Great location, beautiful property, all the amenities in kitchen. My only complaint is that sheets were torn and tucked in to hide it. Perfect place for a family with kids.

Everything was excellent. The place was clean plenty of towels for all. Parking was easy in and easy out. Kids enjoyed the pool. Excellent views

Close to perfect! 3 adults and 2 children stayed 4 nights. Great location, close to the elevators. Had no issues with sounds above us. You will need to read all the fine print. Bring toilet paper and trash bags if you have more people or are staying more nights. My only complaint was that the coffee maker needs to be replaced. Beautiful unit with all the beach flare!

Great Scenic Views We had a great stay. Perfit. My 5yr old grandson said you should put a tv in the other bedroom for grandma. I Hope to stay again soon. We loved it all. Thanks

Exactly like the pictures! Luxury condo! Scenic Stays really know what they’re doing. This place is gorgeous and if we ever come back to Panama City Beach, we will be staying here again. They made the whole rental process completely effortless. They had the whole thing streamlined. Complete five stars on this one.

Check in was rough but we finally got it fixed. Pool was perfect. We had friends that needed shade. Pool was half in the sun, half shade. Perfect

Wonderful place to stay and enjoy the Gulf. Elevators were quick and available. We went in August and there wasn't any big crowd. Pros: Beach side was clean and had chairs umbrellas for rent. The condo is great and the views were phenomenal. Waking up hearing the water was very therapeutic. With the sliding door closed the sound proofing is wonderful. Felt very private and not too crowded on the beach. Parking was always available and did not have issue finding a spot. Cooking was nice and easy as they had a variety of kitchenware. Con: I had issues finding the code to get to the garage. The code I was given was for the condo door and not the garage entrance. A link to the guest services to register the vehicle would have been great before getting to the property. Parking is also an added $40 per vehicle. Queen bedroom shower drain and Master Bedroom left sink was clogged. Master Bedroom mattress cover had something that looks like dry blood stains on the upper right corner

Great space and super close to the beach and places to eat/bars. We did not have to go far from the condo which we loved. Great amenities within the condo. We loved being able to walk straight from property to the beach. Very fast and great communication as well. Recommend 10/10!

Beautiful view of the ocean from the apartment and from a well protected from the elements balcony. Sparkling clean. When we arrived the master bedroom fan wasn’t working and a fridge filter and lightbulb over the stove needed replacing - maintenance person came within the day to fix the fan and address the other two issues. Great for a family.

The place was big and what a beautiful view of the ocean. I would stay again, the area had lots of things to do within walking distance.

Totally wonderful.

We had 4 adults and 4 small kids. Had more than enough space. The bed in the room with the balcony gave me the best sleep I’ve had in years. Beach was not too crowded or wild. All the amenities were great and my kids absolutely loved the pool! Would stay here again!

Another Fun Family Vacation in Panama City Beach 🐬🩵🌻 Positive: We have stayed in unit 806 for last few yrs going to PCB but sadly it was sold this yr so we found unit 507 and it we were so happy with it ! Very Clean , loved that each bedroom has their own bathroom, love the location of Palazzo Condominiums - definitely will be renting 507 for next summer 😊🩵 Negative: Love the fact that the parking garage is on property but if u have a big SUV or Truck the parking spaces are very small - and not a lot of room to maneuver to fit in the space - but there is a parking lot across street that is available, still need to register with the property -

Clean property

We loved our stay at Palazzo! Everything was clean, organized, and the view was beautiful! Scenic Stays was very communicative prior to our stay and made the check in/check out process easy!

The place was amazing with an awesome balcony view of the beach. Plenty of space for our whole family. would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great! Enjoyed our stay, and everything looked as pictured. We loved the privacy of the pool, and that part of the beach. We had trouble finding the code to get in, but we quickly got help, and check-in was easy after that. We will definitely be back!

Condo was very nice and well stocked. It was a quiet unit with great views. Would stay here again.

Condo 3B, 3B Everything about the condo was perfect! Bunk beds w/ 3rd pull out. Every room has their own bathroom! The layout was perfect!

Nice little Condo Nothing over the top, which is perfectly fine we didn't need/want that. Lots of towels, washcloths. Beach wasnt as busy as some of the other condos near us which is always nice!

Everything was as expected and accurate to the listing. We had a great time and really liked how the pool was separate from the entrance to the ocean so it was a little less busy and could see the ocean better. The property seemed well maintained and clean.

Beautiful Home Palazzo 507 is a beautiful place to stay. Pictures don’t do it justice. Fully stocked kitchen. Huge primary bath. Perfect balcony view of PC beach. Easy and accessible parking. Friendly staff. Location close to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Enjoyed our stay a great deal.
