One Seagrove Place 1603 — Guest Reviews

Beautiful beach views! Walkable to delicious restaurants and rental bikes on site! Would definitely visit again

Perfect location

Our stay was everything we wanted. There were absolutely NO bad surprises! We would highly recommend Scenic Stays and this location to anyone who wants a peaceful, carefree getaway.

Great place!! The apartment has spectacular views and beach access. It was also very clean and well-organized. We had a wonderful time, and we’re already thinking about coming back.

We had a great week at this location. Amazing views. Clean and beds comfortable. The only issues we had were with the washer not spinning water completely on the regular setting and the dishwasher not cleaning the dishes well. Overall, this place fit what we were looking for!

We had a wonderful time, all amenities were just as described. The unit was very clean and tidy, and everything was well-organized. The sea view was glorious, we spent so much time on the balcony. We had a very relaxing vacation!

Everything was super easy and the front desk workers were amazing!!

Maintenance Requested and Never Came We love staying at One Seagrove place bc of it's location. It was nice to see that they plan on doing some updates to the pool and boardwalk. The boardwalk definitely needs some work! Our washing machine wouldn't work - it held water and the drain in one bathroom was very slow (you had to stand in your dirty water while showering). I called to request Maintenance to come take a look. I was told they would send a message to Maintenance but couldn't give me an ETA. The washer nor drain were ever fixed during our stay. I sent another message using the email link on the portal to let them know that they need to take care of both issues before the next guests arrive. Hope it all got taken care of because the water had been sitting in the washing machine for days.

Repairs We have been coming for 15+ years and absolutely love OneSeagrove! There was a couple of things that could use repairs in 1603. The sinks had very slow drainage and the plugs by the nightstands (master) either didn’t work or would not hold the plugs. Just wanted to share so they can get fixed for the next guest :). Thanks The Powell’s
