The condo was wonderful! Clean, cute, and exactly what the pictures portray. The couch by the pool was so relaxing! Beds were comfy. Construction going on right next to the condo, but will be short lived. And the host made us aware of the construction going on. Overall, great stay for our family of 4!
Overall we had a great stay. Had a few small issues but the host worked quickly to figure out a solution. Very close to the beach and the private pool was great.

We had an amazing time! The home had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Walkable to the beach & we loved the pool & outdoor TV. The home was beautifully decorated and kitchen was fully stocked with top of the line appliances & pots/pans. We definitely will be back!
We had a great stay with my parents and our little family! Great location, super close to the beach and the community pool! The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated the beach chairs in the locker area downstairs! We would definitely come back!

I have been visiting Port A for years now and I have to say, this has been my favorite place so far! The house was so comfortable and pretty. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We loved seeing the ocean from the porch. The pool was great. It was also so nice being right next to the community pool! I would 100% stay here again. ⛱️
Great location, beautiful home, extremely comfortable for 2 families with kids! Having an onsite pool is a great advantage with the kids! The pool area with grill and sitting area, is really nice!

Great home, the pool and outdoor shower were a great perk for coming off the beach! Had everything we needed except propane and the management helped right away with that! Wonderful stay for families with kids! I would recommend a golf cart to get to beach. It's definitely easily walkable but with small kids, beach toys, etc a golf cart will be a nice addition. Will definitely book again!

We had the best stay here for my birthday weekend in Port Aransas! The house was absolutely adorable — easily one of the cutest places we’ve stayed. Everything was super clean when we arrived, and there was plenty of space with lots of rooms for everyone to spread out comfortably. Our favorite part was definitely the pool area — such a fun and relaxing space to hang out. The entire place was such a vibe and made for the perfect birthday weekend. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was our first vacation as a family of three and it was absolutely perfect! The location is so close to the beach, we were able to set up in the morning, hang out, walk baby back for naps and then head back out again! The private swimming pool was great to have for night swims while using the grill and watching tv. It was truly a wonderful vacation and the cozy home helped make it that much more special!

Clean and well-equipped house with basic starter packs of toiletries, detergent, dish soap and paper towel (if you have a large party and/or stay more than 2+ days you should bring more)

The location is also a big plus—quick walk to the beach and convenient for getting around. Overall, it’s a charming place with a lot to offer, especially for families looking for a comfortable and well-located beach stay.

Overall, we had a nice stay. The heated pool was enjoyable, but it did not feel as warm as we expected. Because of that, I personally would not choose to pay the additional $125 heating fee in the future, especially since there is a community pool located right next door. That said, this is simply my opinion and not a reflection on the owner, as everything else about the stay was good.
We usually avoid writing negative reviews, but our experience with this host left us no choice. This stay was booked for New Year’s as my wife’s babymoon—a very special trip for us. We were initially asked to pay $300 per night for the heated pool, despite the listing stating it was included. After pointing this out, the host agreed. We also requested the pool be heated a week in advance, knowing it would be cold. Upon arrival, the pool heating was not turned on, and we were told we hadn’t requested it. After referencing our prior conversation, we were assured someone would come—no one did. After repeated follow-ups, we were told it would be handled the next morning. Communication again stopped until late afternoon, when we were finally told the pool wasn’t working properly due to the 50-degree weather. Also - the bedsheets weren't clean. Lack of communication, broken commitments, and constant need to follow up ruined our special trip. We strongly recommend finding another property.
This is a wonderful place! We don’t often come back to the same property, but we would totally come back here. The layout is thoughtful and could have fit more than the 4 people in our party. All the beach items, outdoor bathroom and shower, heated pool, car charging and a FULLY stocked kitchen was perfect. We loved having a blender and air fryer to make some quick meals. The walking distance to the beach made it even better. This is an instant bookmark if you are looking for a beach family vacay!

The house was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals. There was plenty of space. The outdoor area with the private pool was awesome and well equipped with small fire table, seating areas for eating outdoor, small mini fridge and bathroom. There were even some supplies for the beach. It was nice to have the outdoor shower to wash off beach sand before going in the house. Great stay. Would book again!
This was a great weekend stay for our family to enjoy some peace and quiet and be a walk away from the beach. Great private pool and beautiful home. Very clean, great beach vibe, beds are comfortable, and community and view was great! Would stay here again. They provide beach chairs, umbrellas, toys etc. which was awesome, but they do not supply beach towels, and that’s ok, just putting in our review to remind the next guest! Thank You again for such a great stay!
The rental was beautifully staged and presented! The kitchen had all the utensils and electronic gadgets that we could use. The only complaint I have was the smell of sewage coming from the kitchen on the 2nd and 3rd days. That was very unpleasant and made it hard for us to enjoy the inside atmosphere. I do hope that we are able to receive a discount for the inconvenience.

Had an unforgettable two-night stay at this brand-new home in Port A, TX, just steps from the beach in a peaceful & quite community. The photos truly don’t capture how immaculate & inviting this property is. More than plenty of space for all to enjoy the beautiful & inviting furniture and the deck where we had morning coffee & enjoyed the evening breeze. The kitchen was fully stocked with brand new kitchenware & beautiful appliances. The huge open concept kitchen & living area had beautiful recess lighting that was perfect for our dining. A major plus for us was that 2 of the bedrooms featured private bathrooms. The highlight of our experience was the incredible outdoor area. The private pool was cozy & the fully equipped outdoor living space, complete with a lounge area, a TV, sink, dining table, barbecue grill, and even a private bathroom, made it feel like a private resort. This beautiful place exceeded our expectations, and we’re already planning our return visit!
