Great time in a great space! Our family had a great time. And 903 was a beautiful place to stay. Keith was working at the desk in the lobby. He was very helpful. We lived it.

Great place!! We had a great stay! Everything was as stated in the listing! The only thing I would recommend is if you have smaller children bring plastic cups with you because everything dish wise was glass. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The unit was very clean.We will hopefully get this unit again in the future. The property Manager was awesome and great to work with.

Clean, Spacious Condo This property was perfect for our family of 4. The unit was very clean and smelled great upon arrival. It is a spacious condo with everything you need. There were extra soaps and bathroom necessities, along with lots of towels. It was great to have the washer and dryer in the unit. The pool is heated and the hot tub was great. Perfect location to head to the beach! Had a little trouble streaming anything off the tv due to low wifi connection, but we didn’t watch too much tv. We were a short drive from Pier Park, St Andrew State Park, grocery stores, and restaurants. Would stay again!

Excellent My husband and I plus our five children ages 17, 6, 6, 5 and 1 stayed here for a week and it was very nice. The condo was just as described in the pictures. Very clean! The beds were comfortable and the condo was very spacious. We will definitely stay here again.

Great week, wonderful accommodations Positive: Soooo clean kudos to the staff. Security is always around. Property was well maintained inside and out. Beautiful decor and nice refresh. Bed linens were nice Negative: The mattresses on both beds very hard and almost lumpy.

Great place to stay!

The home was clean and comfortable. The view and location were amazing! We hope to stay again.

The condo was amazing. From the view, to the balcony, to the couches, everything was perfect. The staff was amazing and provided quick replies to any questions that I had. We’ve stayed in PCB quite a bit, and this was one of our favorite condos. The property was great. The beach was clean, and appreciated getting chairs and umbrella that came with the rental. The pool and hot tub were also amazing. Beach access was super easy and convenient, being right in the beach. The garage parking was great for the raining days. The master bedroom and bathroom were huge. The guest room was nice, and the kids loved the bunk bed room. The large tv in the family room was grey to watch the game on. Also, we were super close to Pier Park. Highly recommend, and we will definitely stay again.

We’ll start with the positives: checkin and checkout were a breeze without unnecessary steps. Space was nice and clean and we especially enjoyed the beach view. However, there was a significant misstep with our stay. The only beach chairs in the unit were locked up and not accessible. When I called to ask for the code to unlock them, the rep informed me that the chairs are not for guest use. I mentioned that seemed a little odd because the chairs were advertised with the listing, but apparently not usable. After some back and forth, missed calls, etc., and some attitude from the customer service rep, she conveniently let me know at about 3:30 on our last day that we did have complimentary access to the beach lounge/umbrellas setup down on the beach. They get cleaned up at 5 PM. So we had spent all three of our days on the beach with no chairs, which we had obviously planned on having. That was a massive disappointment. Only other mention is that the parking garage is very very tight.

Beautiful condo, perfect location; shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. Easy check in and check out process. The host answered any questions I had in a timely manner. We had a great experience!

Fantastic location and beautiful views This was our first time to stay directly on the beach and it was a game changer. Very comfortable condo and well appointed kitchen- everything we needed. Very close to several restaurants.

Great property! Palazzo 903 in PCB was amazing! Such a clean, secure and nice condo! The views of the ocean were amazing! It was close to everything but excluded enough not to feel like you were in a crowded area. Beach access was easy and everything worked perfectly. We had the best week and would 100% stay there again!

The property was amazing. We had an awesome view of the beach and water. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room to relax. The pool area was nice and there were enough chairs available to sit and enjoy the sun.

Palazzo 903 The condo was great! It was not far from peer park and other entertainment options. There was plenty of parking in the parking garage. The pool area was nice with ample chairs for relaxing. The beach wasn’t crowded and it was easy to find a spot to set up to enjoy the water.

3rd stay at the property & look forward to booking in 2026

Pretty, but Cleanliness Could Improve The presentation is great. We loved the decor, location, and especially the balcony. It looked clean, but we soon realized some major things were overlooked. We were disgusted that the floor turned our feet black and that the sheets on the master bed had dirty marks on them.

Beautiful Property But Cleanliness Was Lacking It's a gorgeous condo and we loved the decor. Presentation was beautiful, but upon use, we found a couple of things that were filthy. The floor looked clean but turned out to be disgusting, especially in the room by the door. We all figured out real quick to keep shoes on, especially after a shower because our feet would turn black. The sheets in the master were dirty, with black marks on them mostly where other people feet had been so I assume it's not getting mopped between guest. Thankfully there's a washer and dryer. The place smelled a little like crab but we couldn't figure out why. Other than that, we loved the location and the kitchen and baths were clean. Loved the Palazzo. We would stay again, but not sure if we would stay in 903 again.

Wonderful Spring Break The Condo was beautiful and clean! The staff onsite were helpful and communication was great! We will be back!

Spring vacay 2025 The condo was very spacious and accurate with the online photos. The cleaning crew could have done a little better. There was a sticky substance on the counters. Dust on the furniture and under the bed but everything else was clean and neat.

The only place I will stay in the future. I had the honor of staying in this unit this past week for several days. From the moment we walked in our trip started off positively. The properly smelled great, the floors were spotless, the unit was well stocked and the views were even better than the photos. I would recommend this property to family, friends and anyone wanting a relaxing visit to Panama City. I would give it 10 Stars if that was an option!!!!!! Fantastic Space! This is a beautiful space. The balcony was huge and a great space to watch the sunset. The condo was great and we had every thing we needed.

Excellent Loved the Condo and the location! Very clean and exactly as described in listing. Loved our view of the ocean and the overall experience. I’ve been coming to PCB my whole life and this is the first year I’ve had to rent a place, my dad has had a home here and he sold it this past year. It was actually just across the street from The Palazzo. The only things I would change here is 1- the shower heads need to be updated to wand shower heads and there needs to be a bar in the shower to hold onto. Also needs new pillows on beds. But that’s it! Will definitely stay here many more times if available.

Palazzo Property was very nice and in a great location. Marked down the property management because I had to call them 7x to get a toilet fixed that didn’t flush. Each call seemed like they didn’t know I had called earlier and started from scratch 4x. Then they couldn’t give me an exact time- first person said first thing in the morning- repairman showed up at 10am (not really first thing in the morning). Also, we found a Cheeto (under couch) and a small cockroach in a kitchen cabinet.

Wonderful vaca! Property itself was wonderful! Excellent location to beach, shopping and eating. Description as to where our actual room was was a bit confusing. Thought we were on 13th floor but actually on 9th. Lost communication with host prior to check-in and needed some important information, but Scenic Stays pulled through and took care of all of our needs with care and efficiency. Would book with them again!

Great condo and very clean!!!! This condo was very clean and not crowded on the beach. The parking garage was very tight for my truck but we managed. But we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo The place was beautiful and we had a wonderful week at the beach. We loved being able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the beach/ocean view. I was looking for a place where we could have quick access to the beach and this didn’t disappoint. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Maintenance Headache Upon entering the condo things looked pretty good. As we tried to turn on the TV's we discovered that all the cables were disconnected, and the cable boxes were underneath the furniture and were disconnected. It took us a few hours to sort things out and get everything reconnected. Then we discovered one remote had no batteries in it and in another the batteries were dead. The counter tops all had a gritty substance on them which required us to wipe them off. Also, there were areas on the floor that also had a gritty feel to it. And there were a few light bulbs that needed replacing. So much for making sure things are ready for the next tenant.

Perfectly situated We enjoyed the location being right on the gulf. The view from the ninth floor was absolutely stunning. I very much enjoyed the unit’s layout the master suite the kitchen everything was perfect!

Winter Getaway We had a great time at this beautiful condo. Perfect location on Panama City Beach, FL. It's close to everything restaurants, pier park, and of course it sits right on the beach. Everything is accessible to this area. We saw dolphins in the ocean. There is a bald eagle that would fly by our balcony. The elevators are clean and fast. I've been to other condo's where the elevator was slow and hot with no air flow, but not at Palazzo. The whole building was very neat and clean. Even the floor trash closets didn't stink. I mean it's a very well kept condo. I want to come back soon. Looking at May. Thanks again, Anita Protzman

Clean and Great Space This property was in excellent condition and so clean. We loved it and will booking again soon!

Nice condo Very clean and well stocked with pots, dishes, etc. There are no filters for coffee pot. The TV didn’t work in the front room. I followed instructions but still could not input channels.

Great place to vacation Condo was great! Very clean. Looks just like the pictures. Loved the no contact check in since we arrived late in the evening. Would definitely stay here again!
