacation and this property was by far the best. The view and the furnishings were awesome!

Great stay I only had a few disappointments in our stay. We were notified on the way down there that the water would be shut off for the next day. So we purposely did not put on sunscreen and therefore didn't sit on the beach for the only clear day of our trip. Then I found out by the office around 4 pm that the water issue had been postponed. But we were never notified by the rental company so we could have enjoyed the only clear day we ended up getting. The place was beautiful. Very clean. Comfortable. Very good rentaalday there. Couldn’t be better This is one of the very best condos I’ve stayed in, in over forty of coming to Panama City Beach. The furniture is clean and comfortable, and it’s equipped with everything one needs. Beautiful!
