“Disrespectful, banned from renting with Prime Vacations. I just want to say, I was very disappointed. I've been with you. We've been with Airbnb, almost 10 years after this. I most likely will never book again. We had to switch places after 2 days because of the location and the person not advising us that it was literally one mile to the beach. Water. Also, the person in charge wanted nothing to do with me. Basically told me to beat it and speak to airbnb”
