Conger was a pleasure to host The address listed for this Airbnb was incorrect. We ordered groceries ahead of arrival through the grocery service they provided, and because the address was wrong, the groceries were delivered to the wrong location. This caused quite a bit of confusion, and we ultimately had to pay an additional fee to have them re delivered to the correct address. I requested a refund for this fee, but AMI never followed through. We did notify them that the address in the listing was incorrect, so hopefully this gets corrected for future guests. I will also note that the address shown in the listing made the property appear much closer to the beach than it actually is, which felt a bit misleading. I have never experienced a host having incorrect listing information before. That said, the place itself was very nice and clean. We have stayed with AMI Accommodations before and had a much better experience, so I am not sure what happened this time.

Alex was a pleasure to host ! House location was in close proximity to good restaurants and walkable neighbourhood. The living room area was roomy and comfortable for 6 adults. Despite the cooler temperatures during our stay we did manage to enjoy the heated pool. All in all a very nice house to rent and enjoy.

It was a pleasure hosting Cindy! We hope to host them again in the future! Great stay and while there was initially confusion over address, it was sorted quickly. Maybe clarify for folks, distance to get to public beach access path from house-further than we expected. Otherwise was great and had awesome amenities.

We hope to host you again in the future! We had a great stay and really enjoyed the place. Everything was very clean and it was a short walk to the beach. We’d love our visit. The only issue was our instructions listed the wrong address which was confusing when arriving, but otherwise it was a great stay.

Lacey was a pleasure ! Great place and location. Exactly what our family needed. Arcade games were an added plus with the house. We love Holmes Beach!

Elizabeth, was a pleasure to host! We had a wonderful vacation and this home was perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and cook meals. Loved having the deck, patio and swimming pool. Would recommend and definitely stay here in the future.
