The images of the home are all AI enhanced, which gives a false send of how modern the home is. They make the house look like it was rehabed within the last decade. The reality is that the house, all the furniture, fixtures and the vibe inside is decades old.
At a price point of almost 2500 a night, I would have expected newer build. This is not just a problem with my taste. Paying almost $8000 for 3 nights, you would expect a full, thorough deep cleaning of the house before arrival. This was not at all what we saw. Even though the place looked tidy on the surface, all the nooks and crannies and furniture were dirty and there were several cob webs all over the property. Furthermore, the outdoor grill looked like it hadn’t been clean for months. All the couches looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for months. Some of the bed sheets had stains on them.
The AI enhanced pictures give a false image of this property. Overall, this listing should be priced at around ~1200 a night, not 2500z
The location and view are absolutely perfect. If you are strictly on vacation it’s a great house. If you have a wedding or event, be aware the bathrooms and lighting are a challenge. Hosts are very responsive. Also understand that one of the bedrooms can only be entered through another bedroom. It was overall a comfortable home for our group.
Great location and very accommodating to a larger group. There are minor upgrades and/or maintenance issues that could be performed that would make the property rate even higher, but all in all we found the home to fit our needs quite well.
This is a large house with multiple gathering areas and a wonderful kitchen. Perfect for multiple couples traveling together. The backyard offers a beautiful water view and plenty of seating. Watch the birds dive bomb for fish or the rabbits scurry around the yard. Lots to do within a short drive, or walk to some of Baileys Harbor businesses.
The house is beautiful and large enough for a big family that wants to vacation together under one roof. We hope to return next year.
We stayed here prior to our daughter’s wedding. The master bedroom above the garage was perfect for us to get ready! There is a very spacious bedroom and a beautiful sitting area with wet bar that was perfect for our needs for the day. We had some issues with circuit breakers blowing but it was addressed quickly and effectively.
We had an issue with a/c in the top floor bedroom on our last 2 days, but again it was taken care of quickly. Will was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed!! We will definitely try to stay here again as a family!!

Gorgeous waterfront property
We really enjoyed staying at this house. It was large enough for our group of 7 to spread out. The house is a combination of historic and contemporary decor. It has a lot of history with a stunning view of the water. The location was perfect, we walked to nearby restaurants every night. Highly recommend!!
