Overall a lovely stay!
Great for a family of 6 on a budget. Pictures should probably be updated as they do not represent all of the current furnishings and many things are showing the wear and tear of use. Originally listed with a washer and dryer in unit, but this should be updated as that is no longer the case. Scenic Stays did a great job responding and providing solutions for laundry facility options. The rowdy, drinking college students across the way didn’t show up until our last day, so it was overall a lovely stay, with people respecting the property and others. Overall a lovely stay for our family! Thank you!

Labor Day Weekend Stay
My family and I love this area. This trip did not disappoint. The walk to the beach was closer than I expected. I would definitely stay here again if it were available for our next Labor Day weekend trip.

Nice and affordable
Everything was clean and it was super affordable. The only negative was that I was expecting a washing machine and dryer but it did not include any. There were even laundry pods available when we arrived but no washing machine. There was a locked door upstairs and I am wondering now if the washer/dryer was in there. I never say I’m the property description that these appliances were not included. I always book places with washer/dryer due to having to wash towels/beach towels, etc.

Positive: Close enough to walk to beach. Decor was cute.
Negative: Woken up early 2 days in a row by workers trimming trees and mowing right outside. We had to take the lid off the toilet in the master bath to fix the flapper every time we flushed it until my husband finally rigged it with a plastic tag. Master bath tub was clogged, with water standing in bottom when we showered. Other bathroom shower door had to be repeatedly put back on track.

Positive: There is privacy and not a lot of craziness around the area. Enjoyed the quietness too.
Negative: There is wifi issues. Before our arrival there was no information about furniture missing in the home. We were told last minute and had to arrange to be in the vacation home to wait for the delivery company to deliver the couch halfway through our stay. A pool company truck would park behind your vehicle and block you in.

Beautiful place/5 minute walk
The property was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Loved that it was walking distance to the beach, restaurants, coffee, and shops and then cozy to come home to. We could jump in the pool after the beach and sit on the patio in the evening. I will for sure be back.
