Great location in Angel Fire, can bike to the bike park for a little warm up. Cozy house with everything that is needed.

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved relaxing around the fire pit on the deck and enjoying how peaceful it was. The house had plenty of space for all of us to sit and chat, and the beds were comfortable.

It should have been a n omen. Front door was wide open when we arrived. House is listed as having air conditioning. There is no air conditioning. Fortunately, based on another review we brought several fans to move air. Hot tub was unusable in the middle of our stay due to lack of chlorine in chlorinator. Host was responsive and courteous when contacted. Three lamps had burnt out bulbs and did not work. Home is spacious and inviting. Neighborhood is a little noisy with significant traffic on road. Weather was great and pleasant change from 100 degree we came home to.

We absolutely loved our stay. We saw deer, black bear, wild turkeys. Had peaceful, quiet mornings with coffee. It was wonderful. We’d definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay! Megan was extremely helpful and very responsive. House was exactly as described and very cozy and clean. We loved all the details and amenities. Lots of great space. Our family especially loved all the games that were there and the card table was awesome! We could see deer right outside every morning. Location was great! We will definitely stay again.

Nice property and easily located in Angel Fire. Quick access to everything in town. Great hot tub, which was very clean and hot. Tons of linens from extra towels to a very well-stocked kitchen. Multiple TVs, games, and places for any type of activity: reading, watching movies, playing games, napping, sitting on the huge porch, etc... The only warning is the upper floors (3 in all; lots of stairs) are not air conditioned. the cool mountain air helps, but just a little warm in the late afternoon until bedtime. overall a great place to stay, all year around.

Everything was great, only thing that could’ve made it better was a tad better bed, but over all a great stay. Positive: Great property, great amenities, spacious, pet friendly, great location Negative: Beds and sulphur smell in water in mornings and when we first arrived

I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, yet quiet and relaxing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, local recommendations, and a well-stocked kitchen. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely book again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

We chose this place for the allowance of animals, which was very nice. Fire place and spacious was also a plus. A hot tub would have been a total plus. I think this is the only thing this retreat is missing. thank you.
